The economic ideas of the great Islamic jurist Abu Ishaq al-Syatibi are discussed in this article. Syatibi is most known for his formulation of the maqashid al-syari'ah, or goals of Islamic law.  Using primary and secondary sources found in library databases, the study takes a descriptive-analytical approach to history.  The results show that when it comes to fiscal measures like taxes, government expenditure, and minimum wage legislation, al-Syatibi stresses that maslahah (public interest) should be the primary aim of economic policy.  Efficient, fair, and sharia-compliant economic policies that take into account society's main, secondary, and supplementary requirements are essential, says al-Syatibi.  Even if it differs from more contemporary need theories like Maslow's hierarchy of requirements, al-Syatibi's maqashid al-syari'ah succeeds in meeting fundamental human needs by highlighting the role of religion.  Contributing significantly to the growth of Islamic economics, al-Syatibi's ideas highlight a middle ground between material and spiritual well-being.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana fiscal stress dipengaruhi oleh diversifikasi pendapatan daerah dan dana perimbangan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan selama periode lima tahun (2018-2022), penelitian ini menganalisis 145 sampel dari 29 Provinsi di Indonesia. Estimasi data panel yang digunakan adalah Fixed Effext Model (FEM). Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode analisis data uji asumsi klasik. Penemuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Diversifikasi Pendapatan Daerah secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Fiscal Stress (2) Dana Perimbangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Fiscal Stress (3) Diversifikasi Pendapatan Daerah dan Dana Perimbangan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Fiscal Stress sebesar 96,49% secara positif dan signifikan.

The impact of unemployment is divided into two aspects seen from economic development, namely the impact of unemployment on a country's economy and the impact of unemployment on the economy of individuals who experience it and society. The aim of this journal is to determine the impacts of unemployment on Indonesia's social and economic stability. The method used is the descriptive-qualitative analysis method. The results of this journal explain that unemployment can cause consumption to decrease, because unemployment can reduce household income, which as a result can reduce consumer spending. Overall, the social impact of unemployment can be very detrimental to Indonesian society, causing economic and psychological stress for those affected. Therefore, it is important to implement policies and programs that aim to reduce unemployment rates and support people who have difficulty finding work.
