The Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) is an important component of the TNI, playing a vital role in safeguarding the nation's sovereignty in Indonesian waters and coasts. Human Resources (HR) are crucial for success in carrying out its duties. The quality of human resources is not limited to education and work experience, but also requires attention to other aspects, including welfare. Homeownership is a key indicator of the well-being of Indonesian Navy soldiers, significantly impacting the lives of Indonesian Navy soldiers and their families. However, Indonesian Navy soldiers often face financial difficulties, opting to purchase a home through a Home Ownership Loan (KPR) despite the high interest rates. Disciplined Savings (Tabplin) is a savings program run by the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) whose funds can be utilized by Indonesian Navy soldiers to finance urgent needs, including home ownership. However, due to limited information, the utilization of these funds has not been optimal.

Although MSMEs are crucial to the economy, the sustainability of non-franchise micro-enterprises is often hampered by suboptimal financial governance. Low utilization of financial information, lack of separation between personal and business finances, and unstructured cash flow management are challenges that can affect long-term business sustainability. This quantitative study aims to evaluate the impact of financial record keeping, capital planning, and cash cycle management on the sustainability of non-franchise micro-enterprises in Mekargalih Village, Garut Regency. Using a survey method and saturated sampling technique, data from 70 business owners were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that financial record keeping does not have a significant impact on business sustainability, indicating that recording activities are still administrative in nature and have not been optimally utilized as a basis for business decision-making. Conversely, capital planning and cash cycle management have been shown to have a positive and significant impact on business sustainability. Business owners who are able to plan capital needs and maintain smooth cash flow tend to be more able to maintain the stability of their business operations. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute 45.2% to business sustainability. This community service program was conducted at GPIA Sidoasri, Malang Regency, a church community located in a rural area with limited access to capital, technology, and market opportunities. To improve the economic welfare of its members, the church initiated a micro-enterprise producing banana chips and jackfruit chips. However, the business faced several challenges, including unattractive product packaging, a short shelf life due to the absence of preservatives, and difficulties in determining competitive and profitable selling prices. To address these issues, the service team provided training on marketing strategies and business capital management. The training covered product branding through attractive packaging, the use of digital promotion to expand market reach, the separation of personal and business finances, simple financial record-keeping, and responsible capital management practices. The program was implemented through lectures, interactive discussions, and participant mentoring. The results showed that participants gained a better understanding of marketing strategies and basic financial management. Although challenges such as limited capital and low digital literacy remained, participants demonstrated strong enthusiasm to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the program. This activity highlights that the success of micro-enterprises depends not only on product quality but also on effective marketing strategies and sound capital management. Furthermore, the program reinforces the importance of careful planning and responsible stewardship in business, as reflected in the wisdom of Proverbs 21:5.

The fiqh principle stating that a leader’s policies and actions toward the people must be based on public welfare is an Islamic legal principle emphasizing that every action and policy of a leader should be oriented toward the interests and well-being of society. This study aims to examine the meaning, normative foundations, concepts, and implementation of this principle in state governance. The research employs a library research method with a normative approach through the analysis of the Qur’an, Hadith, fiqh literature, scholarly journals, and relevant legislation. The findings indicate that this principle has a strong foundation in the Qur’an and Hadith, particularly regarding trustworthiness, justice, and the responsibility of leaders toward their people. Conceptually, this principle is closely related to the theories of maqashid al-shari’ah and siyasah shar’iyyah, which place public welfare as the primary objective of Islamic law. In practice, the principle is applied in various fields, including public administration, law and legislation, religious policies, as well as economic and fiscal policies. Its implementation can be seen in policies concerning the prohibition of interfaith marriage, marriage dispensation, marriage legalization hearings (isbat), the suspension of Hajj departures during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the management of state finances during the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs. Therefore, this principle demonstrates that Islamic law possesses flexible and adaptive characteristics while maintaining a strong orientation toward public welfare, making it relevant to modern systems of governance.

Bank stock price prediction is an important topic in the application of information technology because stock price movements are dynamic, sequential, and influenced by historical market patterns. This study aims to predict Indonesian banking stock prices using the Long Short-Term Memory method and evaluate the effect of Bayesian Optimization on model performance. The data used in this study consists of daily historical stock data of BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BBTN, and BMRI from May 4, 2020, to May 4, 2026, obtained from Yahoo Finance. The input features include opening price, highest price, lowest price, closing price, and trading volume, while the prediction target is the stock closing price. The results show that the baseline model produced MAPE values ranging from 1.892% to 3.147%. The best baseline performance was obtained on BBCA with an R² value of 0.933, followed by BBTN with an R² value of 0.902. After optimization, performance improvement occurred on BBTN, with MAPE decreasing from 3.147% to 2.482% and R² increasing from 0.902 to 0.935. For BMRI, MAPE decreased from 2.385% to 2.206%, and R² increased from 0.687 to 0.743. This study concludes that Long Short-Term Memory can be used to predict Indonesian banking stock prices, while Bayesian Optimization can selectively improve model performance depending on the characteristics of each stock dataset.

This study aims to analyze the financial management practices of the Es Degan Bu Ulfa MSME and their compliance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews and observations, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively.   This study aims to analyze the financial management practices of the Es Degan Bu Ulfa MSME and their compliance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews and observations, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results indicate that financial management is still carried out simply and does not yet implement written records. Business income and expenses still rely on memory, even though business owners perform daily profit and loss calculations and separate personal and business finances. The main obstacles faced include limited human resources and a low understanding of financial record keeping and the SAK EMKM. Based on the analysis, financial management practices are not fully compliant with SAK EMKM standards. Therefore, the implementation of simple financial record keeping is necessary to structure business financial information and support business decision-making. Proper financial management can help improve business performance, monitor cash flow, evaluate profitability, and enhance accountability. Furthermore, the application of SAK EMKM is expected to facilitate access to financing and strengthen the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive business environment.

This community service activity aimed to improve financial literacy and family financial management skills based on priority scales among housewives in the pandan mat weaving artisan community in Sei Balai District, Batubara Regency, North Sumatra Province. The main problems faced by the community partners included limited understanding of simple financial record-keeping, the absence of separation between business and household finances, and low saving habits due to fluctuating income levels. The implementation method employed a participatory approach through observation, lectures, interactive discussions, household budgeting practices, and simple financial recording training. The results of the activity indicated that participants experienced an improvement in their understanding of the importance of distinguishing between needs and wants, arranging expenditure priorities, and developing saving habits as well as preparing family emergency funds. In addition, participants also began to recognize the importance of financial record-keeping as an effort to control household expenditures more effectively and efficiently. The participants’ enthusiasm throughout the program demonstrated that the materials delivered were highly relevant to community needs. Therefore, this outreach activity contributed positively to enhancing family financial management capabilities and supporting the economic well-being of the pandan mat weaving artisan community.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior through financial attitudes among students of Universitas Kebangsaan Republik Indonesia (UKRI). The background of this research is the increasing importance of financial understanding among students in managing their personal finances effectively. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to UKRI students. The data were analyzed using statistical methods to examine both direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Furthermore, financial attitudes are proven to mediate the relationship between financial literacy and financial management behavior, indicating that better financial knowledge shapes positive attitudes, which in turn improve financial behavior. The findings imply that improving financial literacy and fostering positive financial attitudes are essential in promoting better financial management among students. Therefore, educational institutions are encouraged to enhance financial education programs to support students in achieving financial well-being.

This study aims to analyze corruption as a form of abuse of power within the public bureaucracy and its impact on the quality of public services in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method based on journals, books, and official reports. The results indicate that corruption within the bureaucracy persists in various forms, such as extortion, abuse of authority, and budget manipulation. Contributing factors include low integrity among public officials, weak oversight, and the complexity of bureaucratic procedures. The resulting impacts include a decline in service quality, inequitable access to services, and a loss of public trust in the government. Furthermore, corruption hinders bureaucratic effectiveness and slows down the national development process. These conditions demonstrate that corrupt practices not only harm state finances but also broadly affect public welfare. Therefore, efforts are needed through bureaucratic reform, strengthened oversight, and enhanced civil servant integrity to achieve transparent and accountable public services that support the establishment of good governance.

This study aims to evaluate how petty cash management practices contribute to improving operational efficiency at PT Anugerah Langgeng Berkat Abadi. This research focuses on examining the implementation of the petty cash management system, applied procedures, and its impact on the smooth execution of daily operational activities. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, direct observation, and documentation during the internship period. The collected data were analyzed systematically to describe the actual condition of petty cash management within the company. The results indicate that PT Anugerah Langgeng Berkat Abadi implements a fluctuating fund system in managing petty cash. Expenditures are initially recorded manually and then re-entered into the company’s internal digital system to maintain control and accountability. Petty cash is used to finance routine and urgent operational needs, such as office stationery, transportation costs, and other short-term expenditures. The company has established standard operating procedures governing the use, recording, and accountability of petty cash. Several challenges were identified, including delays in the disbursement and reimbursement process, which may affect time efficiency. However, overall, the petty cash management system is considered effective in supporting short-term operational needs without disrupting the stability of the company’s main cash. This study concludes that systematic and well-controlled petty cash management plays an important role in the company’s cost efficiency strategy and supports daily operational activities. These findings align with strategic management principles, where appropriate financial decision-making contributes to the achievement of long-term organizational objectives.

Tenank Cafe Medan is one of the culinary businesses with strong growth potential, yet it continues to experience difficulties in transaction recording, cash flow management, and the preparation of simple financial statements, which affect the quality of business services. Therefore, this Community Partnership Independent Service Program (PMKM) aims to provide assistance in simple accounting practices to improve service quality at Tenank Cafe Medan. The program was implemented through observation, socialization, training, direct practice, and mentoring activities. The materials included transaction recording, cash book preparation, simple income statements, and cash flow management. The results show an improvement in the partner’s understanding and ability to manage finances systematically. Better financial management has also contributed to improving operational management and customer service quality. Thus, this program positively supports business management strengthening and service quality improvement at Tenank Cafe Medan.

This study aims to analyze trends in scientific publications related to the application of green banking in financing products within Islamic banking in Indonesia during the 2019–2024 period. Using a bibliometric analysis method based on Google Scholar data and mapping via VOSviewer software, this study evaluates 60 selected articles. The study results indicate a significant annual increase in publications, with a primary focus on integrating green banking principles into Islamic financing policies, their impact on profitability, and the role of technology in supporting green banking. Additionally, the study found that environmental sustainability, green financing, and digital transformation are the most dominant themes in the development of green banking research within Islamic banking. Bibliometric network analysis indicates a strong interconnection between the concepts of green finance, sustainable banking, and Islamic banking in supporting sustainable economic development. This study also identifies opportunities for further research related to the effectiveness of green banking implementation on the financial performance and social responsibility of Islamic banking. These findings contribute to the development of green finance literature in the Islamic finance sector and serve as a strategic reference for regulators and practitioners in implementing sustainable banking policies in the future.

Many churches face significant challenges in effectively carrying out their Gospel mission amidst limited resources, and one such church is the GSKI Pokok Anggur Church in Bekasi. This research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling. The data collection techniques employed in this study included literature review, observation, the author's own experiences, and face-to-face interviews with texts, without direct involvement with eyewitnesses of events or other objects. The results of this study are as follows: First, the implementation of the missionary movement or evangelism at the GSKI Pokok Anggur Church in Bekasi exhibits profound problems, both conceptually and practically. Although the church has established a structural commitment through the formation of a mission group and established a work program, evangelism activities have not yet met expectations. Second, the congregation's low financial support for the missionary movement at the GSKI Pokok Anggur Church in Bekasi is a complex phenomenon, arising from the interaction of various theological, structural, and cultural-economic factors.

 Cryptocurrency price prediction, particularly for highly volatile assets like Solana (SOL), is a crucial challenge in time series data analysis in digital finance. This study aims to compare the performance of the XGBoost machine learning algorithm with the Temporal Fusion Transformer (TFT) deep learning model in predicting Solana's daily closing price. The dataset used consists of historical Solana price data and network fundamentals data in the form of Total Value Locked (TVL). The research process includes data preprocessing, dividing training and test data, model training, and evaluation using the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) metric. The results show that using the same-day price feature has the potential to cause target leakage, resulting in invalid prediction accuracy. In testing using pure historical data without data leakage, the XGBoost model performed better than TFT with an RMSE of 4.27, while TFT produced an RMSE of 18.59. Furthermore, the integration of network fundamentals data in the form of TVL did not improve prediction accuracy and even caused a decrease in performance for the XGBoost model with an RMSE of 7.10. The results of this study show that the use of historical price action features is more effective than fundamental network indicators for short-term daily Solana price predictions.

This study describes Islamic public and social finance: the role and mechanisms of government oversight of economic activities from an Islamic perspective. The purpose of this study is to explain Islamic public and social finance: the role and mechanisms of government oversight of economic activities from an Islamic perspective. The research method is qualitative. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research finds that the government's role from an Islamic public and social finance perspective is not only as a regulator but also as an active supervisor, ensuring that economic activities are run in accordance with Sharia principles. Supervisory mechanisms are implemented through the institution of hisbah (Islamic tax), Sharia-based regulations, and a system of public financial accountability and transparency. Furthermore, Islamic social finance instruments such as zakat (alms), infaq (donations), sedekah (charity), and waqf (endowments) have been proven to play a role in equitable wealth distribution and reducing social inequality. This supervisory concept remains relevant in the modern economic context, including the digital sector and Sharia finance. The implications of this research suggest that the government needs to strengthen the implementation of Islamic-based supervision in the modern economic system by strengthening Sharia financial institutions, optimizing the management of Islamic social funds, and enhancing transparent and accountable regulations. Furthermore, adaptation of Islamic supervisory mechanisms is necessary to address the development of the digital economy. This research also implies the importance of increasing Sharia economic literacy among the public to support the creation of a more sustainable and equitable economic system.

Sustainability issues encompassing economic, social and environmental aspects are driving reform in the global financial sector, including in Indonesia. Although the OJK has published a Sustainable Finance Roadmap since 2015, Indonesia does not yet have comprehensive green finance regulations in the banking sector. This study aims to analyse the state of green finance regulation in the Indonesian banking sector and compare it with China’s Green Credit Guidelines, in order to identify relevant aspects for adoption in strengthening national green finance policy. This study employs a normative legal methodology using a legislative and comparative law approach, alongside a qualitative descriptive-analytical analysis of secondary data. The author found that green finance regulations in Indonesia remain fragmented and scattered across various sectoral legal instruments without adequate integration, thereby creating loopholes for greenwashing practices and the adoption of green principles that are merely administrative in nature. The Sustainable Finance Committee mandated by the P2SK Act has not yet been established, exacerbating the lack of coordination between institutions. In contrast, China, through its 2012 Green Credit Guidelines and 2016 Guidelines for Establishing a Green Financial System, demonstrates a regulatory model that is hierarchical, standardised, and legally binding. A comparison of the two identifies four relevant aspects for Indonesia to adopt: an integrated regulatory approach, standardisation of environmental risk operations, strengthening of oversight mechanisms and due diligence, and cross-sectoral institutional coordination.
