The method used in building a decision support system in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The method used to select new students is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which functions to calculate the final score of each student in the school and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) serves to rank each student.The result of this study is that the combination of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) methods in determining new student admissions at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabali School can be used. SPK (Decision Making System) can display information according to what the user inputs correctly.

PT.Senteral Inti Gas is a company engaged in the field of gas distributors. Problem that occur in the company is: a decrease in employee work performance which is characterized by frequent errors in work, employee attendance rates began to decline and the emergence of procrastination work. The population in this study were all employees in the company of 67 people. The sample is taken by a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that reward and punishment have an influence on the work performance of employees of PT.Senteral Inti Gas Medan. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the reward variable has a more dominant influence on the work performance of PT .enteral Inti Gas Medan employees compared to the punishment variable.

Improving the quality of human resources in the field of vocational education becomes the focus of goals in this community service activity. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

Perkembangan teknologi pada zaman modern ini sangat begitu pesat. Informasi dengan begitu mudahnya dapat diakses oleh semua kalangan masyarakat melalui internet. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan) yaitu penelitian yang datanya dilakukan di lapangan. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan data sekunder, dimana sumber primer didapat dari observasi dan wawancara dengan para pedagang di BBC, sementara sumber sekunder didapat dari jurnal, buku serta sumber referensi yang lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hampir sebagian besar dari pedagang yang ada di pasar Batik Buaran Center (BBC) melakukan pemasaran melalui digital marketing baik itu melalui Facebook, Telegram, maupun E-Commers yang ada. Akan tetapi ada sebagian kecil juga para pedagang yang masih melakukan strategi pemasaranya secara konvensional dan masih mengandalkan para pengunjung maupun pembeli datang langsung ke tempat BBC. Omzet pendapatan maupun penjualan para pedagang juga sangat terasa penurunannya, terutama dari segi penjualan secara offline yang mengandalkan pengunjung dating, dari segi digital marketing mengalami sedikit penurunan yang tidak signifikan. The research method used is qualitative field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. To get these answers, researchers used primary and secondary data. Both data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The underlying problem is career women who do not go through the period of Iddahh and Ihdad according to Islamic law. Based on research in Jambesari Hamlet, Jambesari Darussolah District, it was found that many women whose husbands died or were divorced did not know the period of Eiddahh according to Islamic teachings. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

Traditional houses scattered with various unique forms in the territory of Indonesia reveal a distinctive and unique local cultural identity in their states and display the richness of the traditional culture of the Indonesian nation. The diversity of traditional houses in this archipelago has a high artistic feel in architectural forms, motifs, and similarities in philosophy. Still, it is rich in architectural structures that differ from one place to another. The traditional housing group for the Sentani tribe in Ifale village is formed from the unity of three different kinship groups of indigenous peoples. The three kinships live one life together as the traditional Sentani people and still maintain the ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation by adjusting to current life developments. The traditional house of the Sentani indigenous people has changed with the entry of knowledge and changes in people's lifestyles. The shift in housing does not affect the existence of their traditional residence, a nation's wealth that must be maintained and protected. This study aimed to study changes in building traditional Sentani houses on Lake Sentani in Jayapura Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive in conducting data analysis using qualitative methods (field data) and quantitative (excel program and SPSS). The study results show that changes in the way of building the traditional houses of the indigenous people of the Senani tribe towards the process of building and using house construction for the period 1907-1925 and 2021 have changed from places formed by their ancestors to modern traditional houses. These changes are influenced by the increase in community economic growth, public awareness of environmental and human health, and construction use following the latest developments in construction technology.

The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

Where is the initial stationery set that has a design value that does not sell well and is still incomplete.In designing the design of a stationery set, it is necessary to choose the type of font, color and also the composition of the design because these three aspects are vital and can have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the stationery set.
