Myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) in the upper trapezius muscle is one of the disorders commonly found in the neck area, characterized by myofascial trigger points (MTrP) in taut bands or tight muscle bands. Kinesio taping (KT) is a non-invasive therapy used in the management of MPS of the upper trapezius to improve neck disability measured using the Neck Disability Index (NDI). However, stronger evidence is still needed regarding the effectiveness of KT in reducing neck disability scores in MPS upper trapezius. This study aims to review and analyze the effectiveness of KT on NDI scores in MPS upper trapezius. The research method used is a systematic review employing PRISMA-P and the PICOS framework. The sample and population of the study consist of articles obtained from databases such as Crossref, Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar. Keywords such as "Kinesio Taping," "Myofascial Pain Syndrome," and "Myofascial Trigger Point" were used. The results of the descriptive analysis of the selected articles showed that KT significantly reduced the NDI value in MPS upper trapezius. In conclusion, KT is effective in improving functional disability in the neck caused by MPS upper trapezius, and KT can be a therapeutic option either alone or in combination with other therapies.

Academic productivity is a vital indicator of student success in higher education, but it is often hampered by the complexity of tasks, transitions in the learning environment, and digital distractions that trigger procrastination. This phenomenon demands a high degree of adaptability so that students do not become trapped in physical and mental exhaustion due to unmanaged workloads. Therefore, this study aims to analyze in depth the causal relationship between time management skills and academic productivity, as well as investigate their role in mitigating academic stress levels in students. The research method applied is a literature review with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The research data was sourced from secondary data in the form of 21 reputable scientific articles (national and international journals) published between 2020 and 2025. The data analysis process was carried out through the stages of data reduction, synthesis of findings, and narrative conclusion drawing to systematically map the relationship between variables. The results and discussion of the study show that time management has a significant positive correlation with improved learning achievement. Specific indicators such as daily schedule planning, priority setting, and self-regulation have been empirically proven to increase task completion efficiency and Grade Point Average (GPA) achievement. Conversely, poor time management was identified as a major predictor of cognitive overload and exhaustion, especially among students with dense curricula such as engineering majors. This study concludes that mastery of time management is not merely a scheduling tool, but a fundamental cognitive strategy that functions as a coping mechanism to maintain mental health and achieve an optimal study-life balance.

Background: Nurses are the most dominant health workers in hospitals including inpatient installations. This dominance tends to have an impact on the main focus of the community including patients. When the nurse's performance is good, being able to cover all services in the hospital will be of good value in the eyes of the community and patients, making it a crucial point for nurses to work in accordance with the competencies, main tasks and functions and practice standards set by health care facilities. This study examines the relationship between nurse performance and patient satisfaction treated at the inpatient installation of Bhayangkara Hospital Jayapura. Method: This study is a type of non-experimental quantitative research with correlation studies. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The number of respondents was 98 people with the same number of nurses and patients, namely 49 people. The sampling technique used was incidental. Data were analyzed using spearmank rho. Result: Based on the results of the study, it was found that the age of 26-45 years, female, with a Diploma III education, and a length of work of more than 3 years. While the majority of patient respondents were aged 18-25 years, female, with the most education being high school, having a self-employed job, and a length of care of 1-3 days. The performance of nurses found to be categorized as good while the majority of patient satisfaction was very satisfied. The results of the spearman rho analysis obtained a correlation strength level of 0.924 with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: Nurse performance is related to patient satisfaction treated at the inpatient installation of Bhayangkara Hospital Jayapura. It is expected that the measurement of nurse performance with patient satisfaction will be carried out periodically, a maximum of once a year to evaluate nursing services.

This study conducts an in-depth examination of 87 mixed-method studies that address war-related trauma in the Middle East over the past two decades (2000–2023), employing a systematic methodological meta-synthesis approach to formulate a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of armed conflict on affected populations. Quantitative findings indicate an exceedingly high prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), reaching 73.4% among war refugees (n = 12,456), accompanied by significant comorbidity rates in the form of depression (68.2%) and anxiety disorders (59.7%), both of which clinically exacerbate recovery prognosis. Meanwhile, the thematic qualitative analysis successfully identified five principal dimensions of recurrent traumatic experiences, namely direct exposure to violence (82.3%), the loss of family members (76.9%), forced displacement (71.4%), existential uncertainty regarding the future (68.9%), and the disintegration of social cohesion within affected communities (65.2%). A comprehensive integration of quantitative and qualitative data reveals a substantial correlation between the duration of conflict exposure and the severity of PTSD (r = 0.78, p < 0.001), indicating a linear association between the chronicity of war experiences and the intensity of psychological trauma. Through meta-regression, this study also identifies several statistically significant protective variables that reinforce both individual and collective resilience, including the presence of family support (β = 0.45, p < 0.001), the intensity of religiosity (β = 0.38, p < 0.01), and the strength of community resilience (β = 0.42, p < 0.001), all of which function as moderating factors of traumatic impact. In contrast to the narrow focus of Storozhuk et al. (2023) and Boeije et al. (2013), who emphasized individual trauma, this study advances a broadened paradigm by exploring the collective dimensions of war trauma made possible through an integrative methodological design. While Zerach and Solomon (2016) previously proposed three core categories of traumatic experience, the present study expands the conceptual spectrum by identifying two additional themes and unveiling the complex network of interrelations among trauma elements. The principal novelty of this study lies in the formulation of an integrative model of war trauma that not only theoretically unifies individual and collective dynamics but also constructs a new methodological framework that may serve as a reference point for trauma research in conflict-affected regions marked by the volatile and multidimensional sociopolitical context of the Middle East.

A brief history Adolescence is a time of at this point of time, between childhood and adulthood, sexual maturity sets in and the reproductive organs (in women) begin to function (Menarche). The goal of this research was to better understand how to better prepare young women for menarche. Method: This study employs a quantitative Cross sectional research strategy. There were a total of 33 female students included in the sample. Multivariate analysis with the t test and bivariate analysis with the chi square test are employed. Results: The study found that a significant proportion of adolescents (25 out of 83.3%; p = 0.043) were unprepared for menarche because of a lack of knowledge, that a similar proportion (84.6%; p = 0.041) were severely anxious about entering puberty, and that a significant proportion (23 out of 88.5%; p = 0.009) had little support from their parents. Conclusion: It follows that adolescent girls' preparedness for menarche is significantly impacted by their prior exposure to information about the process, their degree of concern about it, and the level of support they receive from their parents.
