Effective, efficient and structured management of personnel data is an important requirement to support smooth administration and operations in the government environment. This study aims to design and implement a technology-based personnel data management system at the Limapuluh Subdistrict Office, Batu Bara Regency. This system is designed to overcome various problems that arose in previous manual systems, such as data duplication, slow administration processes, and the risk of data loss. The methods used include system requirements analysis through interviews, application-based system design using the Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Sequence Diagram and Class Diagram models, as well as system implementation on available devices. The main features developed include employee data recording, digital attendance, work schedule management, and automatic reporting. The implementation results show that the new system is able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel data management, speed up the administration process, and increase data security. By training administrative staff, this system also strengthens the human resource management capabilities of the Fifty District Head Office. It is hoped that this research can be a solution and reference for other government agencies that want to digitize personnel data management.

Personnel Leave Application Information System Application: The Personnel Leave Information System at the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital is an application built for the web-based leave application process. This research was conducted on the Staff Leave Information System at the Regional General Hospital of Batu Bara Regency using research methods, namely the Observation method, Library Research, Field Research, needs analysis, system design, and system implementation. Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Data Flow Diagram ( DFD), Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram. This application was built using software, namely the PHP programming language, HTML, CodeIgniter, Composer database used by MySQL. The application built operates on the Windows Operating System. The WEB-based Application for the Information System for Applying for Employee Leave at the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital has helped the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital in registering and informing employee leave applications quickly and accurately, and can also provide information to employees to find out whether the leave process has been approved or not. approved.

Currently, the Amikom University Purwokerto student portal is still not equipped with a student data search feature that can make it easier to access related information. The unavailability of this feature can provide significant obstacles to various students' daily activities, especially in activities such as academic research, collaborative group work across study programs, and interactions between departments. The aim of this research is to apply the TOGAF framework which is expected to be able to help identify the root of the problem and provide a more comprehensive, systematic and effective solution in an effort to improve the functionality of this portal, so that it can better support students' academic needs. This research uses the TOGAF method which includes Understanding Business Context, Vision Architecture, Definition Architecture, and Transition Architecture. The result of this research is a flowchart design for the student data search feature which was created and analyzed using the Bizagi Modeler application which was compared between the design and the current process. Based on the results, it shows that the design of the student data search flow through Student Amikom Purwokerto is much faster and more efficient because the data search time is reduced from 40 minutes to 3 minutes.

As a beginner in the business of exotic animals provider, Rumbur Exotic Pet run the business activities manually and do not utilise advanced technology, so it’s performance is less effective and efficient. Therefore, adequate technological support is needed to improve business performance and productivity through designing a Java-based sales information system. This research use the Waterfall model as one of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) software development methods. The system design tools that used are Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results of designing a Java-based sales information system can increase work effectiveness and efficiency, facilitate data collection and storage of sales information, produce detailed and accurate reports, and encourage productivity and profitability.

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region has experienced tremendous growth in the higher education sector with many public but internationally recognized universities, colleges, and programs. Annually, within and outside of the GCC zone, high school students and guardians undergo repeatable and time-consuming experiences for inhomogeneous university, college, and program admission and tracking processes. This research project aims to provide a unified management tool to manage the admission and tracking process to multiple accredited GCC universities, colleges, and programs through one unified central mobile-based application. The research project aimed to achieve two objectives: exploring the GCC university admission process phenomena and developing and evaluating a unified mobile-based university admission application (denoted by HEIM) for higher education institutes' mobile applications. An Agile-SDLC methodology was employed, entailing two phases; the Exploratory phase to the phenomena of the university admission process and the development and evaluation phase of the potential mobile application. The 1st phase was based on an interview with the Ministry of Education (MOE), employing SLR and CA techniques for articles and mobile applications collection and analysis, and 1st questionnaire to collect user requirements. The 2nd phase employed several design techniques, including DFD, ERD, etc., a 2nd questionnaire to collect system requirements and coding by .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML, and a 3rd questionnaire to evaluate the usability of HEIM based on Nielsen heuristics at which the empirical findings revealed 97.7% of usability.

Kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan adalah satu lembaga resmi pemerintah yang melakukan banyak survey. Untuk melakukan survey dibutuhkan perlengkapan lapangan seperti tas, rompi, aalat tulis kantor, papan untuk menulis, name tag dan masih banyak barang-barang yang dibutuhkan untuk lenacaran proses survey. Kebutuhan barang masuk dan keluar masih dicatat pada sebuah buku. Terkadang barang yang ada di catatan tidak sesuai dengan stok barang yang ada. Informasi ketersediaan barang juga msih terbatas.tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun sistem persedian barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem adalah metode prototype. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan, pada tahap ini peneliti mendefinisikan kebutuhan sistem dengan rinci. Dalam prosesnya, klien dan tim developer akan bertemu untuk mendiskusikan detail sistem seperti apa yang diinginkan oleh user. Tahap kedua adalah desain cepat, pada tahap ini peneliti membuat desain sederhana yang akan memberi gambaran singkat tentang sistem yang ingin dibuat. Tahap ketiga adlaah membangun prototipe, pada tahap ini peneliti membangun prototipe sebenarnya yang akan dijadikan rujukan tim programmer untuk pembuatan program atau aplikasi. tahap keempat adalah evaluasi penggunaan awal, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan presentasi pada klient untuk dieavaluasi. Tahap kelima adalah memperbaiki prototipr, pada tahap ini peneliti memperbaiki sistem jika ditemukan ketidak sesuaian dengan keinginan klien pada tahap ke empat, jika tidak ada lanjut ketahap keenam. Pada tahap keenam adalah implementasi dan pemeliharaan, pada tahap ini peneliti segera membuat sistem susai dengan prototipe akhir yang telah disepakati, kemudain peneliti pelakukan pengujian dan setelah selesai sistem diserahkan ke klien. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem inventory barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan.

Internet technology is currently developing rapidly, the need for internet in the community in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing because studying and working can be done at home. By utilizing technology, processing customer bill payment data will be faster because of the ease of use. To support the implementation of this inseparable development of Information and Technology, a website-based internet bill payment system was created with the aim of making it easier for customers to make payments and check payment history and provide convenience for the field of collection in checking accounts receivable data so that they can be followed up in accordance with standard operating procedures. applicable. So that customers feel comfortable because they don't need to be constantly reminded regarding missed payments. The design of the internet service bill payment system is described by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design of the system prototype uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. From this study, it was found that the website-based internet bill payment system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform the functions of each feature.

For an organization, speed and accuracy in obtaining information has become a necessity. The existence of an information system becomes a necessity to solve the problem of speed and accuracy in accessing information. XYZ Electronic Store before implementing the information system, had difficulty in knowing quickly and accurately about sales information and how much the store's debt had not been paid. The research method used in this research is observation, interviews and design and implementation of the system. Design system design with DFD, ERD and implementation with PHP programming language. Design system design with the prototype method. After implementing the sales accounting information system and debt recording, the problems faced by XYZ Electronic Store can be resolved. Information on the number of sales in a certain period can be quickly identified, and can schedule debt payments. Debt payment time can be set because the system records all complete debt lists along with the due date.

At the present time of the pandemic, it is difficult for the world's most unusual cuttlefish to market its products. Thus, umkm needs to be provided with facilities to market the products online. Special-based backends are one of the media for selling by-products on the catapult. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. Research methods used in the construction of systems on this research are the methods of research and development (R & D). This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Presence is an activity that aims to determine the level of attendance of a person in an agency, school or company. One of the problems that occurs is the student attendance system at STMIK Rosma Karawang due to cheating when making attendance at lecture activities begins. By looking at the problems contained in STMIK Rosma Karawang, a program is needed. To create a program requires a method. The method used is a waterfall as a software development method. The proposed database design is a DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Implementation of the program using Android Studio. Bank BJB Syariah Karawang provides Loans and KPR. Loans and mortgages are Bank products in which the Bank provides a sum of money to lend to customers, with interest giving, but only a small proportion of them know the interest calculations or called Sharia-Buying when taking credit, whether it is a home loan or vehicle. The methodologi that the authors use in the writing of this thesis include the method of identification and system design. System identification includes organization identification, system running, and problem identification. While the design of the system includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data dictionary and database. Implementation activities in this company has been running well and also has been using computer-based systems, but the technology used is still a technology of the past. In doing the calculation of home loans based on sharia has also been using a computer system. As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.

The implementation of activities in PT Global Indotech Industry has run quite well but has not used a computer-based system to check and calculate raw materials. As the author observed, it turns out there are still problems that occur in checking and calculating the raw material supplies of helmet sockets, such as miscalculating raw material stocks and slow checking of stock availability of raw materials, so that it will disrupt scheduled production systems and can harm the company. Based on the things mentioned above, the author argues that in order to overcome the problem in question, it is necessary to design and implement a system that is integrated between related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005 while system design includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data and database dictionary. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the process of checking and calculating helmet socket raw material supplies for the future can run smoothly and on time.

This company has a very rapid development, this is evidenced in 2017 the stock inventory increased by 25%. Motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. Nusantara is an accounting information system created to overcome data processing problems which are still in the form of manual bookkeeping so that the data is less valid and less effective time to present reports and even data storage has not been recorded which results in easy data loss. Existing problems can be overcome by creating an accounting information system Monitoring Inventory and making a data storage information system that is valid and effective. Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. The archipelago can be used to solve inventory processing problems that include data collection of data, supplier data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, and inventory using the average method can make reports that are valid, effective and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and risk error will be minimal.

The existing problems can be overcome by making Monitoring of inventory and making data storage information systems more secure and efficient. The design method of monitoring inventory of goods made using the R&D methodology, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.
