In today's digital era, MSME actors are required to be able to compete through the use of technology, including in building a brand image through digital branding. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital branding in increasing the competitiveness of Sambal Pecel Kanaya MSME products in Makassar. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the digital branding applied is quite effective in building a strong brand image, expanding market reach, and increasing consumer trust and buying interest. The use of social media, visual content, authentic product narratives, and customer testimonials has been proven to support increased product competitiveness. However, there are still shortcomings such as limited visual design and the lack of optimal use of other digital platforms. Therefore, it is recommended that MSMEs increase branding capacity through digital marketing training and platform diversification to strengthen the brand's position in the wider market.

The development of digital technology and internet penetration are driving changes in consumer behavior and demanding that MSMEs not only adapt but also understand the operational motives and marketing channel integration strategies to face competition in the digital era. This study aims to examine the operational motives and technical adaptation processes of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bali in integrating online and offline marketing channels through an omnichannel strategy to respond to intense market competition in the digital era. This descriptive qualitative research uses a multiple case study approach in three different MSME sectors: goods maintenance services, creative services, and fashion retail. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and a review of digital activities, then analyzed through single-case and cross-case stages. The results show that MSMEs optimize digital channels as instruments to expand reach and trigger consumer emotional engagement through a visual storytelling approach, while physical stores are crucially maintained as points of sensory validation. Functional integration has been proven to accommodate the shift in consumer behavior towards a hybrid decision-making pattern. In this pattern, consumers conduct information searches and initial evaluations online, but tend to shift to offline interactions to validate quality and finalize transactions to minimize purchase risk. In conclusion, cross-channel operational synergy has proven essential in boosting the competitive advantage of MSMEs.

Although the community has begun to access financial services and digital technology, their ability to manage finances remains limited. Therefore, this community service activity aims to identify the level of financial literacy and to encourage public awareness of better financial management. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and field observations. The results show that the community, especially in Baduy Luar, has utilized social media such as TikTok Live and Instagram for product marketing and has adopted digital payment systems such as QRIS through Bank BRI, although cash transactions still dominate. The main sources of income come from micro-enterprises based on local potential, including handicrafts, traditional clothing, accessories, and food products. However, the community generally lacks financial recording practices and structured financial planning, causing income to be directly spent on daily needs. The activity also indicates the emergence of initial awareness regarding financial management and highlights the role of youth as local leaders in adopting digital technology. Therefore, strengthening financial literacy is crucial to improving financial behavior and supporting sustainable economic transformation within the community.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) constitute the backbone of Indonesia's national economy, contributing approximately 61% of GDP and absorbing 97% of the total workforce; however, the majority of MSME actors, particularly in eastern Indonesia, continue to face structural barriers in digital technology adoption and capital access that constrain optimal business performance. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of marketing digitalization and business capital on MSME performance in Ambon City. A quantitative approach with associative-causal design was employed, involving 30 respondents selected through purposive sampling from active MSME operators in Ambon City. Data were collected via a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 26, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Results demonstrate that marketing digitalization exerts a positive and significant partial effect on MSME performance (t = 8.060; sig. = 0.000; β = 1.061), establishing it as the most dominant predictor in the model. Conversely, business capital shows no significant partial effect (t = 0.746; sig. = 0.462), attributable to the homogeneity of capital access among MSME actors in archipelagic regions. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence MSME performance (F = 287.070; sig. = 0.000), with an exceptionally high R Square of 0.955, indicating that 95.5% of performance variance is collectively explained by the two predictors. These findings underscore the critical role of digital marketing capabilities over financial resources alone in archipelagic contexts. It is recommended that the Ambon City Government integrate digital marketing literacy training programs synergistically with inclusive financing schemes to comprehensively strengthen MSME competitiveness across the Maluku archipelago.

This study aims to analyze the role of local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) as the main ingredient for mosquito repellent products and its contribution to improving the economy of the community in Timbang Jaya Village. Lemongrass contains essential oils that function as a natural insect repellent, making it a potential raw material for value-added products such as mosquito repellent sprays, aromatherapy candles, and herbal lotions. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings indicate that local MSMEs play a significant role in the production process, product innovation, and marketing of lemongrass-based products. Besides generating additional income, this development also creates new job opportunities and supports the village’s economic independence. However, several challenges remain, including limited capital, lack of processing technology skills, and competition with chemical-based products. The recommended solutions include capacity building through training and mentoring, better access to funding, and strengthening digital marketing strategies. Therefore, the development of mosquito repellent products from lemongrass by MSMEs not only contributes to the community’s economic growth but also provides an environmentally friendly alternative beneficial for public health.

Digitalization is an effort to utilize digital-based technology to transform previously conventional work systems into more efficient and effective ones, including in the management of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to apply digitalization to corn-based coffe MSMEs in Talang Balai Baru 1 Village, Tanjung Raja District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the production and marketing activities of corn coffe MSMEs still use conventional methods. The implementation of digitaization has not been optimally implemented due to the low digital literacy of business owners and limited time in business managemen. Nevertheless, the initial implementation of digitalization through the use of social media and online sales platforms has had a positive impact in the form of expanding market reach and increasing ease of communication between producers and consumers. Thus, the digitalization of corn coffe MSME products has great potential to increase competitiveness and business sustainability if implemented gradually and continuously. .

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face increasing pressure to adapt to digital transformation and e-commerce in order to enhance marketing performance; however, their implementation is often constrained by limited technological utilization and low levels of consumer trust. This study aims to analyze the role of consumer trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between digital transformation, e-commerce adoption, and the marketing performance of MSMEs. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey of MSME actors in Semarang City to collect data on technology usage, consumer trust levels, and marketing performance outcomes. The results indicate that digital transformation and e-commerce adoption have a positive effect on marketing performance, while consumer trust significantly strengthens this relationship as an intervening variable. The study concludes that the success of MSME digitalization is highly dependent on the ability to build consumer trust; therefore, digital marketing strategies should prioritize enhancing credibility and improving customer experience.
