Inclusive Early Childhood Education (PAUD) faces significant challenges in the era of digital disruption, particularly in integrating technology with meaningful and contextual learning. This study aims to develop and implement a contextual deep learning strategy through the ASYIK, ATIK, and SIUUL models. The research used a participatory workshop method combined with experiential learning and collaborative inquiry approaches, involving 50 PAUD practitioners in the Cikarang area. The findings showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and a very high level of satisfaction, with 98% reporting satisfaction or high satisfaction. The learning simulations demonstrated the successful application of creative and contextual strategies to support inclusive education for children with special needs. Participants were highly motivated to implement these models in their institutions. The study recommends continuous technical support, the development of adaptive learning media, and the establishment of practitioner communities to ensure the sustainable implementation of inclusive education. These efforts are essential to enhance the quality and inclusiveness of early childhood education in the digital era.

This research compares development administration models between developed and developing countries. Using comparative analysis, this study evaluates policies and best practices from both contexts. Research findings reveal significant differences in development approaches and outcomes, as well as implications for policy development. The analysis demonstrates that developed countries predominantly employ post-bureaucratic, participatory, and innovation-driven models characterized by strong institutional capacity, high levels of digitalization, decentralized decision-making, and robust accountability mechanisms. In contrast, developing countries frequently rely on hybrid models combining traditional bureaucratic structures with nascent reforms, constrained by limited resources, capacity gaps, institutional weaknesses, and political economy challenges. Critical differentiators include governance quality, administrative capacity, technological infrastructure, resource availability, stakeholder participation levels, and policy implementation effectiveness. Despite contextual differences, successful development administration in both settings shares common elements, including political commitment, adaptive capacity, citizen engagement, evidence-based policymaking, and continuous learning mechanisms. The research identifies transferable lessons and contextual adaptation requirements for developing countries seeking to enhance their development administration systems.

Teenagers today are filled with a number of rapid technological changes and developments. From a financial perspective, teenagers at this stage have a growing ability to understand the principles of saving and spending money, not only the basics, but also long-term goals. The three main areas that parents should focus on are income, savings, and responsible spending (shopping or investment). Problems that often occur in society (including teenagers) are such as wasteful living (lifestyle), online loan debt, and being trapped in online gambling. The emergence of several entertainment venues, cafes, and angkringan makes spending difficult for teenagers to control. The methods used in this service are lectures, simulations, discussions and questions and answers regarding the usefulness and benefits of understanding financial literacy. The results of this service show the different nature and patterns of financial management of teenagers requiring presentation patterns that need to be adjusted. In the implementation of the activity, there were participants (some) who were more enthusiastic or serious about this series of training. Presenters (speakers) require the application of andragogy model learning. This model is intended so that the presenter (material provider) and participants are not bored, comfortable in communicating and feedback appears quickly. In the future, training or workshops will be more directed to more technical or specific, for example capital market investment, mutual funds or other investment models.
