The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people.

Implementing a box culvert system on bridges is an economical choice due to the reduced material use. This system has a joint that blends between the slab and the abutment walls and pillars. With a stiffer joint, the moment that occurs is smaller than a simple beam system. Box culvert foundations are commonly shallow foundations. Consequently, it is vulnerable to settlement, particularly the abutments that receive soil loads from the bridge embankment. Therefore, making the displacement in the abutments greater than in the pillars. The existing box culvert structure at the study site in Semarang, Indonesia has a span of 2 x 15 meters. Reinforcement has been previously carried out using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) to treat cracks. Though, as time passed, the treated cracks reopened and new cracks developed. Structural cracks occur at a negative moment, so that the reinforcement yielded. A reinforcement using CFRP does not increase stiffness—thus, a reinforcement with adding external reinforcement system is used. This reinforcement is done by adding 400 x 200 WF profile—connected mechanically by attaching anchors to the slab. Reinforcement with a WF profile is safer due to its mechanical system, which makes it easier to implement and monitor.

Waqf has become the world's attention because this instrument can be utilized as a solution to world crisis problems. One of the countries with the most significant potential for waqf is Indonesia, which is based on a large number of followers of Islam. The number of adherents of Islam in Indonesia alone reaches 209.1 million adherents of Islam and makes the potential for Indonesian waqf very large. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using the case research method and collecting data in this study through observation and in-depth interviews with research objects. The technique used in this research is critical and interpretative analysis. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). Second, a 0% loan (Qard Hasan)"; third, business strengthening (Musyarakah); fourth, alms and grants (khairiyah). The agricultural system is developed into a culture for every family to become food security by implementing an integrated farming system. Agricultural system, "low external input and sustainable agriculture," at home and group/production scale. With this system and a touch of technology, the future is projected as a comprehensive agricultural center. Production and marketing are carried out simultaneously by building an "agricultural industry" and an "agricultural market." Apart from that, it can also be used as an educational, tourism, and cultural village. The academic village is intended as a research and training/educational practicum place. The tourism village is defined as agro-tourism which has high economic value

MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the management of public ownership (milkiyah 'ammah) and state ownership (milkiyah daulah) in Indonesia. This study describes in a qualitative descriptive way the current management of public ownership and state ownership in Indonesia. The theoretical approach is used for the Islamic economic system approach which assesses the practical implementation of the management of shared wealth and the wealth of the Indonesian State. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from literature, journals and information related to Indonesia's wealth. The data collection technique used is library research. And this study uses a comparative analysis of the implementation of public ownership management and state ownership management that is not in accordance with ownership management in Islam. Evidence shows that public ownership and state ownership are not fully managed by the State of Indonesia, it appears that shared ownership in the form of water, fire and pasture is managed by individuals and institutions of foreign parties who have the capital to privatize public ownership. This will have an impact on the unequal distribution of income earned by people who have capital and those who do not have capital, so that it will have an impact on prosperity that most Indonesian people cannot have. As an evaluation and solution, it is necessary to implement an Islamic economic system in managing joint ownership and control of the Indonesian state.

Along with human activities that continue to exist, it can be ascertained that the volume of waste will always increase along with the increasing consumerism of society every year. The impact is not only on the environment but also on human health. Therefore, a breakthrough in waste management is needed through the development of organic waste management in Kupang City into high economic value waste. The method used is a quantitative approach, namely to find out the stages of waste management in Kupang City and also the organic waste development model that needs to be done. Furthermore, a descriptive analysis was carried out on the opportunities for the use of organic waste in Kupang City, preceded by projecting the population of Kupang City. Afterwards, measurements of the composition and characteristics of household waste were carried out to determine the size of each component of the waste management system in Kupang City, which needed to be fixed from the source of waste. That was by sorting household organic and inorganic waste before being disposed of in a temporary dump according to the Government Regulation No. 81, year 2021, chapter 17, paragraph 1. However, the community does not comply with the existing regulations in reality. Therefore, it needs to be socialized to the waste-producing community. The stages of waste management in Kupang City are started by collecting waste from households, then the waste is transported using garbage carts or garbage motorcycles to temporary shelters at each point, and finally transported by garbage trucks to final disposal in Alak Village, Kupang City. The conversion of organic waste into high-value waste is accomplished by utilizing 67.5% of organic waste as biogas and compost.
