Stunting remains a chronic nutritional issue affecting human resource quality in Indonesia, particularly children under five years old. High prevalence of stunting impacts long-term cognitive development, physical growth, and productivity of the young generation (Ministry of Health, 2023). This community service aims to optimize the role of public administration in disseminating policies and programs to reduce stunting through education, training, and direct community assistance. Activities were carried out through coordination with government officials, community health cadres, and local leaders, using local communication media to raise awareness about nutrition. The results indicate an increase in community knowledge on stunting, balanced nutrition practices, and active involvement of both officials and residents in stunting reduction programs. Optimizing public administration through capacity building, cross-sector coordination, and information technology utilization supports program targets. This service recommends strategies for sustainable, participatory, and data-driven program implementation. Enhancing community concern for orphans is an essential aspect of inclusive and sustainable social development. This community service activity aims to implement strategies of empathetic communication and social management to improve the quality of social interactions and community attention toward orphans. The method applied was a participatory and qualitative descriptive approach, involving both the community and orphans in all stages of the activity, from planning, implementation, to evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in social interaction quality between the community and orphans. The children exhibited positive emotional responses, such as comfort, acceptance, and appreciation, while the community demonstrated increased participation, collective responsibility, and structured social management skills. The integration of empathetic communication and social management produced dual impacts: enhanced emotional well-being of orphans and strengthened social empathy within the community. These findings suggest that this strategy can serve as a sustainable model for social care activities and can be replicated in other communities. Therefore, the application of empathetic communication and social management has the potential to support inclusive social development, foster community solidarity, and improve the welfare of vulnerable groups sustainably.

Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. M Haulussy Ambon is a hospital that has been accredited and is required to be able to implement PCC in its services. Purpose this study was to determine the ability of nurses to apply PCC at RSUD dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. The research design used is descriptive quantitative using observational. The population in this study were nurses at RSUD Dr. M Haulussy Ambon as many as 302 nurses. The number of samples is 113 respondents. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Results: Most of the nurses' ability to apply PCC showed good results but there were still a number of PCC dimensions that had sufficient results. The PCC dimensions that get good results are respecting patient choices and assessments, physical comfort, information and education, service coordination, and involving family and friends. It can be concluded that most nurses are capable of implementing PCC.

A healthy and well-maintained environment is a shared responsibility. However, problems often occur in the environment because many people do not care. Especially in the upstream part of the river which is always used as a place for laying the results of river backfill every year. Another problem is the narrow area due to the dense population of the area. Narrow land occurs everywhere, not familiar with urban areas or semi-urban villages. In carrying out community service activities, the service team uses the following activity methods: 1. Observation 2. Project planning 3. Evaluation and sharing. In connection with the problem of narrow land, the actions of the branch management and the community around Aisiyah Sukodono Kindergarten affected the success of reforestation carried out by the KKN team. All forms of involvement, efforts, and roles starting from design, implementation and maintenance are real actions in making the surrounding environment more productive. Petai has a fairly high nutritional content, namely vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron so it is necessary to make efforts to cultivate petai plants as a business opportunity. Petai trees grow and develop in Kenayan village, namely on vacant village treasury land, cliff land and yard. This service aims to increase the knowledge of farmers in the cultivation of petai. Service activities are carried out using a participatory method. The service activities were carried out 4 times, namely counseling on petai cultivation related to the provision of plant materials, care, harvesting and post-harvest, socialization about the propagation of petai plants by grafting, handing over assistance of a number of grafted petai seeds in the hope of fruiting more quickly and assistance in socialization about petai cultivation. Public knowledge about petai cultivation and how to propagate petai by grafting has increased. Grafting is one way to improve the quality of plants by attaching a piece of tree bark with buds from the scion to a slice of the bark of another tree from the rootstock so that it grows together to form a new plant. Planting petai in the yard of the house is an alternative as an herbal treatment to improve health and increase family income.

Protracted labor is correlated with an increase in maternal and fetal motility, an increase in abnormalities in the physiology of labor, and an escalation in the rate of caesarean section delivery. In women with prolonged labor, there is an increased risk of death due to atonic uterus, birth canal lacerations, infection, fatigue, and shock, however in infants, prolonged labor is not associated with an increase in infant mortality, decreased APGAR score, trauma, and infection. With adequate physical and psychological preparation, the impact of prolonged labor can be reduced. The (PRE) is a bodywork involving waist and hip rotations. This research employs Systeematic Literature Reviews (SLR), a synthesis of systematic, clear, and comprehensive literature studies, by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating existing data using explicit research methods and incorporating critical review procedures into the selection study. The data consists of 6 national journals and 1 international publication indexed by Shiinta Indonesia and Scopus with Q2standard Results in 7 journals utilizing observation sheets and parttographs for data collection instruments. In one of the seven journals reviewed, the Pellvic Rocking Exercise technique was applied at TM 3 gestational age, between 34 and 35 weeks. When the laboring mother enters the first stage of the active phase, another publication employs the Pelvic Rocking Exercise technique. Conclusion: Pelvic Roccking Exercise is effective in shortening the active phase till the full opening of the cervix in primiparous moms. Pelvic rocking using a birth ball helps the baby to rotate into the optimal position and shortens the first stage of labor, therefore reducing labor pain and providing comfort to the mother. It is anticipated that health care workers will become facilitators for expectant mothers and provide physical support for the profession.

Children's dental health is an important aspect that needs special attention from parents, especially mothers, as the primary caregivers. Tooth growth in children aged 7-12 years is a crucial period where permanent teeth begin to replace milk teeth. However, mothers' ignorance or lack of knowledge about this process can lead to cases of persistence, which is when milk teeth remain in the oral cavity even though permanent teeth have begun to grow. This condition can cause various dental and oral health problems in children. This Community Service Program aims to increase mothers' knowledge about tooth growth and the importance of preventing cases of persistence in children in Rappocini District, Makassar City. The methods used include socialization and health education, accompanied by the distribution of educational materials and interactive discussions. The expected results of this activity are increased understanding of mothers regarding the stages of children's tooth growth, early signs of persistence, and preventive measures that can be taken at home. Thus, it is hoped that the number of cases of persistence in this area can be reduced, and children's dental health can be better maintained.

This community service aims to improve patient knowledge after spinal anesthesia through structured counseling activities. Spinal anesthesia often causes anxiety and is dangerous for patients, especially related to side effects and the recovery process. Lack of understanding can lead to non-compliance with medical injuries, which has the potential to prolong the recovery period and increase risk complications. Therefore, counseling is carried out by providing direct education to patients and families using educational media such as leaflets and interactive discussions. This approach not only helps improve patient understanding of spinal anesthesia procedures but also plays a role in reducing anxiety and increasing compliance with postoperative care. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the level of patient knowledge, which has an impact on a better recovery experience. Thus, this counseling program contributes to improving the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, as well as being a model of educational intervention that can be applied in various other health facilities.
