The provision of passive ROM therapy in the form of range of motion exercises on the part of extremities experiencing weakness and decubitus, this motion exercise is very useful to avoid complications due to lack of movement such as joint stiffness.. This study aims to knowing the ROM description in nursing care in stroke patients with impaired physical mobility. This case study uses descriptive method. This case study was conducted in 12 – 28 april 2021 by comparing two respondents with the same case and given the same action. The results of the case study conclude the application of passive ROM techniques performed in non– hemorrhagic stroke patients there is a weakness in proximity there is an effective an ineffective,. The results of of increasing muscle strength on Subject I from 5151 to 5352, meanwhile in Subject II from 5151 to 5252, this is because the first patient and his family are very enthusiastic and eager to exercise independently while the second patient have an obesity and his family also have motivation but it still difficult due to the severity of the deases. Application of ROM in both non hemorrhagic stroke patients gave different responses.

This study aims to explore the extent to which PP 71 of 2010 has been implemented in the accounting process at the BLUD of Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang. Associated with a change in the government accounting system from a cash basis to an accrual basis in accordance with PP 71 of 2010. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the triagulai method using 2 triagulation techniques which combine data from various sources, techniques and time so that data is obtained in the form of interviews with the head of the accounting department and sub-section, as well as obtaining the financial report documents of the 2020 Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. The results of this study show that Tugurejo Semarang Hospital has implemented the Accrual Basis SAP well, which can be seen from the results of interviews such as implementation readiness, training and learning, facilities, staff understanding and education and internal control. It is hoped that even though the Accrual Base SAP has been running well, the management of the Tugurejo Semarang Hospital and the Srmarang City Government can immediately digitize applications that are still manual, especially in reporting fixed assets

Background : Hypertension is a medical condition characterized by increased contraction of arteries which causes resistance to blood flow which increases blood pressure against the walls of blood through narrow blood vessels. Objective : To determine the effect of finger grip relaxation techniques and deep breathing on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Methods : Research design with descriptive method with case study approach. The implementation of Hypertension nursing care was carried out in the internal medicine room starting from June 15 to June 21, 2021. The subjects in this study were 2 patients suffering from hypertension morning and afternoon. Results : After being treated for 3 days, the results showed that the blood pressure of both patients decreased in patient 1 Mr “I” from 180/100 mmHg to 160/90 mmHg, in patients 2 Mrs “S” from 160/100 mmHg to 140/90 mmHg the pain scale of the two patients from 6 (moderate) to 3 (mild) the body is not weak, has started to be energetic and can sleep at night. cooperation between the health team and patients and families is very necessary for the success of nursing care for patients. Conclusion : With the management of finger grip relaxation techniques and deep breathing to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients with the results of the nursing evaluation the problem was partially resolved.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membentuk karakter generasi cerdas melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan, wawancara, kajian pustaka dan dokumentasi. Kajian ini mengkaji upaya yang telah dilakukan guru pendidikan Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda yang pintar, peran dan kendala positifnya. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa generasi penerus mampu menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan menunjukkan perilaku karakter dalam lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Membangun Karakter, Generasi Pintar ABSTRACT This research was conducted to form the character of the intelligent generation through learning Pancasila and citizenship education. This study uses a descriptive method approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, literature review and documentation. This study examines the efforts that have been made by Pancasila and citizenship education teachers in shaping the character of the smart young generation, their roles and positive constraints. Elementary school children aged around 7-13 years are the second most rapid growth period after toddlerhood. UKS data from SDN Warung Lega 01 in January, the results of a preliminary study on class V children, showed that 3 students were overnourished, 14 students had normal nutrition, 22 students were undernourished, and 1 student was malnourished. To find out about eating patterns, to find out nutritional status, to find out whether there is a relationship between eating patterns and children's nutritional status. Using a correlational descriptive method with a cross sectional approach. Sampling was carried out with a total sampling of 40 respondents. Data analysis in this study used bivariate techniques with rank spearmen. The spearmen rank test results were 0.058 > α (0.05) so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This research shows that there is no relationship between eating patterns and the nutritional status of students at SDN Warung Lega 01. Description of eating patterns. More than half (57%) of respondents have a pattern of eat well, namely 23 respondents. Description of nutritional status More than half (55%) of respondents had poor nutritional status, namely 22 respondents. Relationship between diet and nutritional status. From the calculation results, a significance value of 0.058 > α is obtained, so the working hypothesis Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no relationship between diet and nutritional status. There is no significant relationship between eating patterns and the nutritional status of class V students at SDN Warung Lega 01
