This research was conducted with the aim of developing an automation system for recording warehouse inventory based on Google Sheets to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the stocktaking process at the Cresta Management warehouse. This research was based on problems in the semi-manual process that used logbooks and separate files for each group of goods, which caused problems such as data duplication, limited data access, lack of data transparency, and lengthy recapitulation process. This research used the Research and Development method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). Data were collected through observastion, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The result of this development is a system consisting of a login page, goods transcation recording, warehouse dashboard, stock reports, stock cards, and PDF report exports. This study also produced evaluation scores regarding the system’s feasibilty: 93,3% from the first media expert, 80% from the second media expert, 73,3% from the material expert, and 91,75% from users through User Acceptance Testing. These evaluation results indicate that the system is feasible for use and implementation in supporting warehouse operations, as it provides real time data updates, improves the efficiency of goods reporting, and enhances warehouse transactions.

Service quality is a critical issue faced by service providers, as it plays a significant role in shaping customer satisfaction and maintaining customer trust for future services. A decline in service quality over time may negatively affect customers’ perceptions and loyalty. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction. This research employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through a survey method. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with a random sampling method, involving 98 customers as research respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 24. The service quality dimensions analyzed in this study were Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results of the analysis revealed that Tangible and Responsiveness did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In contrast, Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy were found to have a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction. These findings indicate that customers place greater importance on service accuracy, employee competence, trustworthiness, and personal attention. Therefore, service providers are encouraged to prioritize improvements in Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy to enhance customer satisfaction and sustain long-term customer relationships.

The retail industry is currently facing increasingly intense competition, requiring optimal supply chain efficiency. Warehouses play a strategic role in controlling inventory flows and supporting a company’s operational performance. At K3Mart, stock shortages are still frequently found, caused by low supplier compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and delays in delivery schedules, which negatively affect distribution processes and store service quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of supplier compliance with SLA and delivery timeliness on warehouse operational performance at K3Mart. This research employs a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents from the warehouse, purchasing, and procurement divisions using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument uses a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that supplier compliance with SLA and delivery timeliness have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on warehouse operational performance. Therefore, improving supplier compliance with SLA and delivery timeliness can enhance optimal warehouse operational performance.

This study aims to redesign the raw material yarn warehouse layout at PT. XYZ using the Class Based Storage method to improve storage and retrieval efficiency. The main problem identified in the warehouse is random item placement, resulting in relatively long retrieval times of approximately 10–15 minutes per pallet. This research applies a descriptive quantitative approach using a case study method. The data used consists of inbound, outbound, and inventory records of yarn raw materials from November 2024 to April 2025. The analysis was conducted using the FSN (Fast Moving, Slow Moving, and Non-Moving) method through the calculation of consumption rate and average stay, combined with ABC classification to determine storage priority. The results show that 9 types of yarn are classified as Class A, 11 types as Class B, and 11 types as Class C. Based on this classification, a new warehouse layout was designed by placing Class A items near the input-output area, Class B items in the middle area, and Class C items in the back area of the warehouse, thereby improving storage efficiency and reducing retrieval time.

The management of used goods in warehouses involves a high level of complexity due to the wide variety of item types, differences in economic value, and limitations in space and labor. These conditions result in unstructured item arrangement, difficulties in determining item priorities, and inefficient loading processes caused by relatively long material handling distances. This study aims to analyze the application of the ABC Analysis method to improve layout efficiency and the management of used goods at the warehouse of UD. Barokah Mulia Rongsok. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and warehouse record documentation, then analyzed using the ABC Analysis method as well as an analysis of the relationship between material handling distance and loading time. The results show that Category A items have the highest contribution in terms of value and movement frequency; however, under existing conditions, these items are still located far from the loading area. In addition, a relationship was found between material handling distance and loading duration. Based on these findings, a proposed warehouse layout was developed that prioritizes placing Category A items closer to the loading door, thereby potentially improving warehouse layout efficiency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions of Gudang Garam Signature Kretek cigarettes in the premium machine-made kretek segment. The Indonesian tobacco industry continues to face sustained regulatory pressure through excise tax increases and intensifying brand competition, prompting consumers to reassess purchasing decisions using both rational evaluation and experiential judgment. A quantitative correlational approach was employed in this study. Primary data were collected through structured Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to 100 active consumers of Gudang Garam Signature Kretek selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted through validity testing, reliability testing, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results indicate that price and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Product quality emerged as the most dominant factor, suggesting that premium cigarette consumers prioritize consistent quality, taste, aroma, and overall consumption experience as the primary basis for decision-making. Meanwhile, price remains an important rational reference for assessing the fairness between perceived benefits and financial sacrifice. Simultaneously, both variables explain 50 percent of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining variance is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings highlight that purchasing decisions in the premium cigarette market are shaped by a value-based assessment, where sustained product quality and adaptive pricing strategies play a critical role in maintaining consumer loyalty amid regulatory pressure and evolving market dynamics

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of warehouse employees at PT J&T Express. Work environment and job satisfaction are important factors that are thought to increase productivity and work efficiency. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, data collection through questionnaires announced to 100 warehouse employees of PT J&T Express using a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using linear multiple regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that work environment and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on the performance of warehouse employees. This finding indicates that improving the quality of the work environment and job satisfaction can be an effective strategy in improving employee performance at PT J&T Express. This study is expected to provide practical contributions to company management in managing human resources to increase company competitiveness.

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Division (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Workload (X3) variables on Employee Performance (Y) at PR Gudang Rasa Srikaton Ringinrejo Kediri. The type of research employed is quantitative with an associative approach. Data collection techniques involved primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data derived from company documents. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, in which the entire population was taken as respondents, resulting in 50 employees as the research sample. The data analysis techniques applied included Validity and Reliability Tests to ensure the quality of the instrument, Classical Assumption Tests to test the feasibility of the model, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis as the primary method to measure the influence between variables. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was conducted through the t-test, F-test, and the Coefficient of Determination (R²). The partial test results (t-test) show that the work division variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 3.611 and a significance of 0.001. The work discipline variable also has a significant effect with a t-value of 2.719 and a significance of 0.009. Meanwhile, workload has a significant effect with a t-value of 2.349 and a significance of 0.023. Simultaneously, the F-test indicates that the three independent variables significantly affect employee performance, with an F-value of 26.652 and a significance of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.635 indicates that 63.5% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work division, work discipline, and workload, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. Thus, this study concludes that work division, workload, and work discipline, both partially and simultaneously, play an important role in improving employee performance at PR Gudang Rasa Srikaton Ringinrejo Kediri.

PT. Soemo Adjie Persada is a company engaged in housing development and is dealing with serious problems in warehouse material management. The manual and unstructured material recording system causes various obstacles, such as data discrepancies, input errors, and stockouts that hamper the smooth running of the project. This study aims to analyze and implement the Kanban system as a more efficient and accurate material management solution. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews, observations, and documentation methods. The findings show that the Kanban system, which is based on the principle of workflow visualization and a pull system mechanism, can improve the efficiency of recording and distributing materials between project units. The implementation of Kanban helps reduce data input errors, prevent material loss, and accelerate the decision-making process in the warehouse. Although challenges such as damaged Kanban cards and difficulty adapting among users were encountered in the initial implementation stage, these obstacles can be overcome through proper training and regular evaluation of the system. Thus, the implementation of the Kanban system has proven to be an effective strategy in improving the efficiency of material management in construction projects. This system not only streamlines warehouse operations but also improves control over material availability, thereby supporting the smooth running of the overall construction process. PT. Based on the financial performance analysis of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) during the 2020–2023 period, the company faced significant challenges that impacted its financial condition. One of the main factors affecting the company's performance is the increase in tobacco excise duties, which has affected the cost structure and selling prices of its cigarette products. Additionally, the increasing regulatory pressure and changes in consumer behavior have posed unavoidable challenges. The decline in profitability and liquidity ratios, such as Return on Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR), indicates the negative impact of these external conditions on the company’s ability to generate profit and meet short-term obligations. This decline suggests that the company is struggling to balance income and operational costs. The fluctuating solvency ratio also raises concern. Although the company manages to maintain a balance between debt and equity, these fluctuations show challenges in managing long-term assets and liabilities. Dependence on debt and rising operational costs pose risks to the company's financial stability. These fluctuations affect the company's ability to maintain liquidity and solvency in an increasingly competitive market. Trend analysis from the financial statements indicates that the company needs to strengthen its adaptation strategies and risk management to face the growing market challenges. GGRM must focus on product innovation and marketing strategies that can attract new customers while retaining existing ones. Furthermore, the company must adapt to changing regulations and evolving consumer trends. The results of this study provide important insights for stakeholders regarding the financial condition of the tobacco industry. In this challenging situation, GGRM must continue to develop more adaptive strategies to survive and thrive amidst the dynamic market and increasingly stringent regulations.

This study aims to analyze and determine whether or not there are differences in financial performance between cigarette sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2023. This type of research uses quantitative research with a comparative method. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method and four companies were obtained. The data used in this study are secondary data using the company's annual financial reports. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Kruskal-Wallis test for non-normally distributed data and the One-Way ANOVA test for normally distributed data. The results of the study indicate that there are significant differences between the financial performance of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT Gudang Garam Tbk, PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, and PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk as seen from the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio), solvency ratio (Debt To Asset Ratio), activity ratio (Total Asset Turn Over), and profitability ratio (Return On Asset).

Akurasi estimasi biaya diperlukan dengan perencanaan seoptimal mungkin seperti dengan melakukan perbandingan estimasi biaya konstruksi menggunakan metode AHSP dengan perhitungan dari kontraktor. Perbandingan dapat menjadi referensi untuk mengukur akurasi dan efisiensi penerapan metode dengan objek proyek gudang baja. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif untuk memperkirakan rencana anggaran biaya dengan mengacu pada AHSP SE Direktur Jenderal Bina Konstruksi No. 68/SE/Dk/2024 yang selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan hasil perhitungan dari kontraktor. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa estimasi biaya konstruksi dari pihak kontraktor lebih ekonomis dibandingkan dengan hasil AHSP 2024. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa total biaya dari perhitungan AHSP 11,02% lebih tinggi dari estimasi kontraktor. Hal ini disebabkan karena upah tenaga kerja, bahan dan peralatan yang lebih tinggi pada AHSP dibandingkan dengan estimasi dari kontraktor. Saran penelitian selanjutnya untuk melakukan perhitungan pada pekerjaan lainnya, untuk menunjukkan keseluruhan biaya konstruksi.

PT. Surya Cahaya Kembar or known as Cozy Mart aims to improve the delivery process and inventory management by using a web-based warehouse management information system. Companies have difficulty monitoring stock and distribution accurately as their business grows rapidly. The system analysis and software development method used in this research is Agile, which allows quick adjustments to user needs. The system is designed to include delivery tracking, stock management features and reports to assist staff in making decisions. System design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) which describes system functionality as a whole. Test results show significant improvements in user satisfaction, as well as the speed and accuracy of warehouse management. PT. Surya Cahaya Kembar (Cozy Mart) hopes to reduce operational errors and optimize business processes by implementing this system. This helps the overall growth of the company.

P is a company engaged in logistics which is located at km 13 in the city of Balikpapan. PT. P focuses on the automotive, mining, oil and gas, materials and knowledge industries, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), electronics and technology, food and beverages, and e- commerce. In the PT. P department productivity is often not achieved due to the many problems that occur that hinder the company's target standards. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors can affect work productivity at PT. P department. There are several factors that can affect work productivity, including organizational culture, work ability and employee turnover. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The method used is a quantitative method.The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between organizational culture on work productivity, there was a significant positive effect between work ability on work productivity, and there was a significant positive effect between employee turnover on work productivity. The results of the F and regression tests found that there was an influence of 37.1% organizational culture, work ability and employee turnover together on work productivity and the remaining 62.9% was influenced by other variables.

The fulfillment warehouse system is one of the logistics innovations implemented by e-commerce platforms to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Shopee, as one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, has introduced the Shopee Fulfillment Center to assist sellers in the storage, packaging, and shipping processes. This study aims to analyze the impact of Shopee’s fulfillment warehouse system on the timeliness of order deliveries. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data obtained through observation and digital searches. The findings indicate that Shopee’s fulfillment warehouse system is effective in ensuring timely deliveries by optimizing storage, processing, and distribution operations. Through automation technology, optimized warehouse layouts, and real-time tracking system integration, Shopee accelerates order processing times, reduces the risk of delays, and improves delivery accuracy. Additionally, the presence of distribution centers across various regions helps minimize travel distances and speeds up the delivery process to customers. Continuous investment in logistics infrastructure and strategic partnerships with multiple courier services further contribute to supply chain efficiency, ensuring faster and more timely deliveries while enhancing customer satisfaction.

PT. Radysa Cosmetic is one of the businesses engaged in the distribution of beauty and cosmetic products such as Make Up, Body Care, and Skincare located in Medan City, Jl.Sisingamaraja, Medan Amplas District. However, it has a problem, namely the lack of access points in and out causing disruption to the efficiency of warehouse operational activities so that there is an increase in the number of customers and couriers who come directly to Radysa Cosmetic to make purchases because there is a spike in orders for goods or purchases at the beginning and twin dates every month. The research method used is qualitative in the form of descriptive, where data is collected through direct observation and research as well as interviews with the warehouse head. The results of this study indicate that by implementing the utilization or addition of access points in and out of the warehouse area, it can realize the optimization of the warehouse layout to increase the efficiency of operational activities in the Radysa Cosmetic warehouse.

The use of information technology is increasingly used by companies to manage the distribution of goods in a more effective and responsive way. This study aims to analyze the warehouse administration system at the Facility, Workshop and Safety Development Department at PT United Tractors Tbk. This study uses a qualitative method by collecting data through primary and secondary sources. Primary data sources are obtained through interviews, observations and documentation, while secondary data sources are obtained from journals, books or articles that discuss the warehouse administration system in a company. This study was analyzed using a descriptive method with data analysis techniques consisting of 4 (four) aspects starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation to drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that by using Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) S / 4 HANA as a supporting facility from demand to distribution of goods and implementing the applicable System Operating Procedures (SOP) can increase the effectiveness of the department in meeting the needs that exist in the company's branches or sites so that the company's productivity is maintained. To overcome errors in the use of applications and human error in administration, this department needs to conduct training for employees to ensure that employees are able to use applications and implement System Operating Procedures (SOP) properly.

Street lighting is infrastructure that the community needs at night, as a support for improving the safety, comfort and security of motorists. Street lighting sometimes still does not comply with the standards determined by the National Standards Body 7391:2008, so sometimes it requires recalculation according to the standard requirements determined by the National Standards Body. Jalan Margomulyo Surabaya is an arterial road with a width of 11 meters and a length of 4000 meters. This road is an industrial and warehouse area which is passed by large trucks of cars, motorbikes and the surrounding community every day. The lighting on Jalan Margomulyo is still found to be less than optimal and there are still black spots at several points, so re-planning needs to be done to produce maximum lighting. On Jalan Margomulyo there are around 90 ornamental poles with 120 Watt LED lights. Which produces an average illumination of 13.9 lux and consumes energy of 129.6 Kwh/day. However, the results of the lights installed in the field produced an average illumination that was less than optimal, so re-planning was carried out using 150 Watt LED lights with an ornamental handlebar angle of 19.19 for 90 light points along the road, which would produce an average illumination of 19.09 lux, light intensity 1863.05 cd which is in accordance with the National Standards  7391:2008.

This research aims to assess the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk by using financial ratio analysis. The population of this study is the financial statements of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk for the years 2012 to 2021, while the sample is the balance sheet and profit and loss report for the 2012-2021 period. Data was collected using documentation techniques, and analyzed using financial ratio analysis, namely liquidity ratios (CR, QR, CAR), solvency ratio (DAR, DER), profitability ratios (NPM, ROA,ROE), and activity ratios (RTO, TATO). Findings of the study indicated that PT. Gudang Garam Tbk’s financial performance was generally poor. This is examined: 1).
