Heritage buildings are not only concerned with the shape and design of heritage that has been passed down from one generation to the next. The materials and technologies used are part of the inheritance of objects and intangibles that help strengthen the authenticity in a heritage work. This activity is a collaboration between the heritage community in Semarang City and Manilla City who visited Semarang. This activity aims to understand the authenticity of a heritage architectural work through material and technological elements in Asia through a comparison of similar works in the cities of Semarang and Philippine. The results of this activity are expected to be able to find a picture of authenticity in several examples of traditional architectural works in Asia and provide alternatives for the formation of place identities both in the city of Semarang and Manila.

Leadership style plays a very important role in determining employee discipline because the leader can be used as an example and determinant for his subordinates. The style of a disciplined leader can affect the discipline of employees / subordinates. Another phenomenon is the provision of proper motivation, where it will be able to generate enthusiasm, passion and sincerity of work. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of women's leadership style on work discipline, 2) the effect of work motivation on work discipline, 3) the influence of women's leadership styles on performance, 4) the effect of work motivation on performance, and 5) the effect of work discipline on performance. This type of research is causal associative quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted on a ship crew where there was a female leader/officer on the deck and the engine department with a total population of 60 people. The results showed 1) leadership style had a significant effect on work discipline, 2) work motivation had a significant effect on work discipline, 3) women's leadership style had a significant effect on performance, 4) work motivation had a significant effect on performance and 5) work discipline had significant effect on performance.

For employees and laborers in Indonesia, termination of employment is an inevitable fact, and laws regulating termination of employment are sought after in relation to the rights earned when termination happens. The worker's relationship with the employer may be terminated by the employer for reasons other than the worker's own actions or corporate decisions. For example, there are workers who are subject to termination because they committed an act of serious negligence and are still entitled to protection under the law. The issue at hand is how various termination-related legal laws have varying effects and how Law No. 11 of 2020 about Job Creation will modify the termination process and protection. The goal of this study is find out the laws and regulations governing termination and what are the legal instruments that support the rights of workers / workers affected by termination. This research uses exploratory qualitative methods using data through primary and secondary data sources. Based on the results of research, workers / workers get legal uncertainty regarding the rights obtained if they are terminated due to gross error.

The aim of this study is to describe the development of an innovative art-based analytical method in portrait methodology. This article exemplifies how forms of multimodal analysis can be integrated into portraiture frameworks and provides a fluid qualitative "recipe" for researchers interested in applying the portrait method. The study described in this article examines the teaching of vulnerability and resilience using poetry and the visual arts as integral elements of the portraiture process. Portraiture is a qualitative, feminist, artistic method based on ethnography and phenomenology for depicting, understanding and interpreting complex human experiences. This study leads to the methodological development of the three steps of analysis in the portrait process: Sketch, poetic expression and artistic expression. This phase of data analysis emphasizes the richness of the methodological snapshot and focuses on engaging the researcher in creative, intuitive and associative processes. – The studies presented in this article are examples of qualitative research that pushes methodological boundaries and focuses on the role of intuition, association, and creativity in research

Aggressive behavior is dangerous when it causes intentional physical or psychological harm to another person. Adolescents who successfully complete developmental activities will be in a favorable state of social adjustment for the rest of their lives. However, if youth fail in the growth process, they run the risk of committing crimes and becoming more arbitrary in their power over others. Children engage in ways that often result in aggressive behavior, both individually and collectively. Fighting, forming convoys on the street to block traffic, skipping classes, and using unpleasant language such as swearing, insults, and ridicule are examples of aggressive behavior that are common among students. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies. The results of this study are discussed. is that there are students who have aggressive behavior, namely Physical Aggressive and Verbal Aggressive and are factored from External and Internal factors, then a form of handling can be carried out by researchers.

Early childhood is also known as the golden age, in which the potential and abilities of the physical, cognitive, language, artistic, social-emotional, moral, religious, self-concept, self-discipline and independence develop. Therefore it is important if from an early age it is necessary to instill the value of independence in children. One of the factors that can influence the process of developing independence in children is parenting style. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. The results of this study are through parenting parents are able to build children's independence, including in applying habits to children. The purpose of this research is : (1) to describes the error of Indonesian language in exposition text by the students at class X, (2) causes of error, and (3) the effort which is done by the teacher and student to solve the error. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a sample student text SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor kelas X IPA 1  dan X IPA 3. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and document analysis. Data analysis technique used is the interactive analytical model that includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The conclusions of this study are as follows. Firstly, the linguistic elements of language errors that often occur in the student text is divided into four errors : spelling error, diction, sentence, and paragraph. Secondly, language errors that often occur in a student text exposition caused by several factors, among others: is inadequate of language mastery, lack of examples by the teachers, the influence of foreign language, lack of writing peactice, and lack of writing time. Thirdly, the efforts have been made to minimize errors include: improving students' language mastery, having more practices in writing, implementing appropriate correction technique, and implementing a process approach to teaching writing.

Logo is the identity of an institution that represents the history and culture of the institution while semiotics is the science of reading signs both verbally and visually, visual forms make the vision and mission as well as identity reflected in a logo. Just like the regional logo of Gorontalo Province which has various meanings of signs and symbols that reflect the area, for example, the Padi and cotton symbols are inspired by the city government logo which means depicting prosperity and others. There is also an oval pattern in the logo taken from the eggs of the Maleo bird, which is endemic to Gorontalo. There is the fort of Otana and pictures of books taken from our philosophy "adat based on sara', sara' based on the book of Allah. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze what the meaning of the symbols in the logo of the Gorontalo Province were. The research used semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. Semiotics departed from three main elements, which Peirce called the triangle theory of meaning, namely: signs, objects, and interpretants. The meaning of the logo can be studied scientifically with semiotic theory. In Peirce's study, symbols are divided into 3 categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. To analyze the meaning of symbols, Peirce uses 3 semiotic terms: representamen which is a symbol, semiotic object which is a real object of symbol reference, and interpretant which states the relationship between representamen and semiotic objects. Benefits of this research To add scientific insight in the field of linguistics, especially to the use of semiotic theory and to find out creative strategies in promotional activities of a government institution so that they can build a brand in the eyes of the public. The results of this study determine the meaning of the signs on the regional symbols of Gorontalo province. Poverty is a problem that exists in every region. Many factors can affect the level of poverty, for example, the unemployment rate and also the Human Development Index. The higher the unemployment rate, the higher the poverty rate will be. And also if the higher the Human Development Index, the lower the poverty rate. This study aims to determine whether the Open Unemployment Rate and the Human Development Index affect the Poverty Level. This research is a quantitative research. The variables used in this study are the Open Unemployment Rate, the Human Development Health Index, and the Poverty Level. The analysis used is a panel data method in the form of a cross section of 27 regencies/cities in West Java Province and time series data from 2020 - 2021.

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between GDP, inflation and exchange rates on imports in Indonesia in 1991 – 2020. Import is the process of legally transporting goods or commodities from one country to another, generally in the process of trade. If in a country imports increase then the country's national income will decrease. Countries that often import are developing countries, for example Indonesia. Therefore, the method that can be used is the VAR method. and the data used is quantitative data, because the data used to calculate the effect on import variables. The source of financial data is used as secondary data, which is data obtained from official sites or websites. The results of this study are that the inflation variable has a greater relationship than GDP and exchange rates.

Unclean environmental conditions and unhealthy behavior are the causes of the problem of the emergence of infectious diseases. One example of poor clean, healthy living behavior is the lack of awareness in disposing of waste in its place and improper ways of managing household waste. Almost all areas are experiencing difficulties obtaining land as a final disposal site. The government cannot solve the problem of household waste alone. Sentong Village does not correctly manage waste; for example, all waste is burned, and there is no separation between organic and inorganic waste. The purpose of this community service is to increase public awareness by increasing general knowledge about proper waste management and empowering the community to manage waste with the Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle method as one of the appropriate methods in processing household waste. The results of community service activities show that the community is quite enthusiastic when given information about proper waste management; the methods used in these activities are the lecture and discussion methods, then pre-test and post-test are carried out; the community who attended the training were 15 people, and residents agreed to apply the right way of processing waste, starting with the correct way of disposing of waste, namely distinguishing between organic and inorganic waste, so as not to litter in front of the house.

Dating is something that is very close to our daily life. Dating in this millennial era, everyone may also be familiar with the component known as the relationship. Dating relationships are especially important for younger adults. Millennials want positional fashion as an extraordinary courtship. Along with the times and technology, millennial fashion relationships are becoming more and more excessive. It depends on the character of the individual with a view to comparing their courtship relationship with certainty or negatively. The millennial generation is often referred to as a very open technology, likes practicality and dares to take risks. In terms of love life, it is now not much different. In younger people, courtship is seen as a method of gaining recognition. For example, the idea that a person is considered a person if he or she already has a partner, daring to have a relationship is considered manly or having a female friend who is handsome or beautiful is considered an achievement.  

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. Religious value in children is a child's ability to understand religion that is obtained from parents, society and the surrounding environment. One of the efforts that can be made to achieve children with religious character is to instill religious values ​​themselves in children through religious activities such as the habit of praying dhuha in congregation and tahfiz Al-Qur`an activities both starting from the school environment. This study aims to instill religious values ​​in children which must be instilled since childhood, so that children get used to behaving well towards other people in their surroundings and have a love for the Al-Qur`an which increases their faith and piety to God Almighty. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. In the activities of tahfidz Al-Qur`an the religious values ​​found are children who are used to being disciplined in carrying out activities to memorize surahs while at school, children are disciplined in obeying school rules. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth to the age of six which is carried out through the provision of educational stimuli. The family environment plays a very important role as the closest environment and the first madrasah for early childhood. The purpose of this study is to provide insight to parents in providing first Islamic education to early childhood in the family environment so that later children will become generations of noble character. This study uses library research, which is research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books or others with a qualitative approach. The results obtained from this study indicate that the family environment has an important role in educating and supervising the development of early childhood so that it is in accordance with Islamic education. Parents are not only material givers but parents will also be an example for children. Because early childhood will easily imitate the behavior of the people around them. The good or bad environment that the child lives in will also affect his behavior, character and morals in everyday life.

The reason for this study is to examine the impact of the religiosity, halal name and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. Religiosity, Halal Label, Word of Mouth, and Purchase Decision are the dependent variables analyzed in this study. The example utilized in this study comprised of 100 clients of Wardah restorative items. Through the distribution of questionnaires, the purposive sampling method was used for sampling. Validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, model feasibility tests (F tests), individual parameter significance tests (t statistic tests), and coefficient tests were utilized in this study's data analysis. determination (R2) using the SPSS software. Word of mouth had a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, and religiosity had a positive and significant impact. Halal Label had a positive and significant effect.

This community service provides insight into the importance of preserving the ronda and jimpitan culture in improving the environmental security system. The patrol activity, which is followed by the ‘jimpitan activity, provides the benefits of maintaining environmental security and the results of the pinch can increase cash to support social activities. Social activities that are supported from the results of collecting jimpitan, for example. community service activities, procurement of street lighting lampposts, tirakatan 17's and other activities that are for the common interest.

Taking into account the modern layout and interior so as to make visitors more comfortable to relax. The attractiveness of a restaurant can be made in various ways, such as a very unique and attractive interior or exterior design. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of interior design on the interest of restaurant visitors. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling technique. This study aims to determine the ritual process and the meaning and values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that describes situations directly in the research place. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of the traditional mappadendang party ritual in Soppeng Regency is very structured and neatly arranged. Starting from determining the day of implementation and the duration or length of time for implementation. After the process of determining the time is complete, the family who will carry out the traditional party begins to arrange the arrangement of the mappadendang traditional party. For example, entertainment events and players who will pound the pestle on the mortar and the attributes used by players at the traditional party. The traditional party ended with a marked meal together by all the people who attended the traditional party. In the traditional mappadendang party there are meanings and values ​​contained in it, these meanings are applied in the form of actions such as gratitude to God and respecting and preserving the heritage of ancestors or ancestors. Likewise with the values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party, the values ​​of togetherness, kinship, entertainment, and religion are merged into one in a traditional party that continues to be preserved and becomes a way of life for the community.

The community service program for planting mangrove trees at Tirang Beach, Semarang aims to increase public awareness of the importance of mangrove ecosystems and improve coastal environmental conditions. This program will be implemented through mangrove tree planting activities and counseling regarding the benefits of mangrove ecosystems for the environment. The method that will be used in this program is data collection through surveys to determine the level of public awareness regarding the importance of mangrove ecosystems and coastal environmental conditions. Furthermore, mangrove tree planting activities will be carried out together with the local community, involving experts in the environmental and fisheries fields. In addition, counseling will be carried out regarding the benefits of mangrove ecosystems for the environment, including as a place for various types of fish and wild animals to live, as well as protecting the coast from abrasion. Through this program, it is hoped that people will become more aware of the importance of preserving mangrove ecosystems and protecting the coastal environment. The expected results of this program are increasing public awareness of the importance of protecting the coastal environment and mangrove ecosystems, as well as increasing the number of mangrove trees on Tirang Beach. This program is also expected to be an example for other communities to preserve the environment and encourage the creation of a healthier and more sustainable environment.

Early childhood has a high curiosity, so attention is needed that is not only pursuing achievement, but learning orientation that develops attitudes and interest in learning and stimulates various potentials and basic abilities of children. Therefore the design of painting activities will be the right choice to be used for creativity during this covid pandemic. This PKM painting activity was carried out at the Cimone Orphan House in Tangerang with presentation of the material and then continued with painting practice. The target of this service program is the elementary and junior high school level as many as 15 (fifteen) people. The implementation was carried out face-to-face (on the spot training) which began with observation and coordination with the management of the orphanage related to the availability of places, the readiness of the orphans and administrative licensing arrangements with the administrators of the orphanage. The method used in carrying out PKM activities is to increase children's creativity, showing examples of pots that you want to decorate / pictures using Microsoft PowerPoint in the form of pictures, playing games with orphans, and asking questions / quizzes. The results of the service to students increase knowledge, insight and creativity of orphans.
