PT. Dayamitra Telekomunikasi or Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is engaged in providing telecommunications infrastructure. Mitratel has been in the telecommunications tower business since 2008. To date, Mitratel has managed more than 13,700 telecommunication towers spread throughout Indonesia. The choice of a website as a company's communication medium with the public is the right decision considering that the website can provide information or messages to anyone who wants that information even though they are in different parts of the world. The website built by the company can provide information related to the company's activities that are considered worthy to be known by the public. Through the website, the public can also find out the company in sufficient detail, starting from the profile, vision and mission, history, contacts, and activities carried out by the company. So far, the Mitratel website has never been evaluated, so the authors evaluate using the Webqual method and Importance Performance Analysis. The results obtained indicate that there are still many parts of the Mitratel website that must be improved.

Cadres are voluntary workers recruited from, by and for the community who are tasked with assisting the smooth running of health services. The performance of Posyadu cadres experienced a decline in the early 2000s as a result of a prolonged multi-dimensional crisis, this is known because there were reports of malnutrition from various parts of the country. The decline was felt following the lack of cadre skills, no Posyandu operational support, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and weak coaching. The purpose of this study was to describe the performance of posyandu cadres with the satisfaction of mothers of children under five at the Posyandu, Wakasihu Village, Central Maluku Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all mothers under five who visited the posyandu as many as 30 toddlers. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, which means that all populations are sampled. So that the sample found in this study amounted to 30 people or respondents. The results showed that the mothers under five studied who said that the performance of cadres was good amounted to 13 people (56.7%), and the performance of cadres was not good amounted to 17 people (43.3%). Furthermore, from the 30 respondents who were examined, it can be seen that the number of respondents who said they were satisfied with the performance of the cadres were 18 people (60.0%), and respondents who said they were not satisfied were 12 people (40.0%). It was concluded statistically and illustrated that the performance of cadres still had opinions from mothers of children under five that they were not good at providing services at the posyandu. It was also concluded that statistically some respondents or mothers of toddlers still said that they were satisfied with the performance of cadres.

In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. The purpose of this thesis is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in controlling electrical appliances, including turning on or off lights at home and controlling other electrical appliances. The method used in making the Design of Control System for Electrical Equipment Using Bluetooth Based on the Atmega 328 Microcontroller is a prototype. This research method consists of several stages, library research, analytical methods, design and implementation methods. Telkomsel carries out scheduled maintenance or maintenance activities on BTS devices. Based on these problems, the research carried out by the author aims to find out and understand the repair or repair procedures on computerized BTS devices at PT. Telkomsel, Karawang. The result of the research is that it is known that the application of a computerized system at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular GraPaRi Karawang helps the process of repairing BTS devices in meeting information needs. To monitor damage to BTS equipment, it is done by means of an alarm monitoring system using the iManager u2000 software.

Transportation includes several things in relation to moving from one place to another such as road infrastructure, modes of transportation, to the management of its management. The existence of the terminal cannot be separated from the transportation component, especially the public transportation system. The existence of terminals is often accused of being the cause of congestion, this is due to incomplete planning for land use patterns, road network patterns, population distribution patterns, movement needs, operational systems and service levels that lead to a low level of terminal effectiveness.This study aims to determine the effect of the role of the department of transportation, infrastructure, and employee performance on the effectiveness of the Magersari type C terminal in Magelang City. Data was collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 75 respondents, namely public transport drivers at the Magersari type C terminal. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows:Y = 2,048 + 0,314X1 + 0,198X2 + 0,258X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a partial positive effect on the role of the transportation agency on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 3.195 > ttable 1.99346), infrastructure to the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.598 > ttable 1.99346) and employee performance on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.882 > ttable 1.99346). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) = 0.538 which means that the variables of the role of the transportation service (X1), infrastructure (X2), and employee performance (X3) have an effect of 53.8% on the effectiveness of the terminal (Y ) and 46.2% (100% - 53.8%) influenced by variables outside this study.
