Early detection of a potential heart attack is a crucial step in preventing sudden death from heart disease. This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based health monitoring system capable of measuring vital body data in real time and predicting the likelihood of a heart attack from CSV data obtained from sensors, integrated through RapidMiner as learning data using a machine learning algorithm, the Support Vector Machine (SVM). The system was built using an ESP32 microcontroller connected to a MAX30102 sensor to measure heart rate and finger oxygen levels (SpO₂), as well as a DHT22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity. The resulting data is sent to the Blynk application to display real-time data according to its parameters. The initial prediction logic was developed using a rule-based method based on medical thresholds for four vital parameters. The data was then used to train an SVM model as a classification system to detect potential heart attacks. Test results showed that the system can identify abnormal conditions with a good level of accuracy and provide early warnings based on changes in vital parameters in real time. This system is expected to be an initial solution for personal health monitoring, especially for individuals at risk of heart disease. It can be further developed with cloud integration and automatic notifications to users' devices.

The prevalence of insomnia in Indonesia is still high compared to other countries, especially in adolescents. The prevalence is about 67% including low insomnia at 55, 8% and moderate insomnia at 23, 3%. The impact of insomnia on adolescents such as body weakness, lethargy, lack of concentration, and enthusiasm until it becomes a serious problem such as sleep disorders, heart attack, cancer, obesity, and other various lethal diseases. This study aimed to determine the correlation between smartphone addiction and stress levels on the incidence of insomnia in adolescents at SMA Negeri 8 Banda Aceh. The research method used was an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 537 teenagers and the sample was 84, chosen using the Proportional Random Sampling technique and Univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. The data were gathered using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) questionnaire, Smartphone Addiction Scale Short Version (SAS-SV), and Biological Psychiatry Study Group Jakarta Insomnia Rating Scale (KSPBJ-IRS). The result showed that of 84 respondents, most of them did not experience insomnia 41 respondents (48,8%), did not experience smartphone addiction 43 respondents (51,2%), and experienced low stress 48 respondents (57,1%). So there was a relationship between smartphone addiction (p=0,002) and stress level (p=0,007) toward insomnia in adolescents. In conclusion, there was a correlation between smartphone addiction and stress levels toward the incidence of insomnia in adolescents. This research suggests that research institutes concerned with health education conduct cross-sector collaboration regarding smartphone usage, such as the Health Office and Public Health Centres.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or CPR is help for patients experiencing a heart attack where basic living rock is needed by applying pressure to the chest. Nurses have an important role in implementing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), especially in the emergency room. Skills in carrying out actions can have a direct impact on patient safety. Steps can be taken to improve the overall quality of medical treatment by increasing the education, knowledge and skills of attached nurses. The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between education and PK level with the accuracy of nurses in carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation measures in the ICU and emergency rooms at Prikasih Hospital in 2024. The research method that will be used is an analytical research design with a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach, a population of 40 technical respondents total sample and sample size of 40 respondents. Using the non-parametric Rank Spearman Rho test. The results show a relationship between education and the accuracy of nurses in carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the ICU and ER with a P-Value of 0.026 < 0.05. And there is a relationship between the PK level and the accuracy of nurses in carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the ICU and ER with a P-Value of 0.002 < 0.05. The conclusion is that education and level PK are very important in carrying out actions, because a person's knowledge can be seen from the abilities or skills they have, therefore education and level PK greatly influence the accuracy of cardiac resuscitation actions.

Complications such as stroke, heart attack, kidney failure, and heart failure can arise as a result of hypertension as a long-standing disease. Foot massage can help lower blood pressure and dilate blood vessels, reducing complications of hypertension. The aim of EBPN is to analyze the application of Evidence Based Practice Nursing (EBPN) foot massage therapy in hypertensive patients. The method for implementing EBPN through case studies uses a descriptive method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest approach to foot massage therapy (3 times for 15 minutes in 3 consecutive days) to reduce blood pressure. The sample consisted of 1 female respondent and 2 male respondents. The tensimeter and observation sheet are the measuring tools used. EBPN results: All 3 (100%) respondents had suffered from hypertension for > 5 years. There was a change in blood pressure before and after the intervention with the results: respondent 1 BP 139/85 mmHg to 130/80 mmHg, respondent 2 BP 139/88 mmHg to BP 130/82 mmHg, and respondent 3 BP 147/97 mmHg to BP 138/89 mmHg. The average decrease in systolic blood pressure in the 3 respondents was 8.5 mmHg, while diastole decreased by an average of 5.8 mmHg. The suggestion for hypertension sufferers is that hospital staff can offer foot massage as a method to lower blood pressure to patients suffering from hypertension.

Heart attacks are caused by a blockage that keeps blood from flowing to the heart and to the brain, resulting in further complications such as failure of the heart muscle to get oxygen supply which results in a person's death. Therefore, patients with heart disease require Percutaneous Coronary Intervention to deal with their treatment. PCI is also known as cardiac angioplasty or percutaneous coronary intervention. PCI installation in patients with heart disease can affect physical activity so that patients really need family support. Family support will increase self-confidence and motivation to face problems and increase the standard of living to improve the patient's quality of life. This type of research uses a quantitative technique with a cross sectional approach. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 54 people. The results showed that the majority of respondents had good family support, with all dimensions of family support having a good percentage which showed a significant good percentage (100.00%), and had a very good quality of life (75.93%) , with those who have a good quality of life (24.07%). There is a significant relationship between family support and the quality of life of post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) patients in the cardiac clinic room of Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi, with the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.032 less than α (0.05). In addition to the analysis significance value, a correlation coefficient (cc) value of 0.293* was also obtained. The relationship between family support and quality of life of post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) patients in the cardiac clinic room at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi in 2023 resulted in a relationship that was sufficient or strong enough and led to a positive relationship, that is, better family support.
