Aging of the skin that occurs in the elderly has an impact on skin moisture. There are various factors that can influence skin moisture, both unchangeable and changeable. Disturbed skin moisture can cause various skin problems and reduce the sufferer's quality of life. This makes it important to provide education and skin hydration screening to the public, especially the elderly. Education is carried out by conveying information about skin moisture, influencing factors, as well as ways to prevent and care for the skin. The increasing number of elderly people in Indonesia makes it important for us to pay attention to their health. Skin care that can be done to maintain skin hydration includes using moisturizers, humidifiers in rooms with low humidity, using soft soap without fragrance, avoiding long showers, using sunscreen, and clothing that is not too tight. It is hoped that education and screening can increase public awareness regarding the importance of maintaining skin hydration, especially for the elderly, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of public health in Indonesia.

Diarrhea in children is a health problem with a high mortality rate, especially in children aged 1 to 4 years. The main cause of death is dehydration due to loss of fluids and electrolytes through feces, so it is important to fulfill fluid needs to replace and meet fluid needs in children with diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to be able to analyze the fluid balance in children with diarrhea after being given fluid needs at the hospital. Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe, City of Gorontalo. This research is a descriptive quantitative research and uses a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pre-post test. with a sample of 2 children with diarrhea. with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used a nursing care case report approach then data analysts, the data collected is associated with relevant concepts, theories, principles. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in fluid balance in children who experience diarrhea after being given fluids to meet their needs.

Healthy skin is necessary for the body to provide active protection against changes in the environment. In order to preserve skin moisture and give protection from ultraviolet (UV) light, a healthy stratum corneum is mandatory. Several skin disease, including atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, ichthiosis, and psoriasis, are associated with anomalies in stratum corneum hydration. Meanwhile, erythema, photosensitivity, and skin cancer can all result from prolonged exposure to UV radiation. This study were done withis a cross sectional with non-random consecutive sampling. The parameters taken in this study include demographic (age and gender), skin moisture / moist (%) and sun damage / UV Damage (%). Thirty adolescents between 12-18 years were included in the study (20 male (66,7%), vs 10 female (33,3%). The mean facial moisture was 63.6 (± 14.72)%, and sun damage was 31.53 (±14.47)%. These data suggest that dry skin and UV skin damage can happen to anyone including teenagers. Therefore it is essential to maintain the skin moisture and protect it from UV radiation, to obtain healthy skin and prevent associated skin problems.

Nausea and vomiting are symptoms that a reasonable and often happen in the first trimester of pregnancy. It usually occurs in the morning, but can occurs at any time including at night. This condition can cause dehydration or lack of fluid and electrolyte inbalance, hence the condition of pregnant mother's get worse. Lemon aromatherapy is one of alternative method to decrease nausea and vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy. It provides relaxation and sedative by stimulating the limbic system. This study was conducted to find the effect of lemon aromatherapy to decrease nausea and vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy. Design used in this study was pre-experiment (one-group pretest-posttest designed). The population were all pregnant women that have nausea and vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy. The samples were 12 respondent taken by purposive sampling according to the inclusion criteria. The independent variable was lemon aromatherapy. While the dependent variables were nausea and vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy. Data were collected using structured questionnaire and observation. Data were then analyzed using statistic test (wilcoxon signed rank test) with level of significance ??0.05. The result showed that giving lemon aromatherapy had an effect to decrease nausea and vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy (p=0.002). There were differences of nausea and vomiting between pre-treatment lemon aromatherapy (x=8.50) and post-treatment lemon aromatherapy (x=4.25). It can be concluded that giving lemon aromatherapy could decreased nausea and vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy. Lemon aromatherapy is useful to breathe when experiencing morning sickness, for relief, encouraging, refreshing, and improving mood, giving a relaxed feeling, comfortable and quiet. Recommendation for the nurse and other health profession to use lemon aromatherapy as alternative medication of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.

Early counseling and screening activities regarding skin hydration due to sun exposure are community service efforts aimed at increasing male students' understanding of the importance of maintaining skin hydration and protection against sun exposure. This activity is carried out through an educative and practical approach, by combining counseling, demonstrations, and early screening. The results of this activity showed an increase in male students' understanding of the importance of skin hydration and protection against sun exposure. They are becoming more aware of the need to take care of their skin regularly, use sunscreen, and keep their skin moisturised. Positive behavioral changes were seen in the boys' efforts to maintain healthy skin. Counseling and early screening activities regarding skin hydration due to sun exposure provide significant benefits in increasing understanding, changing behavior, and maintaining healthy skin for male students. This activity is an important effort in increasing awareness and protection of skin health among male students.
