This research aims to develop an E-Catalog Information System for the Library of SMPK St. Yohanes Wewewa Barat as a digital platform that provides students and teachers with fast, accurate, and efficient access to book collection information. The system is designed to replace the previous manual book search process, which often caused delays and reduced the effectiveness of library services. The development of this system applies The Model-View-Controller (MVC) method structures the system by dividing it into three distinct parts: the model, the view, and the controller, each with its own specific function resulting in a structured architecture that is easier to manage, maintain, and improve. This method was chosen because it supports modular development and provides flexibility for future system enhancements. The results of this study show that the developed e-catalog system functions properly and performs well according to the intended design. All main features, including book searching, book detail display, and book data management, operate optimally without significant issues. Moreover, the system helps improve the efficiency of library services and enhances the user experience in accessing digital book information.

Government procurement of goods and services is a crucial instrument in achieving transparent, efficient, and accountable governance. One of the key innovations introduced is the e-Catalogue system, an electronic procurement platform provided by the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP). This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the e-Catalogue in sports equipment procurement at the Youth and Sports Office (Dispora) of Semarang City, focusing on its mechanisms, supporting and inhibiting factors, and its impact on procurement governance. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, involving eight informants consisting of structural officials and suppliers. The findings indicate that, in general, the implementation of the e-Catalogue has been effective, particularly in terms of time efficiency, price transparency, and accountability enhancement. However, several challenges remain, including the lack of formal policy dissemination, limited digital literacy among some staff, insufficient internet infrastructure, and unstructured inter-unit coordination. Based on these findings, the study recommends several strategic measures: (1) establishing a permanent inter-unit coordination team, (2) strengthening human resource capacity through continuous training, (3) developing a digital dashboard for real-time monitoring, (4) providing limited public access to procurement reports, and (5) fostering partnerships with suppliers through technical forums and routine evaluations. These measures are expected to optimize the implementation of the e-Catalogue and serve as a best practice model for other local government institutions.

This research aims to investigate user satisfaction and usability of e-catalogs in the context of procurement effectiveness in the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) environment. Utilizing a qualitative approach and literature review, survey data and in-depth interviews were obtained to analyze challenges and factors affecting e-catalog usage. Findings reveal that the majority of users experience difficulties in using e-catalogs, particularly regarding navigation and user interface complexity. This complexity is associated with inadequate training and lack of clear guidelines. Furthermore, user satisfaction with e-catalogs correlates with usability and availability of adequate information. Thus, simplifying the user interface and enhancing information accessibility are identified as key steps to improve procurement effectiveness in the TNI AL environment.
