Background: Anemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of premature birth, maternal and child mortality, and infectious diseases. According to WHO, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is around 35-75%, and it increases with the growth of gestational age. Objective: This study aims to increase insight and knowledge and to find out the incidence of pregnant women with anemia before and after the intervention. In addition, to analyze the effect of giving a mixture of honey to increase hemoglobin levels in anemic pregnant women. Methods: The design in this study used the Quasi-experimental design method. Quasi-experimental design (quasi-experimental) with a quantitative approach to one group design pre-test and post-test. The population in this study were all pregnant women who came to check their pregnancy at the Pratama Hidayah Clinic in January 2022. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, namely taking samples based on considerations with the desired elements by inclusion criteria with the number of a sample of 15 respondents. Results: Test using the Shapiro Wilk method. The significance value of the pre-test variable is 0.994 and the significance value of the post-test variable is 0.153 or > 0.050, meaning that the data in this study are normally distributed. So the statistical test used is the T-test with a p-value of pre-test - post test of 0.000 < 0.050. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the average pre-test and post-test variables. This means that there is an effect of giving a mixture of honey increases hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia. Conclusion: From the research conducted that there is a significant difference between the value of the pre-test and post-test, besides that there is a very strong relationship between the effect of giving a mixture of honey to the increase in hemoglobin levels in the mother. pregnant with anemia.

The Center for Indonesian Medical Students' Activities (CIMSA) considers that the health figures for pregnant women in Indonesia cannot be categorized as good. So early detection of pregnancy complications can be used as an effort to prevent complications in pregnancy. The still high maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) can be caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of optimal antenatal care and low maternal knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy. Pregnant women's knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy is one of the factors that can influence pregnant women at high risk of experiencing danger signs in pregnancy. The main causes of maternal death, namely preeclampsia, bleeding and infection, can be prevented if the signs are recognized early. These signs are known as danger signs of pregnancy. Therefore, pregnant mothers should learn more about the danger signs of pregnancy. The aim of this activity is to increase mothers' knowledge about the danger signs of pregnancy. This research is a type of analytical research with a sample size of 69 pregnant women using purposive sampling techniques. Dietary pattern data was obtained using a questionnaire and hemoglobin level data using a digital measuring device (Easy Touch). Data analysis is univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. Based on the results of statistical tests using the chi-square test with a confidence level of 95% (α=0.05), it was found that X2 count was (1.8) and X2 table (3.841), that X2 count < X2 table, so Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. And it can be concluded that there is no relationship between diet and anemia in pregnant women at Kamonji Health Center Working Area, Palu City.

Institutional Economics is a school of thought in economics which contains the view that economic behavior, where a person or party is greatly influenced by certain institutions. In this case, institutions themselves have a fairly broad meaning and can be briefly defined as the "rules of the game" in a community group, both formal and informal, which are deliberately designed to limit or regulate relationships between people within that community group. Formal institutions can be in the form of rules, regulations, statutory law and others; while informal institutions can be conventions, trends, culture, and so on. Thus, institutions here are not the same as organizations. The Institutional School initially emerged as a refutation of the neo-classical economic view or school which states that a person's economic behavior is solely based on each individual's desire to maximize profits (maximizing profit behavior). The term "institutional economics" was first introduced by Walton Hamilton in 1919.

The government has carried out a TTD program but the prevalence of anemia still cannot be reduced. The red Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) is effective for controlling iron deficiency and is almost entirely absorbable and helps increase iron absorption from food through the formation of ferrous ascorbate complexes. This study aims to determine the tendency of increasing hemoglobin (Hb) levels in anemic pregnant women before and after giving blood enhancer supplements and dragon fruit. This research method uses a quasy experiment research design. The population of this study is anemic pregnant women recorded in the Awayan Health Center area in December – January 2023. The final hemoglobin content of the intervention group was mostly not anemic amounted to 14 people (93.33%), while the hemoglobin content of the control group was mostly mild anemia amounted to 9 people (29.97%). Research shows that there is a significant increase in hemoglobin levels between before and after blood enhancer tablets and dragon fruit additives where p value = 0.000 and there is an effect of Hb levels after intervention from test results 1.1 times with a confidence level of 95%.
