Anemia during pregnancy is still a global problem. The government synergizes with health workers to reduce the prevalence of anemia, one of which is by administering iron supplements. However, this alternative has not been able to reduce the incidence of anemia in Indonesia. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine strategies to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Qualitative research with a single holistic case study approach. Research informants were heads of puskesmas, midwives, nutritionists, ATLM, doctors, and anemic pregnant women. Data collection for 1 month. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman models. The data collection instruments were interview guides, study documentation, observations, logbooks and field notes. The results of this study, there are 4 themes namely: 1) increasing the competence of human resources; 2) providing more comprehensive health education and simpler word choices; 3) Educational media innovation by utilizing online platforms; and 4) husband and family support. Therefore, increasing human resources can be through training and technical guidance on the management of anemia during pregnancy and anemia hematology examination, utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Whatsapp. increased blood especially drinks that can block the absorption of iron. Also, husbands encourage and remind pregnant women to regularly consume iron tablets every day.

Background: Many factors influence the completeness of basic immunization, such as parents, geographical location, vaccines, and health workers who provide immunization services. Even though the immunization program has been implemented well, there are still some immunization coverage that have not been achieved. Parents are the most important factor in scoring a child's complete immunization. Parents' participation in a health program is influenced by various factors and one of them is knowledge and attitudes towards the health program itself. Giving vaccines to children is the right way to anticipate the possibility of children being infected with diseases that are threatening at any time. Immunization functions to build a child's immunity against infectious diseases and dangerous diseases that can cause bodily defects. even death. Immunization given to children is the most effective way to protect children from tuberculosis (TB), diphtheria, pertussis (cocoon cough), tetanus (toothbrush). poliomyletis, measles, rubella and hepatitis B (Mai-imbi, 2021). During this time, parents had hepatitis B, meningitis, pneumonia and polio. VPD is a disease that is hoped to be eradicated or suppressed by implementing an immunization program Objective: Knowing the relationship between maternal attitudes and family support with the completeness of follow-up immunizations for young children at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan Amplas District in 2022. Method chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. Results: There is a relationship between the mother's attitude of family support and the completeness of advanced immunization for children in 2022. Suggestions are provided for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding perennial wound care.

WHO in 2018 noted that of the 675 million elderly deaths in the world due to degenerative diseases, 225 million (33.33% proportion) were in developed countries and 450 million (66.66 proportions) were in developing countries. The elderly population is estimated at almost 600 million people, which is projected to be 2 billion in 2050. Problems that often occur in the elderly include physical changes: cell decline, changes in the cardiovascular system, decreased respiration. Efforts to improve the health status of the elderly in the community are through Posyandu services for the elderly. Utilization of Posyandu for the Elderly is low even though it provides the benefits needed for the health of the elderly. This study is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach to analyze whether or not there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of the elderly with the use of posyandu for the elderly. The elderly population in Ujung Labuhan Village, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2021, as many as 72, the sample was taken by purposive sampling with a total of 45 elderly. Data analysis using chi square test. Most of the respondents have a low level of knowledge, namely 26 respondents (57.8%), a small proportion have good knowledge, 19 respondents (42.2%). Most of the respondents had a positive attitude towards the elderly posyandu as many as 23 people (51.1%), a small number of respondents had a negative attitude as many as 22 people (48.9%). Based on the results of the chi square test, it is known that the value of p = 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a relationship between attitudes and the use of posyandu for the elderly. There is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of the elderly with the use of posyandu for the elderly. The elderly population in Ujung Labuhan Village, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2021. It is hoped that health workers will take a more innovative approach in providing health services to the elderly while still implementing health protocols.

Hyperemesis Gravidarum is vomiting that occurs until 20 weeks of gestation. Vomiting occurs so intense that everything that is eaten and drunk is vomited up, affecting the general condition of the mother. The management of mild hyperemesis gravidarum is very important, namely by giving ginger extract drink. Giving ginger drink for 1 week with the rule of drinking a third of a teaspoon of powdered ginger extract brewed using warm water and drunk three times per day. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of drinking ginger extract on mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum in pregnant women. This outreach method is by providing an explanation to the community before the intervention in the form of ginger extract drinks and after the experiment in the form of giving ginger extract drinks. The number of samples in this study were 15 respondents who were pregnant women with mild hyperemesis gravidarum in Manyampa Hamlet. The leaflets were used. Furthermore, From the results of this counseling, it is hoped that the general public, especially health workers, can socialize the use of ginger extract drinks for pregnant women with Mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum. The target of this counseling is to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women, especially pregnant women who experience nausea and vomiting in order to improve the quality and quality of services for pregnant women.

Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) are upper and lower respiratory infections caused by infection or bacteria. According to WHO (2018), 40%-60% of the world's under-five population experience ARI. ARI occurs due to many factors, including LBW, Nutritional Status, Immunization Status, and Residential Density. This study aimed to determine whether there was a relationship between these factors and the incidence of ARI at the Batua Makassar Health Center. The design of this study used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 90 children under five with a simple random sampling technique, and the measuring instruments used were questionnaires and KMS. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results of the study using the chi-square test obtained a value of P = 0.049 (LBW), P = 0.013 (nutritional status), P = 0.000 (research status), P = 0.001 (density of residence) because the -value = <0.05 then Ha is accepted, it means that there is a relationship of several factors to the incidence of ARI in toddlers at the Batua Makassar Health Center. From the results of this study, it can be said that the condition of LBW, nutritional status, immunization status, and density of residence has a significant relationship. Families are expected to add information by actively participating in activities carried out by health workers on reducing factors that can cause ARI in toddlers.

The MDG`s national target is to reduce the maternal mortality rate by three quarters from the maternal mortality rate in 1990 of 405 per 100,000 live births to 102 per 100,000 live births in 2015. World Health Organization (WHO) Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in the world that is, 289,000 people, and estimates that 800 women die each day due to complications of pregnancy and childbirth. Approximately 99% of all maternal deaths occur in developing countries, about 80% of maternal deaths are the result of increased complications during pregnancy, childbirth and after delivery. The Health Profile of North Sumatra Province in 2016 states that the coverage of deliveries assisted by health workers shows an increasing trend, namely from 86.73% in 2010 to 90.05% in 2016, even the achievement in 2016 was the highest achievement in terms of delivery assistance by health worker in 7 years Effleurage technique is a massage technique using the palms of the hands in a circular motion pattern on the lower part of the waist. Massase effleurage technique can reduce labor pain during the first stage of the active phase if it is done correctly, which is done every time there is a contraction and done for about 20 minutes. The general objective of this study was to provide midwifery care for the first stage of labor to Mrs. A with the Effleurage Massage Relaxation Technique at the Pratama Marko clinic using Helen Varney's 7 steps midwifery management. In making this report the authors use descriptive methods with a case study model. The results showed that the respondent Ny. Independent Upbringing of Family Medicinal Plants (Asmantoga) is a plant cultivated by the surrounding community and cadres of Bojonegoro sources of corn which has medicinal properties and can be used for health. Besides that, Asmantoga plants are natural medicines and do not contain chemicals. Under these circumstances, the servants made an innovation in the Asmantoga Park to turn the medicinal plant area of the Sumberagung village family from Bojonegoro into an Asmantoga Educational Park. And also conduct independent care as an effort to change the paradigm of curative medicine, to become promotive and preventive, which is beneficial for efficiency and effectiveness for the surrounding community and Sumberagung cadres.This service aims to find out the development of family medicinal plants in the village of Sumberagung, Dander Bojonegoro sub-district, to find out how to increase community knowledge about the benefits of self-care for family medicinal plants in Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The community service partners here are Village Officials, and Asmantoga Cadres of Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The methodology used in community service in Sumberagung village is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method.The results of the Asmantoga land use activities have made the residents a little more concerned with the Asmantoga land use. Pengabdi also held a health seminar with the theme "keep your health with family medicinal plants" with Sumberagung village health workers in order to introduce to the community how important it is to preserve family medicinal plants.

Family planning is an attempt by a married couple to regulate the number and distance of children desired. The effort in question is contraception or prevention of pregnancy and family planning, the basic principle of contraceptive methods is to prevent male sperm from reaching and fertilizing a woman's egg. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers with the use of implantable contraceptives at the Kedai Sianam Health Center in 2022. This research is an analytical research with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study was all mothers who used contraceptive implants at the Kedai Sianam Health Center as many as 157 people. Samples were obtained as many as 61 people. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal knowledge and the use of implantable contraceptives (p = 0.008). There is an attitudinal relationship with the use of implantable contraceptives (p = 0.000). Thus, it is recommended that mothers take the time to attend counseling organized by health workers at Puskesmas about family planning services so as to increase knowledge, attitudes of mothers about implanted contraceptives.

Breast milk production can be increased, one way is by consuming vegetables. The types of vegetables that can increase breast milk production include katuk leaves, young papaya leaves, moringa leaves and lembayung leaves. Consumption of young papaya leaves is still rarely done by breastfeeding mothers. Young papaya leaves are a natural plant that acts as a lactogogum because it can increase and facilitate breast milk. Research objective: The effect of giving boiled papaya leaves on breast milk production in postpartum mothers in the working area of the Tinondo District Health Center. East Kolaka in 2021. The type of research used was a quasi-experimental method. The sample in the research was all postpartum mothers who were not breastfeeding smoothly at the Tinondo District Health Center. East Kolaka, namely 21 people using a purposive sampling technique. There is an effect of giving boiled papaya leaves on breast milk production in postpartum mothers in the working area of ​​the Tinondo District Health Center. East Kolaka in 2021 where the results of measuring breast milk production before being given treatment obtained an average value of 3271.43 to an average value of measuring breast milk production of 3590.48 after being given boiled papaya leaves with a sig value (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. Suggestions for health workers should be used as information about the smoothness and production of breast milk for postpartum mothers.

This increase in the elderly population makes the government need to formulate policies and programs aimed at elderly population groups so that they can play a role in building public health. One of the government policies is that health services are provided at health centers, such as providing good and quality services, giving priority to elderly people and providing safe and easily accessible facilities, providing support or guidance to the elderly and their families on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. The study used a cross sectional analytic descriptive research method. The sample of respondents was 88 people using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed with the chi square statistical test. The results of the study were 68 respondents (77.3%) with the highest age, 73 respondents (83.0%) had the highest education. Chi square test results obtained p value <? 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of the Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. Suggestions are expected that the Puskesmas can use this research as one of the bases in health promotion for the elderly..
