This community service study documents and analyzes a blood glucose screening program conducted by theology students of STT Kadesi–Bogor at the Pentecostal Church (Gereja Pantekosta Jakarta/GPJ) in West Jakarta from February to April 2026. A total of 80 examinations were performed over three consecutive months using the Accu-Check glucometer. Results revealed that 1 participant (1.25%) was classified as diabetic (random blood glucose/RBG ≥200 mg/dL) and 19 participants (23.75%) were classified as pre-diabetic or at elevated risk (RBG 126–199 mg/dL), bringing the total at-risk proportion to 25%. The mean participant age was 52.7 years (range: 21–82 years). Women constituted 78.75% of all participants and accounted for 70% of at-risk cases, while men showed a proportionally higher per-capita risk rate (35.3% vs. 22.2%). Five female participants recorded borderline-low glucose levels (70–75 mg/dL), indicating potential nutritional inadequacy. This study contextualizes its findings within biblical theology—particularly 1 Corinthians 3:16, which declares the human body to be the temple of the Holy Spirit—providing a theological imperative for holistic health stewardship. Practical recommendations include adoption of a balanced diet, engagement in regular physical activity, and periodic blood glucose monitoring as expressions of faithful bodily stewardship.

The implementation of Christian Religious Education (PAK) plays an important role in strengthening the spiritual growth of the congregation through Sunday worship as a means of continuous faith formation. This research and community service (PKM) activity was conducted at the GKSI Kampung Rama Church with the aim of understanding how PAK is implemented in Sunday worship and its impact on the spiritual life of the congregation. The method used was a qualitative-descriptive approach that included observation, field questionnaires, and literature study. The results of the study show that the church implements PAK through various elements of worship such as sermons, Bible readings, liturgy, praise, and special programs such as catechism, Sunday school, and cell groups. All of these elements complement each other to guide the congregation towards maturity in faith and a comprehensive understanding of God's word. However, there are several challenges in implementing PAK, such as limited teaching staff, lack of facilities, the influence of culture and globalization, and lack of support from families and congregations in spiritual guidance. To overcome these challenges, the Church has made several improvements, such as improving the quality of teaching the Word, developing participatory worship, utilizing technology to train ministers, and forming communities for spiritual guidance after worship. Through these efforts, the spiritual growth of the congregation has shown positive and more focused changes. Thus, the implementation of PAK through Sunday worship has proven to be effective in helping the congregation grow spiritually and strengthen their faith in their daily lives.

This student service activity aims to increase awareness of the young people of the HKI Aek Raso Church regarding the cleanliness and health of the church environment through a participatory approach. The main problem raised was the young generation's low awareness of the importance of keeping places of worship clean. Students from the Christian Education Management and Christian Religious Education Study Program at IAKN Tarutung actively involve youth in mutual cooperation activities, reflective discussions, and the preparation of routine cleaning schedules. This approach does not only focus on physical actions, but also character and theological education which emphasizes that cleanliness is part of the testimony of faith. The results of the service show an increase in youth initiative and responsibility in protecting the church environment. Apart from creating positive behavioral changes, this activity also strengthens social relations between congregations. It can be concluded that participatory based service is effective in forming a culture of sustainable hygiene care and strengthening the spirituality of the church community

Anemia is a medical condition characterized by a decrease in the number of red blood cells (erythrocytes) or hemoglobin (Hb) levels in the blood which results in impaired oxygen transport to body tissues. Mild anemia is more common and is asymptomatic and does not require treatment. Anemia can have a negative impact on endurance, productivity, and is high risk during pregnancy because it can affect fetal growth and development, increase the risk of pregnancy and childbirth complications, and even maternal and child death. The Community Service (PKM) activity carried out at the Asisi Church, Tebet District aims to increase public awareness of the importance of early detection of anemia through hemoglobin and hematocrit screening activities. This activity uses the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach which includes capillary blood tests with Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) tools and education about symptoms, risk factors, and prevention of anemia. Of the 68 participants involved, 40 people (58.82%) were identified as having anemia, while 28 people (41.18%) had normal hemoglobin levels. These results emphasize the importance of early anemia screening to prevent long-term complications and build public awareness of the importance of maintaining optimal hemoglobin levels to support ongoing health and quality of life.   Keywords: Anemia, Early Detection, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Screening

Sudden cardiac arrest is a condition that occurs quite frequently. This sudden cessation of heart function is caused by the loss of electrical activity in the heart, which results in the cessation of blood circulation throughout the body. Quick and proper handling of this condition can reduce the mortality rate due to cardiac arrest. Therefore, Basic Life Support (BLS) training needs to be conducted to educate the general public. The BLS training conducted for the management officers and youth of Saint Francis of Assisi Church in Tebet was carried out by providing theoretical and practical BLS lessons, as well as conducting pre-tests and post-tests to assess the participants' understanding of the material and practices provided. From the activity conducted, a total of 22 participants attended the BLS training, and there was a significant difference in the average pre-test and post-test scores. It can be concluded that the training provided was effective in increasing the participants' understanding and knowledge of BLS.

Worship house is a building that functions as a place of worship established by members of a religion. From the beginning onwards, places of worship will always be used as a gathering place for the community to study religious values as well as being a marker (symbol) of the practice of religious teachings in living together in society. In short, houses of worship are present in society with social motives. On the other hand, other buildings, for example shops, warehouses, factories, hotels and so on, are buildings whose function and purpose are economically motivated, namely buildings with the aim of making a profit because they are used for business purposes. The probles in this research are whether the status of a church that functions as a house of worship can be a note that the judge takes into account when considering decisions and whether the status of a church that functions as a house of worship can prevent negative court decisions from occurring. This research uses normative legal research methods and the results of this research are that the status of a church that functions as a place of worship is not a note that the judge takes into account when considering the decision. Furthermore, the status of the church as a home is also not sufficient to prevent negative court decisions.

This research aims to analyze strategies for economic empowerment and environmental preservation through the use of organic waste by a pastor in a church environment. This case study focuses on Ibu Ismawati, a widowed priestess with two children, one of whom is studying at college and the other is in high school. Mrs. Ismawati uses her pig manure to produce compost, which is used in small-scale farming on the land behind her house. This agriculture includes corn, chilies, beans, and rice. This research uses a qualitative approach with observation and in-depth interviews to collect data. The research results show that the conversion of organic waste into compost not only helps meet the daily needs of Mrs. Ismawati's family but also supports environmental preservation through waste reduction and increased soil fertility.
