High school students are the young generation who have the potential and have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the nation and the nation. To support their ability to compete in today's era, high school students are required to have self-confidence, be able to communicate politely, and be polite as part of public speaking. If you do not have the ability to communicate in public appropriately due to a lack of self-confidence, then the interaction cannot run smoothly. Therefore, to provide understanding, public speaking training is held using the CCP (Confident, Content and Performance) method. This dedication activity was a collaboration between the lecturer who held the tridharma activities of higher education and the UPTD SMAN 13 Maros which is located in Pucak Village. By using the practice method which begins with increasing self-confidence, followed by creating content and finally preparing for a live performance. the enthusiasm of the participants was very high, various questions were asked during the discussion so that this activity could provide training in the development of public speaking presentation skills

Teenagers are the next generation of the nation. Adolescent girls in their life cycle experience menstruation. Menstruation is a natural cycle that occurs in a woman's body. Some women experience disturbances in the process of the menstrual cycle. So that every woman should know the problems that occur in her body so that early detection of accompanying diseases can be carried out. This activity aims to provide information and increase youth knowledge about reproductive health and PCOS. This educational process uses the lecture method with the help of leaflets. The results obtained from this activity are that young women understand reproductive health, especially menstruation and PCOS and understand the importance of early detection. The assessment is based on the response and enthusiasm of the participants in receiving the material provided. Including the positive response of participants in answering questions correctly when asked questions by the speaker.

Counseling about drug abuse is very important, especially among youth generation. This age period is a group that is prone to drug abuse because of the desire to do experiment, seek identity, seek recognition and lifestyle. The counseling aims to provide knowledge and understanding about the disadvantages of drug abuse, the impact of drug abuse and the legal impact of drug abuse. This counseling is important as a preventive effort to overcome the danger of drugs. Hopefully, the youth generation will be more interested to find out what drugs are and examine the pros and cons without having to try and learn from other’s experience.

Gen-Z is a generation that is highly influenced by the importance of appearance regarding beauty and fashion. The beauty and personal care business in Indonesia is estimated to reach 154 T with a growth rate of 4.3% per year. This is a big business opportunity, especially for Gen Z, which is predicted to become a demographic bonus in the next few years. This beauty class training aims to train young women's life skills by taking advantage of opportunities from the beauty sector and Gen-Z consumption behavior to become something of economic value or beautypreneur. The methods used in this training activity are lectures, discussions and practice. The result of this training activity is that participants have knowledge about the beauty business prospects which can be a source of income for them and have mastered basic make-up techniques.

City DNA is the elements that make up the uniqueness of a city. It is formed over a long period of time and passed down from one generation to the next. Heritage or heritage that forms the uniqueness of this city is in the form of physical / objects and intangible that strengthen each other. The purpose of socializing the DNA of the City is an understanding of the uniqueness of a place that is ultimately able to provide uniqueness to a place that is a destination for tourists. For international researchers, the introduction of City DNA is a way to be able to recognize the competitive ability of a place. Using the method of field visits and discussions with local communities, it is expected to get a direct picture of the authenticity of the city which is bottom up and used as a basic perception of foreign tourists and researchers in the city of Semarang.

Global competition in the future is very tight and knowledge of technology, especially telecommunications technology, is needed. 5G technology stands for 5th Generation which refers to the fifth generation of mobile phones. 5G technology has incredible data capabilities and has the ability to unify unlimited call volume and unlimited data broadcasts in the latest mobile operating systems. Currently, Indonesia is lagging behind in the application of 5G technology. Indonesia is currently still preparing regulations and the frequency spectrum used in the implementation of 5G technology. Bahaya narkoba dan penyakit HIV/AIDS merupakan hal yang sangat nyata dimana ini sangat meresahkan kalangan termasuk guru atau dosen dari instansi pendidikan. Banyak anak muda yang menjdai korban dan bila dibiarkan maka akan merusak generasi muda yang pastinya akan mengancam kehidupan bangsa kedepannya. Pencegahan perlu dilakukan. Pengaruh penggunaan zat terlarang tersebut dapat memberbahayakan penggunanya baik bagi kesehatan tubuh maupun karater dan mental. Bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Perlu adanya upaya mencari tahu mengapa penggunaan narkoba justru banyak dikalangan generasi muda dan upaya mencegah generasi muda agar tidak terjangkit penyakit HIV/AIDS. Untuk itulah artikel ini disusun dengan harapan dapat menjadi pendorong banyak pihak untuk melakukan upaya pencegahan penggunaan narkoba dan penyakit HIV melalui sosialisasi di kalangan generasi muda.
