Notes or books are very important in human life in rewriting to be used as a reminder and to record important things. Financial Recording is very important as a business actor but many MSME actors forget this. The importance of digital financial literacy can help record financial transactions and make it easier to recap product sales data, then an innovation emerges. An application on the smartphone Buku Khas. Therefore, the purpose of this Community Service is to educate and teach MSME actors to use the Special Book Application. The results of the study show that there are still many MSME actors who still record finances by writing them in a book, therefore the researcher is conducting community service with the theme of introducing technology to MSMEs in order to facilitate business continuity.

In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

The family planning program is an effort to increase public awareness and participation through maturation of marriage age, birth control, fostering family resilience, and improving family welfare in order to realize a small, happy and prosperous family. IUD (Intra Uterine Device) is a plastic contraceptive that has a shape like the letter "T" and is installed in the uterus to prevent pregnancy Implant is a hormonal contraceptive method that is effective, not permanent and can prevent pregnancy between three and five years. This contraceptive is in the form of an empty silastic (silicone rubber) capsule filled with hormones and the ends of the capsule are sealed with silastic adhesive. Contraceptives are important for improving the quality of life of women and their families. They not only prevent unwanted pregnancies, but also reduce the number of abortions. And contraceptive use can help manage family income by spacing pregnancies and paving the way for women to work. Contraceptives have also been shown to lower maternal and infant mortality rates by spacing births and determining the number of children to be born. The use of long-acting contraceptives such as IUDs, implants, vasectomies, and tubectomies should be more widely promoted. The use of long-term contraceptives is the main need to reduce the rate of population increase.

This Community Service Program (PkM) was motivated by the low quality of administrative order in the bookkeeping and document management system of Dasawisma Anggur Merah 3 RT 08, Bukit Timah Village, characterized by unsystematic data recording, weak documentation practices, and limited understanding of accountable and organized administration. The objective of this program was to strengthen the capacity of Dasawisma in implementing orderly administration through the development of structured, transparent, and sustainable bookkeeping and documentation systems. The method applied was a participatory community organizing approach, implemented through socialization, technical assistance, simple bookkeeping training, hands-on documentation practices, and participatory evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in the understanding of Dasawisma members regarding the importance of administrative order, behavioral changes in record-keeping and document management, the establishment of a more structured bookkeeping system, and the emergence of collective awareness of administration as a foundation for program planning and decision-making. In addition, local leaders (local leaders) emerged as driving forces in strengthening administrative management and institutional capacity. This program contributes to the creation of more professional, accountable, and sustainable governance of Dasawisma organizations in community-based empowerment initiatives.

This problem is characterized by poorly organized family data records, weak documentation of activities, and limited understanding among administrators regarding the strategic role of administration as a basis for planning and decision-making. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the quality of Dasawisma administration through collaboration between higher education institutions and Dasawisma groups as an effort to strengthen community organizational governance. The method employed is a participatory community organizing approach, encompassing stages of joint planning, technical administrative assistance, training, and reflective evaluation. The results indicate an improvement in administrators' understanding and skills in managing administrative tasks, the establishment of more systematic data and activity recording systems, and increased participation and organizational ownership among Dasawisma members. Furthermore, the program encouraged the emergence of local leadership and collective awareness of the importance of as an instrument for institutional strengthening. Overall, collaboration with higher education institutions proved effective in promoting sustainable improvements in Dasawisma administrative governance.

This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted as an effort to strengthen organizational capacity in improving the performance of Dasawisma in Bukit Timah Subdistrict, Dumai City, particularly in management and organizational practices. The main problems faced by the community partners included suboptimal organizational functions, limited understanding of organizational management, administration, and simple financial recording, which affected participation and program sustainability. This program aimed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and awareness of Dasawisma members regarding effective organizational management and administrative practices. The methods applied were participatory counseling and assistance through lectures, interactive discussions, and practical exercises on organizational management and basic bookkeeping. The results indicated an improvement in members’ understanding of organizational roles and functions, increased motivation and active participation, and the emergence of collective awareness about the importance of administration and collaboration. Furthermore, the program encouraged more structured and organized behavior, serving as an initial step toward strengthening Dasawisma’s institutional capacity.

This community service activity aims to enhance the human resource capacity of Dasawisma members in effective administration management as a family development data base at the sub-district level. The assistance was conducted using a participatory approach and hands-on practice, including socialization, technical administrative training, and reflective discussion. The results indicated an increase in Dasawisma members' understanding of the importance of orderly, systematic, and integrated administration in supporting social activities. Members' technical skills in managing family data, filling administrative books, classifying information, and preparing simple reports improved significantly. Furthermore, the assistance strengthened communication and coordination between Dasawisma and sub-district officials, promoted group independence, and strengthened Dasawisma's role as a key data source for family development. These findings confirm that planned and participatory higher education assistance plays a strategic role in community empowerment, supports good governance at the local level, and can serve as a replicable model for other community development programs.

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance leadership capacity and organizational management skills of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) Dumai Branch cadres through the strengthening of Islamic values ​​and the application of modern organizational management principles. The program was implemented during the Intermediate Training (Latihan Kader II/LK 2) using lectures, interactive discussions, and leadership simulations. A participatory approach was employed to actively engage participants throughout the program. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of transformational leadership, collective–collegial leadership, and organizational planning and management skills. Furthermore, the program increased participants' awareness of the importance of integrating Islamic values ​​as an ethical foundation in student organizational leadership practices. This PKM contributes to the development of qualified HMI cadres as future leaders with integrity, adaptability, and strong commitment to community service.

This Community Service Program (PkM) was motivated by the suboptimal organizational governance and tourism service management at Bahtera Beach. The main issues included limited managerial capacity among local tourism managers, the absence of clear service standards, and weak coordination among local tourism stakeholders. This program aimed to strengthen institutional capacity, improve the quality of visitor services, and promote more participatory and sustainable destination governance. The program applied a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, joint planning, training on tourism service management, development of basic service standards, and field mentoring. The beneficiaries were local tourism management groups and community members directly involved in tourism services at Bahtera Beach. The results indicate improved understanding among managers regarding structured organizational governance and service management. Clearer task distribution, the implementation of basic service standards for visitors, and increased awareness of cleanliness and visitor comfort were observed as tangible improvements. In addition, the emergence of local leaders who actively coordinate service activities and support program sustainability became an important outcome. Overall, this program contributed to strengthening institutional capacity and enhancing the quality of the tourism experience at Bahtera Beach.

Farmer group institutions play a strategic role in supporting agricultural development; however, many farmer groups still face limitations in data management and institutional administration. These limitations affect planning, decision-making, and access to agricultural development programs. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance farmers’ understanding and skills in data management and institutional administration through extension activities at the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Bukit Kapur Subdistrict, Dumai City. The methods applied include lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing and managing farmer group administrative records. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills related to group administration, increased awareness of the importance of orderly administrative management, and a collective commitment to implementing sustainable record-keeping practices. Furthermore, the program encouraged the emergence of local leadership and strengthened farmer group institutions as social capital toward farmer independence and welfare.

Community participation in social service activities is a crucial indicator of community-based social development. However, the level of participation is often influenced by various structural and cultural factors, including the role of community organizations as key mobilizers of collective action. This activity aims to identify factors affecting community participation in social service activities in Bintan Sub-district, analyze the role of community organizations in facilitating and organizing these activities, and assess their impact on strengthening synergy and collaboration among residents. The method employed included a socialization session on the importance of community organizations in community empowerment, followed by social service activities in the form of collective environmental clean-up and greening programs through tree planting around public facilities. The findings indicate that increased collective awareness, local leadership, and organizational support significantly enhance community participation. Furthermore, social service activities contribute to strengthening social cohesion, fostering a sense of togetherness, and promoting stronger synergy and collaboration among community members in Bintan Sub-district.

This Community Service Program (PKM) was motivated by the limited understanding and skills of farmer groups in managing administrative systems, which are essential prerequisites for developing agribusiness partnerships. Farmer groups under the supervision of the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Dumai Timur District, Dumai City, have not yet implemented well-organized data recording and administrative management, resulting in low institutional readiness to establish agribusiness partnerships. This program aimed to apply administrative management practices to strengthen farmer group institutions and support the development of agribusiness partnerships. The methods used included extension activities through lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing and managing farmer group administrative records. The results indicate an improvement in farmers’ understanding of the importance of administrative management in agribusiness partnerships, enhanced skills in organizing and maintaining administrative records, and the emergence of collective awareness of institutional governance. Furthermore, the program contributed to behavioral changes within farmer organizations, increased leadership roles among group administrators, and initiatives to develop more structured and sustainable agribusiness partnerships.

This study explores how artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and adaptive learning platforms contribute to overcoming traditional barriers to education. The research adopts a qualitative approach, analyzing case studies and recent advancements in educational technology. Findings reveal that these technologies enhance accessibility for students with disabilities, provide personalized learning experiences, and bridge educational gaps in underprivileged regions. The study highlights the importance of policy support and infrastructure development to maximize the benefits of technological integration in education. The implications suggest that adopting emerging technologies can create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment, ensuring education for all.

The research aims to identify the key barriers to AI adoption in educational settings, including ethical concerns, data privacy, and technological infrastructure. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data were collected through literature reviews and expert interviews. The findings indicate that while AI can significantly improve learning outcomes and administrative efficiency, its implementation requires strategic planning, teacher training, and regulatory frameworks. This study highlights the importance of balancing AI-driven innovation with ethical considerations to maximize its benefits in education.

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in how businesses are conducted, especially in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. E-commerce has become a key tool for MSMEs to expand their market reach and improve operational efficiency. This seminar discusses the importance of leveraging e-commerce for MSME development in Indonesia, highlighting the potential of digital platforms like social media to enhance market reach and business efficiency. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and inadequate infrastructure remain major barriers to adopting this technology, particularly in rural areas. The seminar results indicate that synergy between the government, private sector, and society is needed to overcome these challenges and support MSMEs in utilizing digital technology for sustainable growth.

Elderly people tend to experience chronic diseases because there is a decrease in the function of organs in the body. An increase in life expectancy will correspond to an increase in the number of sufferers of chronic diseases, because every elderly person has one or more chronic diseases. It is important for seniors to understand the emergency conditions they may experience, because fluctuations in an elderly person's condition can occur in a short time. This Community Service aims to increase the elderly's understanding of emergency conditions in chronic diseases. The method used is providing health education through counseling and conducting pre-tests and post-tests to determine the understanding of the elderly. After the test was carried out, it was found that there was an increase in the value of participants' knowledge regarding the emergency conditions of chronic diseases after being given counseling with a frequency during the pretest, namely 5 people, the sufficient category was 7 and the highest was the insufficient category, namely 8 people, but after the counseling was carried out for 30 minutes, it was possible to increase knowledge. There were 16 participants who had good knowledge and only 4 people who had sufficient knowledge. With increased knowledge, it is hoped that patients will be able to provide first aid and find the right place for further assistance if a chronic disease patient experiences an emergency at home.

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

Along with the growing public awareness of personal and environmental health, lipa sabbe products with natural colors are increasingly popular. Natural dyes are advantageous because they do not need to be imported, are safe for human health during the manufacturing process, do not pollute the environment, and are safe. Although synthetic dyes are easier to use, they are harmful to health, produce hazardous waste, pollute the environment, and are made from imported materials. This study aims to determine the types of plants that can be used as natural dyes for lipa sabbe. Qualitative methods with literature studies sourced from journals, books, or other related scientific articles are used in this research. The results showed that natural dyes in lipa sabbe became one of the Science Learning Resources with natural dyes including extracts from cocoa shell waste, coconut fiber waste, oil palm shell waste, rambutan peel waste, mangosteen peel waste, guava leaf waste, mango leaf waste and avocado leaf waste is plantation waste that can be used as a natural lipa sabbe dye. Initially the existence of this information system was to collect, process, store, calculate, analyze, and disseminate information for specific purposes. However, currently SIA has a very important impact on the company, namely providing added value to its users because it will ultimately have an impact on improving the company's overall performance.

Every company that has important activities that use electronic devices, of course, must have a power backup so that sudden power cuts do not occur, because if this happens frequently it will cause damage to electronic devices, one of which is using a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is an electronic device capable of providing temporary backup power when the main power supply is cut off. This UPS is also an electronic device that can protect all types of electronic equipment that is vulnerable to current or voltage instability. The purpose of this study is to understand and know the working principle and how to maintain the use of UPS. The method used is the method of observation in the company to obtain research data. At PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry uses two types of UPS which have different capacities, namely 0.8KVA and 3KVA to supply power to each electronic device that is used regularly. Of the two types of UPS, it can be used to back up electrical power when the main power source is suddenly cut off.
