Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. The results of this research are (1) Creating jobs to increase people's income, increasing people's economic programs, increasing Turnover and Digitalization of People's Markets, building/revitalizing people's markets, establishing relationships between digital markets abroad (2) The most visible impact is in terms of available work (3) Make improvements to the flow of materials and goods, improve the quality of human resources, use digital technology, harmonize rules and policies.     Bukit, M. Pesticides are toxic substances that have a negative impact on human health problems. Anemia is one of the chronic effects of pesticide. The effect of pesticides to the farmer’s health, decreasing production or increasing destruction of red blood cells. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of pesticide exposure with anemia in the blood of pesticide spraying workers at PT. X. The research method used is Cross Sectional at PT. X with a total sample of 61 workers was obtained by Simple Random Sampling. Information was obtained through interviews with questionnaire and examination of hemoglobin levels using a portable hemoglobin meter. Based on the results of the analysis using chi square data, it was found that pesticide exposure were associated with anemia (p = 0.011). It is expected that sprayers pay more attention to the impact of using pesticides with health.

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how the work safety procedures are in loading/unloading activities at PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, Batam Branch. The author obtained data using field research methods and library research methods. The company PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, Batam Branch is a freight forwarding service company engaged in loading/unloading activities. In loading/unloading work, it is closely related to work that can cause work accidents, whatever the work that moves, is stored and transported, has many risks. Work safety procedures in loading/unloading activities at PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, Batam Branch have been running well. This is done for the good of the company and loading/unloading workers. To ensure the safety and health of workers in carrying out loading/unloading work, work safety procedures are implemented so that all workers feel safe and comfortable in carrying out their work, although there are still workers who do not use personal protective equipment in the loading/unloading process.
