The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. The sprayer is one of the equipments that is often used in agriculture, especially in rice plants to control pests and diseases. The use of the nozzle rod on the electric sprayer still uses hands resulting in the spray distance on the rice being not constant. To answer this problem, the researcher will create an innovative robotic hand holding the nozzle rod on an electric sprayer that will direct the nozzle rod constantly. Servo MG996r as a rectifier of the motion of the nozzle stem which will determine the distance and area of ​​spraying on rice. To achieve maximum dispersion in rice with a 4:1 legowo system with a servo rod length of 50 cm and a spacing between rice of 25 cm, the servo must move forward and backward at an angle of 110° - 180° which can be seen on the LCD and the distance of the nozzle rod on the object can be up and down to 38 cm and up 24 cm from the starting position. The purpose of this thesis is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in controlling electrical appliances, including turning on or off lights at home and controlling other electrical appliances. The method used in making the Design of Control System for Electrical Equipment Using Bluetooth Based on the Atmega 328 Microcontroller is a prototype. This research method consists of several stages, library research, analytical methods, design and implementation methods. The results achieved are reducing the number of fires due to electrical short circuits and increasing aspects of comfort and convenience for users as well as people with disabilities and the elderly, who find it difficult to stand or to reach lights and the implementation of infrastructure devices, where a series of these tools can work after bluetooth devices are available in the community. android smartphones. connected to the bluetooth module connected to the arduino microcontroller. Basically, using the principle of this tool, the user must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion is that this equipment has been tested and can be used as a controller of power tools with a lightweight android smartphone via a Bluetooth connection without having to press the switch button.

Recently, the need for cellular telecommunication services in Indonesia refers to a very large number. This customer growth rate must be balanced with infrastructure development. PT. Telkomsel carries out scheduled maintenance or maintenance activities on BTS devices. Based on these problems, the research carried out by the author aims to find out and understand the repair or repair procedures on computerized BTS devices at PT. Telkomsel, Karawang. The result of the research is that it is known that the application of a computerized system at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular GraPaRi Karawang helps the process of repairing BTS devices in meeting information needs. To monitor damage to BTS equipment, it is done by means of an alarm monitoring system using the iManager u2000 software.

Community service entitled Training on Making Miniature Fishing Boats Made of Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) for Students of SMKN 1 Tambakboyo, Tuban City With the background of the existence of Tuban City as one of the coastal areas which is still trying to develop its community resources in the marine sector. Several vocational schools in Tuban have opened shipping and shipping engineering majors. Generally, these SMK students are taught how to operate supporting equipment for repair or management of ship transportation according to industrial needs. The purpose of this community service is to provide skills to students, especially at SMKN 1 Tambakboyo Tuban on how to make miniature fishing boats made of Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP). Through shipbuilding skills that are more efficient in operation, it is hoped that the next generation of fishermen will have economic competitiveness because they are able to produce and use ships as efficient fishing facilities. The training was conducted online on Sunday 27 September 2020. The number of training participants was 53 participants from several schools in Tuban.

The majority of workers think that the work procedure with PPE has been quite long because there have been no serious complaints after carrying out this work. However, it was found that several workers had injuries to their hands due to being hit by knives, this occurred due to not using gloves as a form of PPE, and some of these workers even required special treatment and had to take time off work. This research aims to determine the knowledge of rubber workers before and after being given counseling about PPE as well as the influence of occupational safety and health education about PPE on rubber workers at PTPN XIV Teluk Elpaputih, Teluk Elpaputih District, Central Maluku Regency. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-post test design approach. This research sample used a total sampling method, totaling 63 respondents. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data processing with SPSS uses the Wilcoxon nonparametric test. The Wilcoxon test results showed that 1 respondent's knowledge had decreased. 58 respondents' knowledge increased and 4 respondents' knowledge remained the same. From the research results it can be concluded that the knowledge of rubber workers before being given treatment reached the lowest score for respondents was 4 people and the knowledge of respondents after being given treatment that reached the highest score for respondents was 10 people. And there is the influence of occupational safety and health education regarding PPE (personal protective equipment).
