The rapid development in the field of information and communication technology currently requires students to master Microsoft Word. This skill becomes a crucial asset, both to support academic activities and as early preparation before entering the workforce. One of the applications frequently used in document preparation is Microsoft Word. Observation data at SMK Ibrahiny 1 Sukorejo indicate that the utilization of Microsoft Word features by some students is not yet optimal. This is evident in the students' limitations in configuring layouts, margins, as well as creating headers and footers in documents. In order to achieve efficiency and speed in the creation of administrative documents, this training is focused on enhancing students' competencies in exploring the features of Microsoft Word. This training was conducted on June 1, 2026, in the computer lab of SMK Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo, involving 15 students from the 10th grade forestry department as participants. This study aims to analyze the implementation of public policies in improving community welfare through the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) Program, the Subsidized Direct Cash Assistance (BLTS), and rice distribution managed by the State Logistics Agency (BULOG) in Cipete Village. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with policy implementers and beneficiary communities, direct observation of the aid distribution process, and review of relevant official documents and data. The results show that the BLT and BLTS programs play a significant role in helping low-income communities meet their basic needs and increasing household purchasing power, especially during unstable economic conditions. Meanwhile, rice distribution by BULOG supports community food security by providing access to staple foods at prices lower than market rates. Despite the positive impacts, the implementation of these three programs still faces various obstacles, including inaccurate beneficiary targeting due to imprecise and rarely updated data, delays in the distribution process, lack of information transparency, and suboptimal inter-agency coordination. Based on these findings, improvements are required, such as developing an integrated and technology-based data system, increasing information disclosure to the public, strengthening monitoring and periodic evaluation systems, and enhancing cooperation among related institutions. Optimizing the implementation of these social assistance programs is expected to create sustainable, equitable, and targeted improvements in community welfare.

The distribution of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a government program aimed at alleviating the economic burden on affected communities. However, the data collection, verification, distribution, and reporting processes are still largely manual, potentially leading to data errors, duplication, and distribution delays. This study aims to design and implement a web-based BLT Village Fund information system that can simplify recipient data management, monitor distribution, and generate accurate reports. The methods used include database design, module implementation for sub-district administrators, village operators, treasurers, and village officials, and system testing using the Black Box method to evaluate functionality. The system is equipped with features for managing recipient data, verifying eligibility, sending data to the treasurer, inputting proof of transfer, uploading proof of distribution, recapitulating distribution, and printing reports. The test results show that all modules run according to specifications, are able to handle various input conditions, and produce accurate output. Field trials show that the system is easy to use, improves administrative efficiency, accelerates the distribution process, and supports transparency and accountability. In conclusion, the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) information system is effective as a tool for data management and aid distribution, minimizing errors, and supporting the smooth operation of the BLT program at the village level.

This research focuses on the creation and implementation of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to map the position of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The rationale behind this research is rooted in the rapid economic and demographic development in the area, which requires easy access to financial services. However, the distribution of existing ATM points is still uneven, where people in rural areas often have to travel long distances to reach the nearest ATM. The method of creating this system involves the use of the PHP programming language along with a MySQL database. This system aims to present spatial information about the current ATM location accurately, thereby helping the public in finding banking services with high accuracy through an interactive map interface. In addition, this system offers optimal paths to ATM locations to improve user time efficiency. System evaluation was conducted using black box techniques to verify that the menu operations and application procedures function as intended. The findings indicate that the implementation of GIS improves public access while offering data assistance for financial institutions and local governments in developing a more equitable and systematic public facility allocation strategy in the future.

Human resource quality serves as a crucial pillar for national development, as it significantly influences a country’s progress and competitiveness. Therefore, enhancing human resource capacity has become a strategic priority, particularly at the regional level where local governments play a vital role. The Government of Bojonegoro Regency has introduced several initiatives to support this objective, including the Ten Scholars per Village Scholarship Program, the Scientist Scholarship, and Final Project Assistance. Despite these efforts, several implementation challenges remain, such as cases of manipulated eligibility requirements among applicants, the absence of a digitized system for registration and document submission, and limited communication channels between program administrators and scholarship recipients. This research seeks to examine, explain, and evaluate the role of local government, especially the Education Office, in executing scholarship programs based on the theoretical framework of government roles as regulator, dynamizer, and facilitator. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection, followed by data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings reveal that although the local government has begun implementing scholarship programs, the execution is not fully effective. Supervision during participant selection focuses mainly on administrative completeness rather than document authenticity. Furthermore, direct outreach activities are limited to certain regions, coordination with village authorities remains minimal, and digital transformation has yet to be realized due to unsuccessful collaboration with the Communication and Information Agency despite several coordination meetings.

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience and perceived value on tourist satisfaction among users of the Sidoarjo City Tour Bus as a form of public tourism transportation service. The Sidoarjo City Tour Bus represents a regional government service innovation intended to support tourism development while improving urban tourism accessibility. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving tourists who used the Sidoarjo City Tour Bus. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 99 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that customer experience does not have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, suggesting that the experiences perceived by users are still subjective and not consistently felt by all service users. In contrast, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, making it the most dominant variable in influencing satisfaction among Sidoarjo City Tour Bus users. These findings indicate that tourist satisfaction is more strongly determined by perceptions of benefits, service quality, and the suitability between sacrifices made and benefits received rather than by emotional experience alone. Therefore, this study recommends that the management of the Sidoarjo City Tour Bus and the local government enhance service value through improvements in facilities, information systems and registration processes, as well as optimization of comfort and schedule certainty. These efforts are important to increase tourist satisfaction and to support sustainable tourism development in Sidoarjo Regency.

Public service quality plays a crucial role in ensuring that social assistance is delivered effectively to vulnerable communities. This study aims to analyze the quality of public services in the distribution of social assistance by the Social Service Office of Kerinci Regency and to identify improvement efforts undertaken by the institution. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Informants consisted of Social Service officials, social facilitators, and beneficiary communities. Service quality analysis was conducted using the SERVQUAL dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings indicate that the social assistance distribution service in Kerinci Regency is generally adequate, particularly in the assurance and empathy dimensions. Beneficiaries feel that services are delivered fairly, transparently, and without discrimination. However, obstacles remain in the tangible, reliability, and responsiveness aspects, including limited service facilities, inaccurate beneficiary data due to incomplete DTKS updates, and delays in assistance distribution in remote areas caused by geographical constraints. To address these challenges, the Social Service Office has implemented periodic data validation, strengthened coordination with village administrations, and optimized digital-based social service information systems. This study provides empirical evidence that can serve as an evaluation reference for local governments in improving transparent, effective, and equitable social assistance services.

This study aims to analyze the effect of education level on the quality of financial statements based on SAK EMKM, with accounting information systems as a moderating variable, focusing on coffee shop micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kediri City, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 32 business owners or financial managers selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS software. The results indicate that education level has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, suggesting that higher educational attainment enhances accounting understanding and compliance with SAK EMKM. However, accounting information systems were found to weaken this relationship, indicating that system complexity, limited digital literacy, and insufficient technical training may reduce the effectiveness of education in improving financial reporting quality. These findings highlight that improving financial reporting quality among MSMEs requires not only higher educational capacity but also appropriate technological support and continuous technical assistance. This study contributes to the accounting literature by emphasizing the contextual role of accounting information systems in shaping the relationship between human capital and financial reporting quality in MSMEs.
