Evaluating changes in public perceptions of gold investment before and after price increases is the objective of this study. The background of this study rests on the assumption that gold price volatility can affect an individual's interest in and view of gold as an investment vehicle. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to 50 respondents, the results of which were analyzed using the paired sample t-test. The results of the analysis show that there is no statistically significant difference in people's perceptions before and after the gold price increase (significance value 0.363 > 0.05). The findings of this study indicate that the public still views gold as a safe and stable investment asset in the long term, regardless of price changes in the short term. The results of this study can be used as a reference by market participants and financial planners to understand the tendency of public attitudes towards gold investment.

This study explores the application of the design thinking approach in the pre-planning phase of subsidized homeownership for Generation Z in Indonesia. As Generation Z enters adulthood and begins to plan for the future, they face various challenges in achieving homeownership, particularly regarding financial issues and access to subsidized housing programs. The design thinking approach is used to gain a deeper understanding of the needs, desires, and barriers faced by Generation Z through the stages of empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. By focusing on innovative and user-centered solutions, this research aims to design a more relevant and acceptable subsidized homeownership model for Generation Z. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for housing developers and policymakers in designing more efficient and appropriate housing policies and programs that align with the socio-economic dynamics of Generation Z.

The purpose of this study is to see how the understanding of financial planning, financial management, and the implementation of PSAK 109 impact the way zakat organizations in Madiun Karesidenan report their finances. This research is quantitative and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that the implementation of PSAK 109 does not affect the financial reporting of zakat organizations; instead, the understanding of financial planners and financial managers improves financial reporting. This shows that financial planners and financial managers still do a poor job in understanding and implementing Islamic financial accounting standards (PSAK 109). This study suggests that financial planners and financial managers should be trained and educated about PSAK 109. In addition, zakat organizations should be trained and assisted in the implementation of PSAK 109 to obtain accountable financial statements
