Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid and dynamic development, especially in the field of Sharia insurance. Sharia insurance has become an increasingly important and strategic sector in the Indonesian financial industry. This significant development is clearly reflected in data showing notable and consistent growth in the contribution of Sharia insurance to the overall insurance industry in the country. Sharia insurance is an economic activity that aims to help (ta'awun) and share risks (sharing of risk) among fellow participants in a mutually beneficial manner. Optimizing Sharia operational systems is a both a concept and practical approach to managing the operations of financial institutions or businesses based on Islamic or Sharia principles. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method based on a qualitative approach. The type of research undertaken is literature research, conducted by utilizing literature (references). This research aims to identify various challenges faced in Sharia insurance operational systems.

Sharia economy has emerged as one of the fields that offers significant opportunities to support economic growth at the national level. In this structure, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a key role as the driving force of the community's economy. This article describes various tactics that can be applied by MSMEs to compete and develop in the context of the sharia economy. These tactics include increasing understanding of sharia finance, developing human resource capacity, product innovation in accordance with sharia principles, and utilizing digital technology to expand market reach. In addition, assistance from sharia financial institutions, the government, and the community are also crucial elements in creating an inclusive ecosystem. Through the application of these approaches, MSMEs are expected to be able to increase their competitiveness while supporting the principles of a fair and sustainable sharia economy. The research method applied to answer the problems studied is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, which is based on the problems of this research, aiming to collect data and information related to MSME Tactics to Increase Competitiveness in the Sharia Economic Ecosystem. Meanwhile, to answer theoretical issues, a literature study is used with the hope that the analysis of several variables will make the research factors more accurate.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) fatwas on the development of sharia economics in Indonesia. With the role of MUI as a fatwa authority, the guidance and decisions given influence the development of sharia economic sectors, such as sharia banking, sharia capital markets, and sharia insurance. This study uses a qualitative approach through case studies to examine how MUI fatwas influence the growth of sharia economics and its acceptance in society and sharia financial institutions. The results show that MUI fatwas play an important role in the development of sharia economics in Indonesia. The fatwas provide direction for sharia financial products that are in accordance with sharia principles, which contribute to the growth of sectors such as sharia banking, sharia capital markets, and sharia insurance. The fatwas also increase public trust in the sharia economy and encourage financial institutions to be more compliant with sharia principles.

The purpose of this study is to determine the strengthening of economic growth through sharia insurance. The method used in this study is to use qualitative methods by conducting library research and documentation techniques sourced from literature studies, scientific journals and written reports related to economic growth and sharia insurance. The research results show that insurance plays an important role in strengthening economic growth. Sharia insurance has an importantrole as a source of national development financing, reducing poverty, and can divert financial risks caused by unexpected events or accidents.
