This research elucidates the impact of globalization on the content and subjects of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum, focusing on the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study utilizes a combination of literature review and thematic analysis to explore the influence of globalization on the curriculum and the strategies employed by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to strike a balance between traditional Islamic teachings and global knowledge and skills. The findings reveal that globalization has influenced the content and subjects taught in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum by necessitating the incorporation of global perspectives, emphasizing universal values, and contextualizing global knowledge within an Islamic framework. However, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah faces challenges in adapting its curriculum, including the need to ensure the preservation of Islamic teachings, address cultural sensitivities, and navigate societal expectations. Despite challenges, globalization offers opportunities for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to enhance its curriculum and prepare students for a globalized world. This includes fostering intercultural communication, promoting global citizenship, encouraging critical thinking, nurturing tolerance and inclusion, and developing cultural sensitivity. The incorporation of global perspectives significantly impacts students' understanding of diversity and multiculturalism by exposing them to different cultures, challenging stereotypes, promoting intercultural communication, and fostering a sense of global citizenship.

Education is an effort to educate the nation's life so that they become fully human with the spirit of Pancasila. The learning process carried out by teachers tends to achieve curriculum material targets and emphasizes memorization rather than understanding. In terms of improving learning achievement, creative teachers are needed who make learning interesting and liked by students. SAL Type Cooperative Learning is a teaching method by distributing question and answer sheets with available alternative answers. The aim of this research is to improve learning outcomes for Indonesian Social and Cultural Diversity Material using SAL Type Cooperative Learning for Class VIIA students for the 2022-2023 academic year at SMPN 12 Surabaya. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach consisting of two cycles. The subjects of this research involved 30 students of class VII A. Qualitative data was collected through student activity observation sheets. Meanwhile, quantitative data was collected from learning outcomes tests. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of Class VII A students at SMPN 12 Surabaya, the average score for cycle 1 was 72.3, with the highest score being 90, there was 1 person, and the lowest score was 55, there were 4 people with learning completeness of 80.0% and the incomplete 20.0%. Meanwhile, the average score obtained for cycle II was 79.5 with the highest score being 100, there were 2 people, and the lowest score was 60, there were 2 people with 90.0% learning completeness and 10.0% incomplete.

 Infection prevention therapy generally uses antibiotics (Priyanto, 2009) where inappropriate use of antibiotics (Paterson, et al., 2005) can cause resistance to antibiotics. Increasing bacterial resistance to antibiotics provides a great opportunity to obtain antibacterial compounds by utilizing the diversity of plants in Indonesia (Manik et al, 2018). Dayak onions on Lembata Island are known as forest onions, their alkaloid content has an antimicrobial function. This research aims to further study the potential of Dayak onion bulbs / forest onions (Eleutherine palmifolia) (L) Merr taken from the Lembata area, East Nusa Tenggara, in inhibiting the growth of Gram-negative Escherichia coli bacteria which include the Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) strain. ) with Escherichia coli bacteria. Dayak onion 96% ethanol extract was made in a concentration of 10% to 100% which was tested with ESBL strain Escherichia coli bacteria, the inhibitory power formed was measured to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) value. Data obtained from Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract has antimicrobial activity in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria in Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract at concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% of Escherichia coli bacteria is a concentration that is included in the weak group.

Traditional houses scattered with various unique forms in the territory of Indonesia reveal a distinctive and unique local cultural identity in their states and display the richness of the traditional culture of the Indonesian nation. The diversity of traditional houses in this archipelago has a high artistic feel in architectural forms, motifs, and similarities in philosophy. Still, it is rich in architectural structures that differ from one place to another. The traditional housing group for the Sentani tribe in Ifale village is formed from the unity of three different kinship groups of indigenous peoples. The three kinships live one life together as the traditional Sentani people and still maintain the ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation by adjusting to current life developments. The traditional house of the Sentani indigenous people has changed with the entry of knowledge and changes in people's lifestyles. The shift in housing does not affect the existence of their traditional residence, a nation's wealth that must be maintained and protected. This study aimed to study changes in building traditional Sentani houses on Lake Sentani in Jayapura Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive in conducting data analysis using qualitative methods (field data) and quantitative (excel program and SPSS). The study results show that changes in the way of building the traditional houses of the indigenous people of the Senani tribe towards the process of building and using house construction for the period 1907-1925 and 2021 have changed from places formed by their ancestors to modern traditional houses. These changes are influenced by the increase in community economic growth, public awareness of environmental and human health, and construction use following the latest developments in construction technology.
