The rapid advancement of digital technology in higher education has transformed learning and assessment systems, particularly through the adoption of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Computer-Based Tests (CBT). However, many university students still face challenges in adapting to digital examination environments due to limited technical experience and digital literacy. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to enhance students’ academic readiness and digital competence through the implementation of a Moodle-based LMS at Universitas Murni Teguh. The activity was conducted in the form of an interactive workshop, including system introduction, simulation of CBT, guided practice, and discussion sessions involving university students and lecturers. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of LMS features, confidence in using CBT systems, and ability to manage digital-based examinations effectively. Active participation and engagement during the sessions reflected high enthusiasm and adaptability toward digital learning transformation. This activity demonstrates that the implementation of LMS Moodle is effective in improving academic preparedness and digital literacy among students, and can serve as a sustainable model for strengthening technology-based learning in higher education institutions.

The Public Speaking and Computer Network Cabling Training Activity at SMP YPK Sele Be Solu aims to improve students' competence in communication and technical skills in computer networking. The activity was carried out using an experiential learning approach with stages of observation, socialisation, hands-on training, and evaluation. The results of the activities show an increase in students' confidence in public speaking and basic technical skills in network cabling, including LAN cable installation, RJ-45 connectors, and cable testing. Intensive mentoring during the training helped students overcome difficulties and optimise their understanding. This activity demonstrates that combining soft skills and hard skills training through direct experience can improve students' overall competence, motivate learning, and prepare students to face academic and digital challenges in the future. In addition, this activity also strengthened cooperation between schools and universities in supporting the improvement of skills-based education quality. The enthusiasm of students during the training showed that practice-based learning methods are very effective at the junior high school level. With this activity, students have a strong foundation to develop their interests and potential in the fields of communication, information technology, and readiness to face the rapidly developing digital world.

The development of education in the digital era requires students to master not only academic skills, but also soft skills and hard skills as a provision to face the challenges of education and the world of work. However, the learning process at Papua High School in Sorong City is still teacher-oriented, so students' communication courage and technological skills have not developed optimally. This community service activity aims to empower students through public communication training (public speaking) and computer network cable techniques to strengthen 21st century skills. The method used is a participatory approach with hands-on practice through four stages: observation, socialization, training, and evaluation. Public speaking training is focused on increasing students' courage and confidence in communicating, while network cable training emphasizes basic technical skills such as recognizing cable types, RJ-45 connector functions, crimping techniques, and connectivity testing. The results of the activities showed high participation and enthusiasm from students, as well as increased public speaking courage and basic understanding in network cable making. The integration of public communication training and technology skills has been proven to have a positive impact on the development of student competencies. Therefore, this activity is recommended as a model for developing soft skills and hard skills for high school students, especially in areas with limited access to technology learning.

The training on computer network cabling serves not only to enhance students’ technical abilities but also to cultivate social values, collaborative behavior, and digital awareness within the school environment. The outreach activity conducted by students of Universitas Victory Sorong at SMA 2 Kabupaten Sorong aimed to strengthen students’ digital competence through the introduction of network devices and hands-on practice in creating LAN cables. The results indicate that this training effectively increased students’ understanding of computer network components, improved their practical skills in LAN cable assembly, and fostered cooperation and responsibility during group activities. From the perspective of Sociology of Education, the program contributed to the development of social capital by encouraging peer interaction, collaborative learning, and a deeper awareness of the role of technology in social life. This activity also addressed existing problems such as limited knowledge of network systems, lack of practical experience, and insufficient technology education in schools. Overall, the training led to improved technical comprehension, active participation, and enhanced social character formation. Therefore, computer network cabling training plays a significant role in promoting both digital literacy and social development among students in accordance with the principles of educational sociology.

This study explores the implementation of human resource development management as a strategic effort to enhance task performance in educational institutions. The research was conducted at MAN 2 Kediri City and MAU MBI Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto, where notable improvements in information and technology mastery were observed. These improvements stemmed from various capacity-building activities, including computer proficiency training, computer-based learning workshops, excellent service training, teacher participation in science olympiad competitions, and other quality enhancement programs. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using individual site analysis and cross-site comparison, while data validity was ensured through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability criteria. The findings reveal that to strengthen competitive advantage in madrasahs, school leaders undertake comprehensive human resource management practices. These include needs analysis through vacant position mapping and recruitment planning, teaching hour allocation, job analysis, and structured recruitment processes involving written tests, microteaching, and interviews. Furthermore, human resource development is carried out through adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and continuous professional training for educators. The study concludes that strategic human resource development contributes significantly to institutional competitiveness and educational quality. It recommends sustained investment in teacher capacity building and structured HR planning to support long-term performance improvement.

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to introduce Cablink network technology to students of Vocational High School (SMK) X as a form of strengthening competency in the field of Computer and Network Engineering. This activity includes the delivery of materials, installation, and hands-on practice in installing Cablink networks. The implementation method uses a participatory approach that allows students to be more active in understanding the material presented. With this approach, it is hoped that students can gain a deeper and more applicable understanding of developing network technology. During the activity, students are not only given theoretical explanations about Cablink networks, but also given the opportunity to be directly involved in the installation process, which provides very useful practical experience. The results of this activity show an increase in students' understanding of basic network concepts and technical skills in installing Cablink networks. This improvement is not only limited to the theoretical aspect, but also includes practical skills that can be directly applied in the world of work. This program is expected to be a bridge between the needs of the modern network industry and the readiness of SMK graduates to compete in the world of work. With the skills acquired through this activity, students are expected to be better prepared to face the challenges of rapidly developing technology in the fields of computers and networks. Furthermore, this activity also serves to introduce students to technologies relevant to industry needs, so they are better prepared to enter the professional world upon graduation. This program is expected to contribute to improving the quality of education at SMK X and provide significant benefits for developing students' skills in Computer and Network Engineering.

The main objective of this activity is to equip students with basic knowledge and practical skills in computerization and digital, including software introduction, basic coding, software installation, and simple video editing. The implementation method uses a hands-on training in a computer laboratory, involving two lecturers and several students as facilitators. The activity results showed increased students' interest and understanding of the material presented and active interaction during the training. The school welcomes this activity and hopes to establish sustainable cooperation with higher education institutions. This community service is expected to become a model of educational activities relevant to the needs of the world of work in the digital era and positively impact the competence of vocational school students in facing future challenges.

Digital payment, also referred to as digital payment, is a type of payment that uses electronic media such as SMS banking, internet banking, mobile banking, and electronic wallets. According to McLeod, electronic commerce, also called e-commerce, is the use of communication networks and computers to carry out business processes. This study aims to analyze the latest trends in digital payments in e-commerce, factors that influence digital payments, the impact of using digital payments , and analysis related to the advantages and challenges faced by businesspeople in implementing digital payment systems. The study was conducted through a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study design. Businesses gain many benefits from digital payments, such as efficiency and better customer experience. To improve customer experience and drive sustainable growth, businesses can implement strategies such as education and training, development of technology infrastructure, diversification of payment methods, increased security, loyalty and incentive programs, data analysis, and collaboration with payment service providers.

The main target is elementary to secondary school children who are interested in learning technology but have limited facilities. The methods used include theory, direct practice, and interactive approaches. Theoretical materials include an introduction to hardware, software, and the impact of technology. Practice is carried out through typing activities, using educational applications, digital drawing, and safe internet exploration. The results of the training showed an increase in children's understanding of technology and their courage to use it. They are also more aware of the importance of using technology positively. In conclusion, this training has a positive impact by providing children with basic computer skills, preparing them to face digital challenges, and encouraging the sustainability of the program to create a young generation that is technologically literate.

Computer networks give birth to internet access which is very much needed by every agency and even the entire community in the world. Especially in educational institutions such as Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Raden Fatah, which is located in Kalasan, Yogyakarta when in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, it faces the challenge of disruption from offline learning to online learning. To answer the demands of the times, MA Raden Fattah is very enthusiastic in developing its institution towards a quality smart school. The network infrastructure available at MA Raden Fattah has not been optimized, so through this service, network design and management are carried out so that the need for access points that help students and teachers can be met. This service has succeeded in increasing the number of access points, optimizing the management of internet network resources at MA Raden Fattah, and improving the quality of teaching and learning services at the institution

Young children's lives have been profoundly impacted by the quick growth of digital technology in the age of globalization, especially in light of their easy access to electronic gadgets like computers, tablets, and smartphones. Early childhood education has additional difficulties as a result of this circumstance, particularly with regard to digital literacy. The ability to properly comprehend, use, and critically assess digital information is a crucial component of digital literacy. Lack of this ability puts children at risk for negative effects include exposure to unsuitable content for their age, trouble sifting information, and gadget addiction. This study used a library research approach to investigate the importance of digital literacy for young children. The results showed that in order to enhance children's cognitive, social, and emotional development in the digital age, digital literacy must be ingrained from a young age. Additionally, digital literacy is anticipated to be a key component in preparing Indonesia's Golden Generation of 2045, allowing children to develop into critical, imaginative, and astute tech users.

The program comprehensively introduces both hardware and software components of computers. Furthermore, the activities focus on knowledge transfer through interactive education to ensure participants acquire a solid understanding of technology and its effective utilization. The strategy employed to impart knowledge on computer applications includes socialization and hands-on practice with computer devices and relevant applications for the children at the orphanage. Through this initiative, the children, particularly students, gain valuable opportunities to build a strong foundation in digital skills, equipping them to navigate the rapid advancements of information technology in the modern era.

Information and communication technologies (ICTs) enable more flexible and interactive learning through online platforms such as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), which provide global access to education at low or no cost. Although MOOCs offer great opportunities, challenges such as the digital divide and integration with traditional curricula remain barriers. Teaching English in the digital era requires innovative approaches that incorporate technology, such as computer-assisted learning (CALL) and AI-based applications, to enhance students' linguistic skills. The role of teachers has also changed, from being a presenter of material to a facilitator who guides students in utilizing digital learning resources. With adequate training and digital literacy support, teachers can integrate technology into learning to create a more relevant and effective learning experience. Adapting to these changes is essential to improving the quality of education in the digital era.
