Career centers at universities function to bridge the information needs of the world of work required by universities and to answer the challenges of the world of work. This career development center information system is based on the needs of alumni, tracer studies for campus accreditation, knowing the educational outcomes produced by universities, knowing the contribution of universities to existing competencies in the world of work, for monitoring college graduates when entering the word

Taxes becomes very important because taxes provide a large contribution to state revenues. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, leverage, firm size, sales growth dan audit quality to tax avoidance.  The sample of this study were Indonesia Stock Exchange registered manufacture companies in 2017 until 2019 thus 213 data were used in this study. descriptive statistical test and multiple regression tests with the SPSS 26 were used to analyze the data. This study showed that the independent variabel profitability has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, leverage has a significant negative on tax avoidance. On the other hand, firm size, sales growth and audit quality does not affect the tax avoidance variable

Public transportation is one of the important modes of transportation and is the backbone of transportation in Indonesia. The development of public transportation is also supported by the government, this government support is evident in the national policy, namely the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN). Although public transportation is an effective mode of transportation, it also has obstacles in its development, namely how to meet customer desires in choosing a mode of transportation. There are several variables that are the focus of this research, namely age, gender, income, cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility. The search for influential variables will use the K-Means and DBSCAN clustering algorithms, these two algorithms are also compared to their performance to find a better algorithm. The results of the Silhouette Coefficient show that DBSCAN has a better performance with a value of 0.99 than K-Means with a value of 0.86. The variables that affect the interest in using public transportation are the most important ones related to cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility.

The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.

Security issues of a system are factors that need to be considered in the operation of information systems, which are intended to prevent threats to the system and detect and correct any damage to the system. Distributed Denial of Services (DDOS) is a form of attack carried out by someone, individuals or groups to damage data that can be attacked through a server or malware in the form of packages that damage the network system used. Security is a mandatory thing in a network to avoid damage to the data system or loss of data from bad people or heckers. Packages sent in the form of malware that attacks, causing bandwidth hit continuously. Network security is a factor that must be maintained and considered in an information system. Ddos forms are Ping of Death, flooding, Remote controled attack, UDP flood, and Smurf Attack. The goal is to use DDOS to protect or prevent system threats and improve damaged systems. Computer network security is very important in maintaining the security of data in the form of small data or large data used by the user.

Rice is the most important staple food for humans to have energy to carry out activities. The purpose of this study is to provide information to the public in the form of a reference for selecting rice based on consumer interest, so that it can be used as a decision making in buying rice. The Mamdani method is a method that is able to solve problems in the case of rice selection based on consumer references. The work process of the Sugeno method consists of four parts, namely fuzification, inference engine, implication function amplification and the last one is defuzzification. The final result, the Mamdani method has the characteristics of using the AND operator and using the min-max value. This research is in the form of a decision-making system in rice selection based on references from consumers by looking at four aspects of criteria such as price, quality, taste, and shape variables, these four aspects can be used as a reference in rice selection. Sugeno fuzzy logic to get the final value.The Mamdani method is a very effective method in selecting rice according to the needs and interests of consumers so that potential consumers can easily choose rice according to their interests and desired criteria.

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

Setting a strategy in running the existing system in the company, therefore it is very important for the company to evaluate the management control system which is one of the basic functions of management. The object of the research is PT. JNE Indonesia, especially at Cikuda Jatinangor agents. This study aims to determine the state of the control system in JNE in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study explain that the system that applies at JNE is still running well as evidenced by the absence of complaints from company employees, the implementation of activities that run normally, and the programs that are run in the midst of this pandemic do not make income decline JNE’s management performs the control systems very well, and ensures the security of packages that will be sent until they are received by costumers.

Sometimes in some educational institutions they use handbooks in the learning process, but it is different in MA SA Darul istqamah, handbooks are only available for teachers. From this statement, the researcher concludes that the media has an important role in learning, so the researcher wants to know how the implementation of media, especially audio lingual media, in increasing maharah istima' at the institution.This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. About the results of the study of the implementation of audio lingual media in increasing the special mahrah of class XI science students at MA SA Darul Istiqamah Woro Kepohbaru. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and interview techniques, including interviews with the teacher in charge of the subject. And researchers used data analysis that was carried out continuously during the research process by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.According to the observations that the researchers got, there are several kinds of media used in learning. Especially for istima' skills in Arabic the teacher gives an incomplete text, and later students are given the task of completing the text by listening to the audio that is played. Thus students can train especially in the ability to express words according to what is heard or commonly called maharah istima'.  

Fakfak Regency is one of the autonomous regions located in the territory of West Papua Province. Normatively, this district is still classified as an area rich in potential economic resources. If the potential of these resources can be managed and utilized properly, it will certainly make a positive contribution to the increase of Regional Original Revenue. The Tourism sector is one of the potential and strategic sectors for Regional Original Revenue, because this sector is the main source of Regional Tax and Regional Levy revenue.This study aims to find out the amount of Revenue from the Tourism Sector of Fakfak Regency in the last 5 years, to find out the amount of Contribution of Tourism Sector Revenue to the Original Income of the Fakfak Regency Region, how the theory used in the Development of the Tourism Sector as one of the leading sectors for increasing Regional Original Income. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Based on the results of important research findings, in the last five years the tourism sector has received less attention from the local government of Fakfak district, but the tourism sector's revenue has increased every year.    

Manufacturing industry currently plays an important role in meeting the needs of society. The social concern factor, namely Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR) and governance, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is disclosed in the company's financial statements can affect the value of the company. This research was conducted to prove the role of disclosure of these two factors for the value of the company in the future. This study uses a population of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The results of linear regression testing indicate that CSR disclosure has a positive effect on firm value and GCG disclosure has a positive effect on firm value. This shows that disclosure is an important thing to consider in assessing the company. The more disclosure of the value of the company will increase. The control variables in this study are cash holding, cash value and firm size, only company size has a negative effect on firm value. So that small companies are more able to increase the number of CSR and GCG disclosures compared to large companies. This shows the ability to master the conditions of small companies is more efficient and effective than large companies.

Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. Hardware resources include PCs that are used for clients with application program software. Windows 10 professional 32 and 64 bit as the operating system. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. Data and information include infrastructure data, device data, server data and data on staff, students and lecturers at STMIK Rosma. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. AbstractCommunication in disaster management uses a variety of media. In communication context, the media used as a channel for delivering messages that called the communication medium. This study aims to find the most effective disaster education communication based on a descriptive quantitative approach. Reserchers took samples aged 17-20 years old who had participated in disaster socialization activities that held by Meterorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency in Cilacap, Central Java, Indonesia and every respondent has had disaster experience. The number of research samples is 175 respondent. In the context of communication, the medium becomes important because it is a channel for delivering message.  An import function of communication is how medium can delivered message to be undesrstood together. The fuction of communication is providing information, education and persuasion. It was found that varioys activities have beed carried out such as Goes To School, which is used to deliver messages used some communication medium like pocket books, animated video, and power point template.  Fact findings related to the best communication medium  were sozialization (face to face meetings), films, public service advertisements, and roleplays. The capital market is one of the alternative sources of long-term funding among various other alternatives for companies that need funds for the sustainability of the company. The capital market has an important role for the economy of a country because the capital market performs a function, namely as a means for business funding or as a means for companies to obtain funds from the investor community.   For this reason, it is necessary to expand research that is supported by a basic theory, so the problem of factors capable of predicting changes in stock prices is proposed, where there are two variables that are thought to have an effect on changes in stock prices in this study. The two variables are asset structure and firm size. In addition, based on various previous research results, it was found that there were gaps or inconsistencies in the research results (gap research) conducted by researchers. On this basis, the title adopted from this research is "The Effect of Asset Structure and Company Size on Share Prices in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange".

PT Sintas Kurama Perdana is the first formic acid producer in Southeast Asia. Inventory of finished goods is an important component in supporting the company's operational activities through sales activities. This research method uses qualitative methods by gathering various information and data needed to complete the inventory recording report. The procurement records inventory and invoices still using manual, which makes the process of releasing finished goods less effective. In this case so that the process of releasing goods can be done easily and quickly to avoid mistakes that occur in the process of recording and inputting, finished goods inventory using a web-based application.

Relationship skills can create a sales network and become an important part of a company to increase competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to identify the inconsistency of the relationship between relational capability in competitive advantage and Pareto sales network assets as a mediator. The sample of this study came from food and beverage SME owners around the city of Semarang, Central Java. Respondent data was collected from 202 small and medium business sectors through questionnaires and interviews. This study used SEM-PLS for analysis. The results of the study found that (1) relational capability had a positive and significant effect on Pareto sales network assets; (2) relational capability has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage; (3) Pareto sales network assets have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage; (4) the greater the influence of relational capability on competitive advantage through Pareto sales network assets. The role of Pareto sales network assets has the potential to be a high leverage for competitive advantage in SMEs.

Managing human resources optimally, in this case employees in an organization, both non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations, is very important in conditions with an increasingly high level of competition. Employees needed at this time are those who have the attitude to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, so that the goals to be achieved can be realized. Various problems that are currently being faced require companies/organizations to find solutions that are fast, precise, and accurate, especially problems related to human resources in companies/organizations. In this condition, it cannot be denied that labor or employees are the lifeblood and the most important element that is needed by the company/organization, without employees it is difficult to achieve the desired goals. Sutrisno (2012) that the biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges and changes that are happening around it. Thus, efforts are needed to be able to create and form employees who have a loyal attitude towards work, have creativity, are able to demonstrate work innovation, have forward orientation, and have the ability to think critically.
