The application of the Periodic Review Method (R, s, s) policy on the inventory system is able to produce a lower total inventory cost, order volume and inventory levels in a balanced manner. . Judging from these problems, the authors need to redesign the stock information system using a computer-based system, namely Microsoft Visual Basic. The results of validation tests conducted by expert experts and users show that the documentary films that have been developed by researchers fall into the very good criteria with a percentage of 93.75%. In addition, through the use of the 228 new students as respondents, it can be concluded that the documentary film developed by the author falls into the good criteria with a percentage of 61%.

KSP (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam) Makmur Mandiri bergerak dalam usaha perkreditan yang menyediakan pinjaman atau kredit sebagai mana koperasi pada umumnya. Masalah yang terjadi pada KSP Makmur Mandiri adalah kehadiran pimpinan koperasi yang sering tidak ada di koperasi, sehingga pengajuan pinjaman yang ada di koperasi menumpuk dan tidak dapat segera di tentukan hasil kelayakan pinjaman. Selain itu masalah yang juga terjadi di koperasi adalah penilaian yang dilakukan pimpinan dalam menentukan kelayakan pinjaman masih bersifat subyektif yaitu hanya memberikan keputusan layak atau tidak seorang peminjam, tanpa memperhitungkan persentase nilai kelayakan pinjaman  tersebut. Agar posyandu berjalan dengan baik maka perlu dukungan dari kader, kader diharapkan bisa menjadi agent of change. Peran kader sebagai agent of change, dalam upaya pembangunan dapat diwujudkan dengan memberikan dukungan berupa berbagi pelayanan yang meliputi pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan, pengukuran tekanan darah, pengisian KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat) memberikan penyuluhan atau penyebarluasan informasi kesehatan, menggerakkan serta mengajak usia lanjut untuk hadir dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan posyandu lansia karena itulah kader dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan membina, menuntun serta didukung oleh keterampilan dan berpengalaman.    

Proses  menua  menimbulkan  permasalahan  baik  secara  fisik,  biologis, mental maupun sosial ekonomi. Lansia merasa terbatas aktivitasnya, sering sakit, lingkungan kurang bersahabat, dan tidak percaya diri dengan penampilan fisiknya dan ini menjadi tanda rendahnya kualitas hidup lanjut usia karena mereka tidak menikmati masa tuanya.  Hasil  survey menggunakan  Mini  Mental  Status  Exam (MMSE)  diperoleh  data  bahwa  lansia  sebanyak  45  orang  yang  terdaftar  di Posyandu Setya Manunggal III Dusun Lempuyangan Bulan Januari 2020 menunjukkan yang mengalami penurunan kognitif sedang sebanyak 13 orang, penurunan kognitif berat sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil wawancara dengan kader lansia didapatkan data yang banyak mengalami pikun dikarenakan lansia hanya di rumah tanpa  adanya  aktivitas  lain  karena  adanya  keterbatasan  mobilitas  fisik.  Kader sendiri  oleh  penanggunggjawab  BKL  (Bina  Keluarga  Lansia)  dari  kecamatan Bergas sudah diarahkan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada lansia dan keluarga, baik itu bisa berupa permainan ataupun memberikan pelatihan kerajinan tangan, namun karena keterbatasan informasi, minimnya dana operasional, dan kurangnya kemampuan kader menjadikan program tersebut hanya wacana. Analisis fenomena tersebut menjadi latar belakang tim pengabdian masyarakat Akper Kesdam IV/Diponegoro bekerjasama dengan Puskesmas Bergas untuk melaksanakan kegiatan bertema, “ Penerapan Brain Gym, Puzzle Therapy, dan Handycraft Training  sebagai  Upaya  Meningkatkan  Kualitas  Hidup  Lansia  Dusun Lempuyangan, Gebugan, Kab.Semarang”.

Pemilihan jenis kontrasepsi pada wanita usia subur tergantung pada status kesehatan, efek samping potensial, konsekuensi kegagalan atau kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan (Darmawati, 2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan pengetahuan dan sosial ekonomi dengan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang di Puskesmas Air Besar Desa Batu Merah Kecamatan Sirimau Kota Ambon. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan besar sampel 68 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05 dan diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (p= 0,000) dan ada hubungan sosial ekonomi dengan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (p= 0,000). Dari hasil tersebut dapat disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan edukasi bagi calon maupun akseptor KB sehingga memperoleh informasi yang lebih menyeluruh tentang alat kontrasepsi khususnya Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang.

Permen jelly adalah produk pangan semi basah yang terbentuk dari cairan dengan bahan dasar gula dan bahan pemanis lainnya. Tekstur permen jelly terbentuk dengan menambahkan gel sebagai bahan yang pembentuk gel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meciptakan inovasi produk permen jelly dari ekstrak daun kersen-pandan yang kaya akan aktivitas antiksidan dan rendah kalori. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai inovasi produk dan pengembangan bahan pangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial 2 faktor. Faktor yang digunakan yaitu konsentrasi ekstrak daun kersen-pandan dan variasi jenis gula rendah kalori (sorbitol, stevia dan fruktosa). Perbandingan ekstrak daun kersen-pandan yang digunakan adalah 140:60, 160:40, dan 180:20. Formulasi perlakuan terbaik uji kimia pada pembuatan permen jelly ini adalah perbandingan ekstrak daun kersen-pandan 140:60 g dengan jenis gula stevia, dimana aktivitas antioksidan 40,39%, total fenol 2,194 mg GAE/g, gula total 6,711% kadar abu 0,066% dan kadar air sebesar 17,75%. Uji sensorik terbaik adalah perbandingan ekstrak daun kersen-daun pandan 140:60 g dengan jenis gula stevia, dimana warna 4,30 (hijau tua), flavor pandan 2,59 (agak kuat), rasa manis 1,72 (sedikit terasa manis), tekstur kenyal 2,02 (kenyal) dan kesukaan keseluruhan 1,87 (suka).
