This study examines the transformation of business education curricula in response to the rapid expansion of the digital economy. The increasing integration of artificial intelligence, big data analytics, cloud computing, and digital platforms has significantly reshaped industrial demands and professional competencies. Using a qualitative research approach and content analysis, this study explores the challenges and strategic opportunities associated with curriculum transformation in higher education institutions. The findings reveal that universities face critical challenges related to technological infrastructure, faculty readiness, curriculum relevance, and industry alignment. However, digital transformation also provides opportunities for interdisciplinary learning, experiential education, global collaboration, and technology-driven innovation. The study emphasizes the importance of adaptive leadership, faculty development, industry partnerships, and student-centered pedagogies in supporting sustainable curriculum reform. Ultimately, transforming business education curricula is essential for preparing graduates with digital competencies, critical thinking abilities, and innovative skills necessary to compete effectively in the global digital economy.

Effective change management requires five main steps: assessing the situation, planning the change, putting the plan into practice, analyzing the results, and ensuring that the change is safe and effective in the organization. This research is in-depth about “Organizational Change Management: Effective Strategies in Facing Global Challenges.” Through the literature study method, this research examines more deeply how to implement an effective change management strategy to face an era of boundless global competition characterized by rapid changes in the business environment and advances in communication and information technology. In this effective strategy, it is necessary to involve employees and leaders who change the paradigm of thinking to face the rapid changes in the business environment in global competition for the success of the transformation.

The Digital Era is a time where information can be accessed and disseminated very easily using digital technology. Globally, technology is present to help humans carry out various activities. So the era of technological disruption is something that needs to be faced. In order to continue to be able to provide the best for individuals and community groups in the business world, it is necessary to carry out various innovations and improve the quality of skills. The aim of this literature research is to find out how the era of digital disruption has affected technological development in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive theoretical study, namely a method that discusses several possibilities for solving actual problems by collecting data, compiling or classifying them, analyzing and interpreting them with existing theories and comparing them from literature sources. The research results show that the era of digital disruption in Indonesia has developed and has entered the modern era, such as digital technology disruption in the fields of health, finance and education. It can be concluded that digital disruption is an innovation that changes people's way of life and thinking patterns, changes company work culture, or even creates new markets that have never existed before. So it has positive and negative impacts with the era of digital disruption. Therefore, if it is not faced with the right strategy, technological disruption can threaten conventional businesses and threaten industrial markets. In facing technological/digital disruption, companies need to improve the quality of more modern technology so that they are not left behind and can compete with industry and companies as well as improving the quality of human resources.

The development of technology, information and communication resulted in the globalization of the world which took place quickly and dynamically. Globalization brings changes in various everyday issues such as social, monetary, and cultural. Especially in the economic field which has major consequences for changes in the governance of business cooperation and competition as well as the duties of governments in various parts of the world. Therefore, this requires business people to continue to innovate in the face of increasingly fierce competition, because competition does not only come from local business competition but has penetrated world associations. The components that drive this paper are to analyze and find out the understanding and what are the scopes faced by business people in entering the world of global marketing, which is to help the world export and import between countries. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the method used in writing this scientific work is to use the library study method. Where researchers look for discussion material from the internet and books obtained from the official website and other supporting documents. Through this research, it is hoped that problems or obstacles from the marketing strategy used and alternative solutions to existing problems can be identified to achieve a better performance improvement.

The purpose of this article is to describe Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Disclosure using postmodern perspectives, Lyotard’s and Jean Baudrillard’s thinking. From Lyotard’s thinking, CSR disclosure can be viewed as grand narration used to camouflage real social and environmental problems.CSR disclosure guideliness arranged by Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is a form of universalims that strongly opposed by postmodernism. CSR disclosure practices that accommodate Indonesian cultures and values will be able to break grand narration in CSR disclosure. From Baudrillard perspective, CSR disclosure can be viewed as simulacrum. The simulacrum is shown by (a) the disconnect between reality and its representations, especially the lack of tranparancy in negative business impact disclosures; (b) The control and manipulation of information, and (c) the proliferation of misleading images. To break the CSR disclosure simulacra, it takes CSR concept that based on love, which are love to God, love to human being and love to nature.  Keywords: corporate social responsibility disclosure, posmodernism, grand naration, simulacra
