This type of research is qualitative research which aims to understand social phenomena, including the phenomenon being studied. The descriptive method of analysis is to describe the facts followed by content analysis. The data in this research is in the form of discourse related to the object of research is the novel The Last Shoe by Toni Tegar Sahidi. The primary data source in this research is the next of the novel The Last Shoe. Data collection techniques use heuristic and hermeneutic reading methods. The results of this research are to find out the characterizations contained in the novel The Last Shoes by Toni Tegar Sahidi, namely responsible, hardworking, business style, and teaching employees to be independent.

ABSTRACT The community's life in Sambas has long been known for its handicrafts, specifically bamboo and rattan crafts, which boast unique diversities. The art of weaving bamboo and rattan has been a source of livelihood and an integral part of Malay culture that needs to be preserved. Therefore, media is required as a means of preservation, and one of the approaches is by creating a documentary film. This research aims to produce a documentary film as a cultural preservation medium. The making of this documentary film employs the cyclic strategy method and applies cinematography techniques in video recording.Based on the results of testing by two media experts, the film received a score of 90%, while two subject matter experts gave it a score of 88%. Furthermore, from 30 respondents, 91.73% expressed their strong agreement with the content, indicating that the documentary film is suitable for publication. It has a duration of 19 minutes and 22 seconds, with an H.264 1080p format, specifically MP4.

This condition requires fisherwomen to play a role as drivers of the family economy. One way that can be done is by empowering fisherwomen. The community service team of the Veteran National Development University of East Java empowered fisherwomen in Pabean Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency by conducting training in making handicrafts with copper wire into brooches with high selling value together with the owner of 'Tenocraft'. The method used in this training is the andragogy learning system. Participants were enthusiastic and able to follow the guidance of the speakers.

Lemang, a traditional rice-based food prepared by steaming it in bamboo sticks, has become an inseparable part of the culinary heritage of people in several Southeast Asian countries. However, with technological developments and shifts in people's consumption patterns, there is a tendency to ignore traditional culinary delights such as lemang. Therefore, it is important to implement strategies that can promote lemang so that they remain in demand in the Society 5.0 era. Integration of digital technology in the production, distribution and promotion processes of lemang can be a solution. Using social media platforms to promote the uniqueness and deliciousness of lemang, as well as bridging traditional craftsmen with a wider market through e-commerce are some ways to introduce lemang to a new generation. Additionally, innovation in recipes and presentation, without losing its traditional essence, can also be an interesting approach. By combining traditional values and innovation in the Society 5.0 era, lemang will not only survive, but will also increasingly develop and be accepted in the hearts of global society. Culinary is an important aspect of human culture that continues to develop along with the times. The Society 5.0 era, which is marked by the integration of digital technology in everyday life, provides new opportunities and challenges in preserving and improving traditional culinary culture such as lemang. Lemang is a traditional food from Indonesia, Malaysia and several other Southeast Asian countries made from sticky rice cooked in bamboo. This study aims to explain how technology and innovation can be used to improve Lemang culinary culture in the context of the Society 5.0 Era.

Batik is one of Indonesia's traditional handicrafts which has high popularity and is a cultural heritage. Until now, batik has developed motifs taken from typical regional icons. One of them is splashed batik made by people with disabilities at the Sheltered Workshop Peduli Sambung Roso which is located in Desa Simbatan , Kabupaten Magetan. Splashed batik is a motif produced from brush splashes. The innovative idea of ​​splash batik was collaborated with cursed fish and bamboo motifs. Cursed fish is a typical icon of Simbatan Village and bamboo is a typical icon of Magetan Regency. The research methods carried out started from exploration, design and realization of the cursed fish and bamboo batik motif entitled "Harmony of Cursed Fish and Bamboo Splashes." The results of this research patented the Harmoni Sprinkling of Cursed Fish and Bamboo motif as a typical motif of Magetan Regency by submitting an IPR application to obtain legal protection from misuse or falsification of intellectual works by other parties.

The aim of this activity is that Banjarwaru village craftsmen can find solutions to increase the level of sales of their craft products. From the results of the FGD, it was found that steps that can be taken to increase sales levels are carrying out business legality, building networks with the government, consumers, and fellow business actors, and increasing promotions through digital platforms.

The Class IIA Women's Correctional Institution (LPP) in Malang City is included in a productive prison which is not only used as a place for fostering prisoners (inmates), but also used as a facility to accommodate the production of quality prisoner products. The WBP participates in productive program activities held by the prison, such as managing the soy sauce industry, handicrafts, convection business, salon business, making ecoprint batik, production of souvenir snacks. All WBPs are involved in these productive activities as a form of effort by the prison in organizing work guidance programs and skills education. However, it is unfortunate that marketing is done conventionally so that it has not achieved maximum product sales results. Therefore, it is necessary to have an evaluation that can be solved through the service activities carried out. But in terms of selling their products, the waste bank doesn't really understand what kind of attraction is suitable to make their products sell. To overcome these problems, direction is needed using product photography which can increase the selling value of the product. This training aims to improve the community's ability to manage their products with product photography that can increase selling power. The method in this service is the mentoring method. The mentoring was conducted at the Gulon Asri Garbage Bank, Jebres, Surakarta. This training focuses on fostering the creativity of residents to make product photography with smartphones so that it is hoped that it can help residents sell their work from the Gulon Asri Waste Bank to become more attractive through social media.

Ecoprint is a technique of giving patterns on fabrics made from natural materials which aims to reduce the negative impact on the environment. The activity of making environmentally friendly ecoprint crafts on drawstring bags using the pounding technique was carried out with fifth grade students of SDN Cemara Dua Surakarta. Extra-curricular activities are routinely carried out by schools, one of which aims to maintain environmental preservation and prevent damage to the environment and pollution of the school.                Through this activity it is hoped that students will acquire a simple provision of knowledge about nature, especially plants. The pounding process that was trained on them used kenikir leaves which have a variety of nutritional content and are beneficial for health, besides having a unique color when tapped on the cloth. New things that can be valuable input for elementary school students besides gaining skills to make crafts that can be used alone.             The method used in this service activity is in the form of training. Students are provided with very basic simple knowledge about plants, understand the process of making works using the pounding technique, learn to make beautiful patterns by arranging kenikir leaves on the surface of drawstring bags, and produce eco-friendly crafts. In this activity the service team accompanies each student to work while playing in the hope of awakening their creativity.

One of the world's most famous native Indonesian cultures is batik. A good batik industry must be able to produce superior batik according to market needs with quality standards, the environment, human rights and employment issues. Batik craftsmen have weak tools, use velvet chemicals, handle water and a high amount of water, and are inefficient in handling wax and other processing agents. Batik Seni Pendopo is one of the batik businesses that practices GSCM. Dokani Svetsini needs to manage mezimuzi kineria green manufacturing at Batik Seni Pendopo so that it can continue to operate its business, maintain the surrounding environment, and implement the proposed semparikan persang mezimuzi results consistently. This research uses a qualitative case study type, using the green SCOR and AHP methods. From the results of Mezurisi Ergirden, the performance value is 77.43, which means good. Of the 13 KPIs, there are several KPIs that have unsatisfactory performance, namely energy use, waste produced by % of products produced, production costs, installation costs, waste management, efficiency, stamping, batik canting. Improvements that are important in this business are minimizing the handling of electricity, handling raw materials for candle wax and water, managing candle wax for business income, modifying the management so that the cash that goes to Milan can be milled, and where farmers design and canting so that the production process is faster.

This study aims to find out and describe how students' perceptions of craft and entrepreneurship subjects in class XI MIPA SMA Laboratory Development UNP. This study took 11 (eleven) respondents consisting of representatives of class XI MIPA students. This research method uses a type of qualitative descriptive research. The data collection method uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The interview technique is conducted unstructured using interview guidelines. Based on the results of the overall research, it was concluded that students' perceptions of craft and entrepreneurship subjects in class XI MIPA were said to be lacking in the teaching techniques used by teachers so, many students felt less interested in craft and entrepreneurship subjects in class XI MIPA SMA UNP Laboratory Development.

At present, economic needs in the era of globalization are growing so that the economic sector changes rapidly. Therefore the title of the research in this thesis is "The Influence of Length of Business, Labor and Raw Materials on the Income of Alu Wood Craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet". The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population used was all wood pestle craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet with a total sample of 50 respondents and the sampling technique used random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and assisted by the SPSS Statistics 26 application. The analytical techniques used were: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (residual normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test,) and hypothesis testing (T test and F) and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, namely, the length of business, labor and raw materials have no effect and are not significant on the income of wood pestle craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet. Hamlet. Evidenced by the simultaneous influence of length of business, labor and raw materials significantly on income.

The traditional market is a reflection of the application of a very basic populist economy. Where buying and selling transactions are carried out by the community mostly independently by managing available resources, which include the livestock sector, agriculture, crafts, food, services, and so on. At the Liluwo traditional market there are many sellers of various kinds of needs, ranging from basic household needs, clothing, prepared food and raw materials such as fish and vegetables, to hair cutting services. The facilities at the Liluwo traditional  market are toilets, parking lots, prayer rooms. From the results of observations of researchers in the field, there has not been found a good sign system that helps make it easier for visitors. Some visitors, especially new prospective buyers, experience problems in finding a way/place to sell certain materials. From the problems mentioned above, the researchers plan to design a good sign system for the Liluwo traditional market to make it easier for buyers and sellers to carry out buying and selling activities. Apart from that, with a good sign system, the identity of the Liluwo traditional market will increase and can become an attraction in the eyes of the public.

This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research location was at SMPN 18 Surakarta. The research subjects were teachers, school principal, and students. The method of collecting data in this study was through interviews, documentation, and observation. To check the validity of the data in the research, source triangulation and technical triangulation techniques were used. The data analysis technique was to use descriptive qualitative with an interactive model starting from data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) teaching students about inculcating of value of environmental care character through the P5 program on managing inorganic waste into crafts, 2) obstacles in inculcating character through the waste management program into crafts occurred from within or from the conditions of the students and the limitations of tools and material. The Participatory Action Research method can be an effective approach in the development process. In this context, community participation can involve them in the planning, decision-making and implementation processes of tourism development projects. Communities can provide valuable input, ideas and local knowledge in identifying tourism potential that has not been fully utilized around the Sumber Biru Tourism Area. In addition, involving the community in tourism development activities can also open up opportunities for them to be involved economically, for example through micro-enterprises or local crafts that support the tourism sector. This can increase the income of the local community and encourage sustainable economic development in Wonomerto Village.
