This study aims to analyze interactive content strategies, value perceptions, and consumer engagement at PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya. The background of this study is based on the increasingly dominant trend of short video-based marketing on social media, yet Indo Bismar's consumer engagement levels remain limited. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with digital marketing staff, interns, and consumers, and reinforced by observing content on the company's official Instagram account. The analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Indo Bismar's content strategy is dominated by entertainment content oriented towards visibility, while product information only receives a small portion. The creativity of the internship team strengthens content implementation, but limited human resources and budget hinder consistency. Consumers rate content value higher when information, entertainment, and interactivity are present simultaneously, which ultimately increases engagement. This study confirms that the success of digital marketing depends not only on content creativity, but also on the organization's ability to strategically manage internal resources.

The increase in customer complaints in e-commerce services requires an effective excellent service strategy to maintain customer trust and loyalty. This study aims to analyze the complaint handling strategy at PT. XYZ. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interview techniques on four respondents who have different roles in customer service management. The results show that the most common complaints include product discrepancies, delivery delays, and slow refund processes. The main challenges include limitations in digital systems, interdepartmental coordination, and limited human resources. This study suggests optimizing customer service technology, strengthening internal coordination, and enhancing human resources to support 24/7 service and reinforce the company's image. Product discrepancies often arise from miscommunication between the sales and warehouse departments, leading to customers receiving products that do not match their expectations or the descriptions provided. Delivery delays are a common frustration, particularly during high-demand periods, affecting customer satisfaction and leading to negative reviews. Additionally, slow refund processes create frustration for customers, especially when dealing with returns or faulty products. These delays hinder the company's ability to provide excellent service and detract from the customer experience. One of the primary challenges identified in the study is the limitation in the digital systems used for customer service management. PT XYZ’s current system is not fully optimized to handle high volumes of complaints, leading to delays in responses and resolutions. Interdepartmental coordination is also a significant issue, as different departments such as logistics, sales, and customer service often operate in silos, making it difficult to resolve customer issues promptly.

This study aims to identify internal and external factors influencing the development of the Arunika Wedding Organizer business in Padang City and formulate appropriate strategies through a SWOT analysis approach. The research method was conducted qualitatively, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with five informants, consisting of business owners, employees, and vendors who collaborate with Arunika. The data obtained was then analyzed to map the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company. The results show that the main strengths of Arunika Wedding Organizer lie in responsive service to client needs, solid team coordination, and good working relationships with supporting vendors. These factors are important capital in maintaining consumer trust. However, the study also found weaknesses such as a limited number of part-time teams that can hinder operational flexibility, and suboptimal digital promotions that limit market reach. From the external side, opportunities that can be utilized include the increasing trend of more personal and simple intimate weddings, and the high demand for one-stop services, where all wedding needs can be accommodated by a single service provider. Meanwhile, the threats faced stem from intense price competition with similar service providers and relatively rapid changes in wedding trends, requiring the company to be constantly adaptive. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis, Arunika Wedding Organizer falls into quadrant IV (hold and maintain). Therefore, the recommended strategy is to maintain existing strengths while addressing existing weaknesses, particularly in human resources and digital promotion.

Human resource management (HRDM) is a crucial factor in supporting the success of companies in the digital era which is full of rapid change and global competition. Companies are required to not only adapt to technology, but also be able to build strategic and innovation-oriented MSDM systems. This study aims to examine the strategic role of MSDM in PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in supporting digital transformation and achieving organizational goals. Using a literature study approach, data was obtained from books, scientific journals, company annual reports, and official online sources. The results of the study show that PT Telkom Indonesia manages human resources strategically through various initiatives, such as the Great People Development Program (GPDP), digitization of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, and strengthening the value-based work culture of "The Telkom Way" which includes Integrity, Enthusiasm, and Totality. This approach has a positive impact on increasing employee engagement, productivity, innovation, and the company's competitiveness in the highly competitive telecommunications industry. In addition, the implementation of digital technologies in HR management, such as the use of analytics platforms for performance measurement and online learning systems, has helped companies in accelerating the internal transformation process. However, challenges such as the digital divide between employees, differences in expectations between generations, and resistance to change are still obstacles that need to be addressed with a more inclusive, adaptive, and employee-well-being-oriented management strategy. This research provides the implication that the integration of technology, organizational culture, and talent development is an important combination in creating a resilient and sustainable HR system. The limitations of the research lie in the literature approach that has not touched the empirical aspect, so it is recommended that there be field studies or in-depth interviews with related parties in the next research to get a more holistic and accurate picture.

Telkomsel Orbit is a product that provides an internet network that can be used anytime and anywhere, thereby attracting consumer interest. The company continues to market and develop this product so that it can continue to compete with other similar products, including by implementing several marketing methods which will be studied in this research. This study seeks to examine the impact of the independent variables, namely (X1) Personal Selling, (X2) Social Media Marketing and (X3) Sales Promotion on the dependent variable (Y1) Purchasing Decisions. This study uses quantitative data collected based on filling out questionnaires carried out by 330 respondents who are users of Telkomsel Orbit products in the Central Sumatra Region. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques via the SmartPLS application. Statistical results show that the independent variables, such specifically as (X1) Personal Selling, (X2) Social Media Marketing and (X3) Sales Promotion have a positive and substantial effect on the dependent variable (Y1) Purchase Decision resulting in an R-Square featuring the value of 0.267 or 26.7%. The Telkomsel Orbit marketing team is expected to continue to improve and evaluate the application of personal selling, social media marketing and sales promotions to influence consumer decisions in choosing Telkomsel Orbit products. The application of personal selling is considered the most effective in this research, so it is hoped that optimization of human resources and abilities in forming relationships with consumers will continue to be carried out. Likewise, sales promotions must be carried out more massively to be able to continue to compete with other competitors, because the best and most attractive price offers or sales promotion methods will be superior in influencing purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, social media marketing continues to be optimized, especially facing the digital world, where information is disseminated via the internet or social media, so content is needed with information content that can attract consumer interest in products.
