Household environmental problems such as poor waste management, the practice of burning waste, and limited use of home yards remain major challenges in creating clean and healthy residential areas. Dasawisma, as the smallest unit within the PKK structure, holds a strategic role in fostering environmental awareness and pro-environmental behavior at the family level. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to build an environmentally caring community through strengthening the role of Dasawisma, improving members' knowledge, and encouraging new habits in household environmental management. The method used a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, interactive counseling sessions, hands-on practice in waste management and yard utilization, and field mentoring. The results indicate an increase in members' understanding of environmental issues, behavioral changes in sorting organic and inorganic waste, simple composting practices, and the cultivation of plants in home yards. In addition, collective awareness and the emergence of local leaders helped sustain the environmental movement within the community. This program demonstrates that strengthening Dasawisma is an effective family-based empowerment strategy to support social transformation toward a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment.

MSMEs need to provide opportunities for local entrepreneurs and utilize local resources to help stimulate economic activity and increase the competitiveness of a region as a whole. Helminthiasis can be diagnosed by finding helminth eggs on a stool laboratory examination. Stool examination consists of qualitative and quantitative examination. One of the methods used in qualitative examination is the sedimentation method, this method utilizes the force of gravity by using a solution of lower density so that parasites can settle under the solution with the help of a centrifuge. One of the factors that affect centrifugation is time and speed. This study aims to determine the effect of time and speed of centrifugation on the profile of helminths eggs. The research was conducted at the meids laboratory of the Catholic Polytechnic Mangunwijaya Semarang. This type of research is experimental. Positive samples of Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) eggs were centrifuged with time variations of 10 minutes, 5 minutes and 3 minutes at speeds of 3000 rpm, 2000 rpm and 1500 rpm. The data were then analyzed using Shapiro-wilk and Paired Samples T-test. Statistic test shows a difference of STH eggs profile between 3000 rpm 10 minutes and 2000 rpm 5 & 10 minutes, and 3000 rpm 3 & 5 minutes, between 2000 rpm 3 minutes and 1500 rpm 5 minutes, between 2000 rpm 10 minutes and 1500 rpm 5 minutes dan 200 rpm 3 minutes, between 3000 rpm 5 minutes and 2000 rpm 3 minutes (p < 0.05). There is an effect of variations in time and speed of centrifugation on the profile of STH eggs.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the profitability (ROA) of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah By including Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) as the independent variable and profitability (ROA) as the dependent variable. This is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population or research theme is the annual report of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah. A total of 9 samples were taken from the Bank Kaltimtara Syariah Quarterly Financial Report for the 2016-2018 period. Based on the test results, it is known that tcount = - 1.4 98 < t table = 1.8 3 3 Financing and NonPerforming Financing (NPF) both have no significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA). While the Financing to deposit Ratio (FDR) regression shows a significant influence on Profitability (ROA). The amount of tcount is 1.859 > ttable 1.833

The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

The type of this research is normative jurdicial research with a descriptive approach. The secondary data sources in this research are observations in books, articles, journals, and other documents. Validation of this data using source triangulation techniques, and analyzed with inductive qualitative techniques. This research concludes that government authority is closely related to state administrative law because this law plays an important role in realizing good and clean governance, especially from corruption. The government can create an authority by implementing a closed system policy. To prevent the entry of outsiders and help strengthen government regulation. The role of state administrative law in corruption practices can be in the form of optimizing leadership, improving administration, increasing the integrity and synergy of the bureaucracy, as well as strengthening legal awareness regarding corruption in the community.

This study aims to describe the current and preferred organizational culture profile of PT Eddy Transport Raya based on the perceptions of all employees. The sampling method in this study is included in the type of saturated sample, where all the population numbers are samples. The total population in this study was 33 consisting of all employees of PT Eddy Transport Raya, so there were 33 people to be used as samples for research data collection. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) questionnaires to all employees. The variable in this study is organizational culture with 4 indicators indicator or type of culture namely Clan, Adhocracy, Market and Hierarchy. The results of these 4 indicators provide an understanding of the organizational culture of the company. Thus it can help leaders in terms of communication and decision making within the company. In this study, employees have the perception that the current organizational culture of PT Eddy Transport Raya is more towards clan culture. In addition, employees have the desire to change and improve the organizational culture to become adhocracy.

Therefore, a research was conducted to build a decision-making model in determining the choice of soccer schools in accordance with legal standards for children, namely using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is one method that can solve a problem because there is a hierarchy where there are several important aspects, namely Objects, Criteria, Sub Criteria, and Alternatives. By combining data and knowledge, it can increase effectiveness in decision makers. It is hoped that in the future, this research can help the community to support their children in the field of soccer by determining the appropriate soccer school.
