The development of information technology has transformed trade from traditional markets to digital platforms, including Cash on Delivery (COD) payment systems. This study analyzes the integration of the COD system with the istishna contract in online transactions (specifically on Shopee), its implementation mechanisms, and its validity according to Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah). The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach through digital observation and literature review. The focus of the study was on pre-order or custom product transactions made after a specification agreement between the buyer (mustashni') and seller (shani'). The results showed that the COD system is valid in the istishna contract because it allows for final payment upon receipt of the goods. This is in accordance with Sharia law as long as the product specifications are clear, the price is transparent, and the buyer's right to khiyar is fulfilled to ensure the goods conform to the contract. As long as it is free from riba (usury), gharar (gharar), and tadlis (tadlis), the COD method in istishna transactions reflects fairness, openness, and benefits for both parties in the digital economy ecosystem.

This study examines the differences between Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and large corporations in utilizing e-commerce platforms for digital promotion, particularly through collaborations with influencers. The rapid development of digital technology has reshaped business competition and created unequal access to market opportunities, where corporations benefit from strong financial capacity, formal contractual structures, and comprehensive legal compliance, while MSMEs often struggle with limited resources, inconsistent product legality, and informal promotional arrangements. This research aims to analyze comparative practices in digital promotion between the two business scales and evaluate how regulatory frameworks support digital fairness for MSMEs within Indonesia’s e-commerce ecosystem. Using a qualitative method that combines literature review and in-depth interviews with three influencers, the study reveals significant distinctions in collaboration patterns, compensation systems, marketing flexibility, and legal assurance. The findings indicate that MSMEs exhibit higher adaptability and openness toward emerging creators, whereas corporations demonstrate stronger professionalism but lower responsiveness due to bureaucratic structures. The research further highlights persistent digital inequality shaped by differences in legal awareness, operational capacity, and marketing strategy. These findings imply the importance of enhancing MSME digital literacy, strengthening contractual governance, and improving regulatory responsiveness to ensure equitable participation in the digital market. Strengthening cooperative efforts between government, digital platforms, and influencer communities is essential for building a fairer and more inclusive e-commerce environment.

The rapid growth of amateur football clubs in Surabaya presents great opportunities for talent development and social cohesion, but it also comes with managerial challenges such as unclear organizational structure, lack of financial transparency, limited promotion, and the absence of operational standards for matches. This article presents the results of a community service program based on capacity building, designed to strengthen the managerial capacity of amateur football club managers in Surabaya. The activities focused on a one-day face-to-face workshop for representatives from 30 clubs, utilizing interactive lectures, local case studies, targeted discussions, and the distribution of practical handouts including organizational structure templates, code of conduct, one-page financial reports, content calendars, and matchday checklists. The core materials covered five areas: governance & legal, planning & OKR, finance & accountability, marketing & sponsorship, and operations & safeguarding. The program concludes that a brief, capacity-building workshop can trigger the initial professionalization of amateur football clubs through measurable, easy-to-adopt, and replicable minimum viable governance practices. These findings are relevant as a model for strengthening governance and management of amateur clubs in Indonesia, while also supporting a more professional, accountable, and sustainable community sports ecosystem.

This article aims to examine how the integration of Islamic financial education and the use of sharia-compliant securities crowdfunding platforms can serve as an effective model to enhance public participation especially among MSMEs and younger demographics in the Islamic financial ecosystem. The study employs a literature review and case analysis based on recent scholarly works and industry reports. Findings indicate that fintech platforms equipped with interactive financial education modules and sharia investment simulations can significantly improve public understanding of Islamic financial principles and products. Moreover, sharia-based securities crowdfunding offers participatory investment opportunities while promoting ethical and halal economic activities. Nonetheless, challenges remain in regulatory alignment, sharia compliance verification, and public trust. Therefore, collaboration among regulators, industry players, and educational institutions is essential to foster an inclusive, transparent, and sustainable Islamic fintech ecosystem. This model is expected to be an innovative solution to expand access to Islamic financial services while strengthening public literacy and confidence in Islamic finance.

This study analyzes the role of millennials and Gen Z in driving the growth of halal e-commerce in Indonesia. The global halal industry is projected to reach US$3.36 trillion by 2028, underscoring the importance of strengthening halal e-commerce in Indonesia, which has the largest Muslim population in the world (Kawsar, 2025). Millennials and Gen Z are the dominant users of the internet and digital marketplaces, thus playing a strategic role in expanding the digital halal economic ecosystem. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature studies and in-depth interviews with consumers and halal digital business actors. The analysis focuses on digital behavior, halal product preferences, and awareness of sharia economic principles. The results show that millennials and Gen Z contribute through three main roles. First, as smart consumers who show high preference and loyalty to certified halal products. Second, as creative business actors who create sharia startups and marketplaces with innovative digital marketing strategies. Third, as agents of change who promote digital halal literacy and strengthen public awareness of the importance of halal products and services. In conclusion, the role of these two generations is not only in consumption, but also in creating a sustainable digital halal business ecosystem, strengthening Indonesia's competitiveness in the global halal industry, and supporting national sharia economic development.

This study aims to analyze in depth the influence of business legality on the growth and increased competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Business legality is seen as a crucial foundation in strengthening the position of MSMEs in the market, as it not only provides legal certainty but also fosters consumer trust in the quality of the products offered. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as field observations, in-depth interviews with business actors, and relevant documentation studies. The results show an increase in public awareness of the importance of having business legality, as evidenced by the increasing number of MSMEs officially registering their business permits. Furthermore, legality has been proven to increase the credibility of MSMEs, expand market access, facilitate collaboration with the private sector and government agencies, and open up opportunities for obtaining capital support. A significant increase in consumer trust is also evident, as MSME products with legality are more easily accepted and marketed through various distribution channels. Thus, this study confirms that business legality is not merely an administrative requirement, but rather a strategy that can encourage sustainable business growth and increase competitiveness at the local and national levels. In conclusion, the synergy between MSMEs and the government is the main key in encouraging the creation of a healthy, transparent, and highly competitive business ecosystem.

The agricultural sector plays a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, contributing significantly to Gross Domestic Product (GDP), employment, and national food security. Conventional financing is often poorly suited to the unique characteristics of the agricultural sector, prompting the exploration of more adaptive alternatives. Islamic banking, with its principles of fairness and risk-sharing, offers innovative financing solutions. One such contract with significant potential but underutilized is the Salam contract, a purchase-and-sell contract where payment is made upfront and goods are delivered at a later date. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the Salam contract in depth, identify challenges and opportunities in its implementation in the Islamic agricultural sector, and formulate strategies for optimizing its application. Using a qualitative descriptive research method based on literature review and comparative analysis, this article finds that the Salam contract offers an effective financing solution for farmers' working capital needs, price risk mitigation for farmers, and supply security for buyers. Key challenges include the risk of crop failure, quality risk, moral hazard risk, and limited supporting infrastructure and market understanding. Optimizing the Salam contract can be achieved through the development of innovative contract models, strengthening risk management through takaful instrumentation, utilizing digital technology, improving Islamic financial literacy, and collaboration between stakeholders. The implications of this research are expected to provide practical guidance for Islamic financial institutions, farmers, and policymakers to create a more inclusive and sustainable Islamic agricultural financing ecosystem. With the right approach, the Salam contract has the potential to become a key instrument in Islamic agricultural financing. Its widespread implementation can drive the transformation of the agricultural sector toward a more productive and equitable direction. Sustainable efforts are needed to ensure its effective implementation in the field.

Its contribution is enormous to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), job creation, and increased innovation, especially in the face of global economic challenges and social inequality. This research aims to examine in depth the role of MSMEs in encouraging Indonesia's economic growth and identify various challenges faced by this sector. The method used in this study is library research, by analyzing various sources of scientific literature, policy reports, and relevant empirical data related to the role of MSMEs. The results of the study show that MSMEs not only contribute to increasing national GDP, but also become the main driving force in providing jobs for the community, especially in rural and suburban areas. In addition, MSMEs are also an important means in the development of local innovation, especially in the use of simple technology that is in accordance with community conditions. However, MSMEs also face a number of serious challenges that can hinder their contribution to economic growth. These challenges include limited access to digital payment systems, low quality of human resources (HR), weak marketing networks, and limited capital and technology. Thus, to increase the role of MSMEs in national economic development, synergy is needed between the government, the private sector, and financial institutions in providing comprehensive and sustainable support. The support includes training on human resource capacity building, access to capital, digital transformation, and strengthening the business ecosystem. This research is expected to contribute to the development of policies that favor the empowerment of MSMEs in Indonesia.

This study delves into the philosophical and theological core of the concept of ownership in Islamic economics, a paradigm fundamentally distinct from capitalism and socialism. We uncover the essence of ownership as a divine trust, categorized into individual, public, and state domains. Our findings demonstrate how each type of ownership is governed by clear boundaries and rights, tightly integrated with social responsibility to achieve universal well-being and distributive justice. This study also examines the dynamic harmonization between private and public ownership, achieved through vital instruments like zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and productive waqf, as well as the crucial role of government in providing public goods. Despite facing significant challenges such as the dominance of the global capitalist economy and low sharia literacy, we highlight digitalization as a strategic opportunity to boost the efficiency, transparency, and inclusion of sharia finance. This opportunity holds substantial potential to strengthen the harmonization of ownership within the broader Islamic economic ecosystem. In short, a deep understanding of this Islamic concept of ownership is key to formulating more just and balanced economic policies and community development in today's rapidly evolving modern era.
