This study examines the relationship between organizational culture and the sustainability of public service innovation within government bureaucracy. Although many public service innovations show positive results in the initial stages, many do not sustain in the long term. This indicates the presence of fundamental factors affecting innovation sustainability, one of which is organizational culture. Organizational culture plays a role in shaping the behavior, values, and work methods of civil servants in providing services to the public. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational culture in supporting or hindering the sustainability of public service innovations. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study analyzes 20 relevant scientific articles from 2002 to 2025. The results indicate that hierarchical, rigid, and administratively-oriented organizational cultures hinder innovation sustainability. Other factors such as low leadership support, limited incentives, and resistance to change also strengthen these barriers. Conversely, an open, collaborative, and adaptive organizational culture to change enhances the likelihood of innovation sustainability. In conclusion, the success of public service innovations is greatly influenced by the organizational culture underlying the behavior of civil servants. Therefore, transforming organizational culture to be more innovative and adaptive is a strategic step to strengthen the sustainability of innovation.

This research investigates the effect of fundamental factors, namely the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity on stock returns of mining firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021–2023. The research highlights the utility of understanding a firm’s financial performance in guiding investment selection within the capital market. Although the mining industry contributes significantly to Indonesia’s economy, stock movements in this sector are often subject to uncertainty due to market fluctuations and commodity price volatility. This research utilizes secondary data from annual financial statements and stock price records of 51 IDX-listed mining companies over the study period. Panel data regression, combined with descriptive and quantitative statistical techniques, was employed using E-Views 12 software. The findings reveal that stock returns are significantly influenced by the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity. These results provide useful insights for investors, financial analysts, and corporate management by emphasizing the function of fundamental indicators in assessing stock performance, particularly within the mining sector.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of fundamental factors represented by the current ratio, return on equity, and debt-to-equity ratio, as well as trading volume and market value added variables on the stock prices of industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) during the 2020–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from published financial reports and stock market data. The study population includes all industrial sector companies listed on the ISSI, while the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with certain criteria, resulting in 12 companies as research samples with an observation period of five years. The data analysis method used is panel data regression with the help of Eviews 13 software. The results show that partially the current ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, and trading volume have a significant effect on stock prices, indicating that the level of liquidity, capital structure, and trading activity play an important role in determining stock value in the market. Conversely, return on equity and market value added do not have a significant effect on stock prices, indicating that equity-based profitability and market value added are not always the main considerations for investors in this sector. Simultaneously, the current ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, trading volume, and market value added have a significant effect on stock prices, which means that a combination of fundamental factors, market activity, and investor assessments can collectively influence stock price movements of industrial sector companies in the ISSI.

Poverty remains a structural issue and a major challenge in economic development, including in Bali Province, particularly in the strategic Sarbagita region (Denpasar, Badung, Gianyar, and Tabanan). This region plays a significant role in supporting regional economic growth but still faces socioeconomic disparities, including a relatively high poverty rate. Several fundamental factors—such as limited investment in productive sectors, high unemployment rates, low quality of education, and uneven economic growth—are the primary causes of this issue. Targeted government expenditure policies and investment strategies directed toward areas with the potential to generate employment are expected to reduce poverty levels. This study aims to analyze the effect of Special Allocation Funds (DAK) and investment on employment absorption and poverty levels in the Sarbagita region of Bali Province from 2009 to 2023. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the Revenue Department, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in the Sarbagita Regional Area, and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Bali Province. The analytical tool used in this study is path analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that DAK does not have a positive and significant effect on employment absorption in the Sarbagita region. Investment has a positive and significant effect on employment absorption. Employment absorption has a negative and significant effect on poverty levels in the region. DAK does not have a significant effect on poverty through employment absorption, whereas investment does have a significant effect on poverty through employment absorption in the Sarbagita region.

The purpose of this research is to examine the variables that affect stock prices in the commerce and service and consumer products industries that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  This research study is quantitative in nature.  The information was taken from annual and financial reports that were posted on the websites of the individual companies as well as the Indonesia Stock Exchange's official website (www.idx.co.id).  The population consists of all 137 consumer products, commerce, and service businesses that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2009 and 2013.  Seventy-seven businesses satisfied the sample requirements based on preset criteria.  Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the data.  The findings demonstrate that the three sets of variables—systematic risk, macroeconomic indicators, and firm fundamentals—all significantly and favorably affect stock prices at the same time.  Stock prices are positively and significantly impacted by the following factors, in part: Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and inflation.  In contrast, the market beta, GDP, exchange rate, and BI rate have no discernible effects, but the debt to equity ratio (DER) has a negative and substantial influence.  With an Adjusted R Square value of 62.4%, the study's independent variables may account for a significant portion of stock price fluctuations, with additional factors outside the model influencing the remaining 37.6%.

The capital market plays a strategic role in the economy as a means for companies to obtain long-term funding. Profitability, leverage, and firm size are fundamental factors that can influence market reaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and leverage on market reaction and examine the moderating role of stock performance. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2022 to 2024. The results show that profitability have a positive and significant effect on market reaction, while leverage has a negative and significant effect on market reaction. However, stock performance failed to moderate the effect of profitability and leverage on market reaction. These findings support the Signaling Theory and Trade-Off Theory in the context of the Indonesian capital market. The implication of this research is that companies need to improve profitability and strengthen their financial structure to enhance investor confidence and improve market positioning.

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of Market Volatility, Fundamental Factors, and Investor Sentiment on Stock Investment Decisions of Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The research sample was taken using the Slovin technique, which resulted in a sample size of 78 students. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to students who met the criteria. The research instrument test used validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test used multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R²). The conclusion obtained from this study is that Market Volatility, Fundamental Factors, and Investor Sentiment have a significant influence on students' Stock Investment Decisions. These findings indicate that a deep understanding of the capital market and the factors that influence it is very important in making the right investment decisions. The results show that the coefficient of determination (adjusted r2) for this model is 0.700, meaning that the contribution of the independent influence of market volatility, fundamental factors and investor sentiment to stock investment decisions is 70%. The rest (100% - 70%) = 30% is explained by other variables outside the model such as gender, age, overconfidence, market awareness, income, etc.

The Indonesian economy is increasing every year, this cannot be separated from the contribution of the capital market (Indonesian Stock Exchange) which is increasingly active in driving Indonesian economic activity. Activity on the Indonesian Stock Exchange is supported by the increasing number of issuers issuing securities, especially share instruments. Improving stock trading conditions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) is able to attract the general public to invest their excess funds in the stock market. The aim of this research is to determine the fairness of share prices and find out which companies are most suitable for investment by calculating the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV). This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research uses Consumer Goods sector companies that are included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index for the 2015-2016 period. Fundamental Analysis is an analysis that functions to estimate future share prices by estimating the value of company fundamental factors that influence future share prices. These factors include ROE, EPS, DPS, DPR, PER, and PBV. The intrinsic value of the stock will be seen whether the stock is smaller than the market value and is considered expensive (overvalued), the intrinsic value is greater than the market value and is considered cheap (undervalued) or the intrinsic value is the same as the market value meaning it is valued fairly (correctly valued). The results of this research show that 9 out of 16 companies are undervalued and only the companies Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Tbk and Chitose Internasional Tbk whose share prices are undervalued are supported by advanced PER and PBV calculations, the decision that can be taken is to buy these shares.

Hotel tax is one of the regional taxes that contributes to PAD which has a fairly large contribution to PAD sources. The basis for imposing Hotel Tax is the amount paid or should be paid to the hotel. The Hotel Tax Rate is set at 10% (ten percent). The principal amount of Hotel Tax payable is calculated by multiplying the rate by the tax base. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to work more in tackling the disease outbreak and its effects. The policies taken by the government will certainly have a certain impact on the community and will also have an impact on several PAD sectors which result in a decrease in revenue. Increasing local tax revenue certainly requires effectiveness and efficiency efforts. The level of efficiency is also a necessary part of increasing local tax revenues. This efficiency can be related to the expenses that will be incurred, which need to be carried out to a minimum to achieve the target of local tax revenue within a period. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a combined panel data regression analysis between cross section and time series, with the aim of analyzing the effect of the level of effectiveness, contibution, and the level of efficiency of hotel tax revenue on the Regional Original Income of the Province of Bali in 2016 - 2020. The results show that the variables of the level of effectiveness, contribution, and hotel tax efficiency together (simultaneously) have an effect on local revenue of  98.13% and 1.87% are contributions from other variables not discussed in this study.
