The alcohol that is commonly found in liquor is ethyl alcohol or it is also called ethanol, but it is usually referred to as alcohol alone. Drinks with an alcohol content of 40% can lose consciousness, leading to accidents for alcohol-affected drivers. To detect alcohol in the body using an alcohol tester. Researchers tried to make a measuring instrument for alcohol levels in the body using several components such as Arduino nano, MQ 3 sensor, OLED, charger module, battery, resistor, push button, and buzzer. The design of a portable alcohol level detector through breath can work well, namely the results of the reading of alcohol levels in the body by the MQ-3 sensor through the breath and displayed on the Oled Display in units of% BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration), in the sample comparison of the alcohol level reading between Final project tool with a comparison tool alcohol tester obtained the percentage difference in an average of 0.01% BAC. Background: Anxiety is a normal response in the face of stress which is characterized by feelings of fear accompanied by somatic signs. The patient's anxiety in the MRI examination arises because he knows he will receive medical treatment related to the use of radiation that will cause adverse effects that cause infertility or cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy in reducing anxiety when undergoing an MRI examination. Method: The design of this study used a posttest only intervention group design. The study was conducted on 18 July – 12 August 2022 in the MRI Room of the Bali Mandara Hospital, Bali Province. The sample was 72 people who were divided into 2 intervention and control groups. The inclusion criteria of this study were patients with head first examination position, age above 18 years. Exclusion criteria were patients with decreased consciousness, hearing loss and weight above 150 kg. The research instrument used the MRI-AQ questionnaire, and the Mann Whitney statistical test. Result: The results showed that most of the respondents were 46-55 years old (33.3%), most of the MRI examinations were Lumbo sacral type (54.2%), and the level of anxiety was mostly mild (91.6%). The results of the normality test of data <0.05 so that the data is not normally distributed. The Mann Whitney test was conducted to determine the effect of music therapy and obtained p = 0.001 indicating there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group. Conslusion: The intervention of providing music therapy to patients undergoing MRI examination has an effect in reducing patient anxiety, especially in patients undergoing MRI examination. Music makes the examination more pleasant for the patient. Music causes positive changes in the environment and distracts from the examination, relaxing the patient.

Background: General anesthesia is the act of administering a combination of drugs during surgery with the aim of reducing consciousness and eliminating pain in the patient. There are 2.5% of patients experiencing intra-anesthesia complications including hypotension. Objective: To determine the comparison of giving fluid loading and reducing inhaled gas with giving ephedrine to prevent hypotension in patients in central surgery installations.Research Metod: Quantitative method with experimental research type with quasi-experiment. This research used a Pretest-Posttest Two Group Design with 22 respondents.Research Result: Based on test statistics, it is known that the results of the Independent Sample T Test data analysis test show a P value (>0.05), namely H0 is accepted. Based on this test, it was concluded that there was no significant relationship between administering fluid loading and reducing inhaled gas with administering ephedrine to prevent hypotension. Conclusion: Based on this research, researchers are more effective in using fluid loading and reducing inhaled gas than administering ephedrine in the ETT technique for general anesthesia.

The problem of land ownership in Buntulia Village is influenced by the lack of knowledge and awareness of the community about land ownership rights because of the total population of 549 families, 463 people have not registered their own land. This of course raises a fairly basic problem by the village government to be resolved. Therefore, in this downstreaming, the service team provides understanding and legal knowledge to the community about the importance of registering property rights and providing assistance to the community together with the Land Agency through the Border Marks Post Community Movement (GEMA PATAS) in order to increase community participation in installing boundary markings, making it easier for BPN officers to take measurements, as well as being able to accelerate the government program on Complete Systematic Land Registration. Thus the community could see the importance of legalizing property rights to the land in order  to avoid disputes and thereby give legal certainty to the parties.

Background: Chronic Kidney Failure is one of the important health problems in Indonesia and the world community. In Indonesia, according to data from Penetri (Persatuan Nefrologi Indonesia) the number of patients with kidney failure is estimated at 4500 people, but those detected suffering from terminal stage chronic kidney failure from those undergoing dialysis (hemodialysis) are only around 4 thousand - 5 thousand people. Cases of kidney failure in Indonesia are still relatively high every year, because there are still many Indonesian people not maintaining their diet and health. This means that chronic kidney failure ranks as one of the highest rates of disease causing death. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of adherence to patients with chronic kidney failure in undergoing a hemodialysis program in the hemodialysis room at Sanjiwani Hospital in Gianyar. Methods: This research is a descriptive observational type. This study uses a sampling technique that is purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 people. Results: In this study the results of the rate of compliance of CRF patients with hemodialysis were 27 respondents (90%) who were obedient and non-adherent as many as 3 respondents (10%). Thus most patients with chronic renal failure adhere to undergoing hemodialysis in the hemodialysis room of Sanjiwani Hospital in Gianyar. Conclusions: The conclusion of this study is that patients with chronic renal failure are expected to seek treatment regularly in accordance with the rules set by health workers. Delay of dialysis causes pulmonary complications, seizures, decreased consciousness, severe electrolyte disturbances, heart failure, which can cause death. Keywords : Chronic Kidney Failure; Hemodialysis, Compliance
