This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna in Karawang. The study employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to gain an in-depth understanding of employee perceptions and experiences regarding their working conditions. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, with the criteria being employees who had worked for at least one year and were directly involved in the company's operational activities. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews supported by documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested using source triangulation. The results indicate that a conducive work environment, both physical and non-physical, and a good level of job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance. A comfortable work environment and harmonious working relationships can increase employee motivation and effectiveness, while job satisfaction fosters a positive attitude and responsibility in completing tasks. Thus, the work environment and job satisfaction play a significant role in improving employee performance at PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna in Karawang.

This study aims to analyze the effect of communication (X1), work environment (X2), and workload (X3) on job satisfaction (Y) among employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama. Job satisfaction is a crucial factor influencing employee performance and productivity; therefore, understanding the factors that affect it is essential for the company’s sustainability and growth. This research employs a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population is used as the sample. The total number of respondents in this study was 30 employees. The analytical method used was path analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 22 software. The results show that the communication variable (X1) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), with a significance value of 0.000. This indicates that effective, clear, and open communication between management and employees can enhance employees’ satisfaction with their jobs. Furthermore, the work environment variable (X2) also has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), with a significance value of 0.000. This finding suggests that a safe, comfortable, and supportive work environment, both physically and non-physically, plays a vital role in shaping employees’ positive perceptions of their work. In addition, the workload variable (X3) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), with a significance value of 0.009. This means that a proportional workload, in accordance with employees’ capabilities, can improve job satisfaction, whereas excessive workloads may reduce it. Overall, this study concludes that communication, work environment, and workload have a significant effect on job satisfaction among employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama. The implication of this study is that management should continuously improve the quality of communication, create a conducive work environment, and establish a balanced workload to maintain and enhance employee job satisfaction.

Appearance is one of the important factors for humans in living their lives. However, each individual's perception of their own body tends to be inconsistent with the good anthropometric body standards. This body image perception is closely related to lifestyle, diet, physical activity, and environment. This study aims to explore the body image perception of workers in Jayapura City. This research is an exploratory study to gain an in-depth understanding of the body image perception of workers in Jayapura City. The subjects of this study were 379 workers domiciled in Jayapura City. Data was collected using a body image perception questionnaire and anthropometric measurements were conducted on the workers. The results showed that 53% of respondents were female, 60% were in the early working-age category, and 47% worked as civil servants, military personnel, police officers, or employees of state-owned enterprises. Furthermore, most respondents had normal nutritional status (60%) and 87% had a negative body image perception. Cross-tabulation analysis found that a positive body image perception was mostly found among respondents with normal nutritional status. However, many respondents with normal nutritional status still had a negative body image perception. Further studies are needed to investigate the factors related to body image perception to develop interventions that improve workers' understanding of the ideal body shape.

This study aims to examine the relationship between mental health, non-physical work environment, and the performance of generation Z employees in Bekasi City. Generation Z, who were born between 1995 and 2010 or are currently in the age range of 13-28, are known for their characteristics that include high proficiency in using technology, high levels of involvement in social media. However, Generation Z employees have negative characteristics, namely being easily anxious and stressed when things don't go as they wish. Generation Z feels stress at work caused by their perception of a very competitive work environment, long working hours, and tight deadlines in completing their tasks. This study uses a qualitative method through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were 50 generation Z employees in Bekasi City. This study tested the hypothesis and analyzed the data using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) Computer Software version 3.0. The results of the analysis show that the influence of mental health has a significant influence on employee performance, while the influence of the non-physical work environment has a significant influence on employee performance.

The sample used that is sample fed up Because amount sample taken​ in study This  is all employees at the Regional Civil Service Agency Office of the Regency Purworejo , totaling 53 people. The data collected use technique the questionnaire that measured use scale likert . Data analysis techniques used  use recapitulation of results data questionnaire and present results questionnaire . Research results find that there are 81.13% of existing employees at the Regional Civil Service Agency office of the Regency Purworejo feel comfortable and satisfied  to environment Work physique in a way directly . And still there are 18.87% who have not  feel satisfied and comfortable with condition environment Work physically at the Regency Regional Personnel Agency office Purworejo . There are 81.57% of employees there at the Regional Civil Service Agency office of the Regency Purworejo feel comfortable and satisfied  to environment Work physical that has intermediary or environment general . And still there are 18.43% who have not feel satisfied and comfortable with condition environment  Work physical that has intermediary or environment general Regional Civil Service Agency Office of the Regency Purworejo . Efforts made For more  increase condition environment Work physique that is with method like designing  repeat office , more can identify disturbances in the environment​ office  Because location be on the edge road , means lighting and illumination in the room  Work fulfilled , blend color that is not bother staff and quality the air in the office more improved​ with with adequate ventilation .​

This research aims to find out: (1) What are employees' perceptions of the physical work environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency Office, (2) What efforts are being made to improve the physical working environment conditions at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency Office. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The sample used was a saturated sample because the number of samples taken in this research were all employees at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency Office, totaling 53 people. Data was collected using questionnaire techniques which were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was recapitulation of questionnaire results and explanation of the questionnaire results. The research results found that 81.13% of employees in the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office felt comfortable and satisfied with the direct physical work environment. And there are still 18.87% who do not feel satisfied and comfortable with the physical working environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office. There are 81.57% of employees at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office who feel comfortable and satisfied with the physical work environment that has intermediaries or the general environment. And there are still 18.43% who do not feel satisfied and comfortable with the condition of the physical work environment that has intermediaries or the general environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office. Efforts are being made to further improve the condition of the physical work environment, namely by means of redesigning the office, more can identify disturbances in the office environment because it is located on the side of the road, the lighting and lighting facilities in the work space are adequate, the color combination does not disturb employees and the air quality in the office is further improved with adequate ventilation.
