PT GMP Sukses Makmur Indonesia is a company engaged in the production of Bubble Wrap (bubbled plastic). This company produces 818,680 rolls with an average monthly production of 68,223 rolls. The problem that often arises at Pt Gmp Sukses Makmur Indonesia is the high production machine delay time with a downtime of 705.43 hours and a breakdown of 663.33 hours in one year, so the engine performance is less effective. This can lead to not achieving production targets which cause losses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Bubble Wrap production machine using the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) measuring tool and to find the causes of the problems that have been carried out using the ORE method on Bubble Wrap production machines during the period September 2021 – August 2022. ORE is a method that is useful in measuring the effectiveness of production time by taking into account the resources which include humans, machines, materials and methods. In the ORE method there are seven factors that are measured including readiness, availability of facility, changover efficiency, availability of material, availability of manpower, performance efficiency, dan quality rate. The results of measuring machine effectiveness using the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) method for Ektruder machines were 76.41%, Crushers 99.59%, Cooling 98.99%, Mixers 99.79%, and Air Compressors 98.88%. Based on the method used, it is known that in the Bubble Wrap production process, the extruder machine does not meet the ORE standard of 85%, while the influencing factors are performance efficiency and quality rate. where the value of performance efficiency and Quality rate does not meet the standard so that it affects the high value of Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE).

Tanah Lempung adalah jenis tanah yang mempunyai sifat kohesif dan plastis yang tinggi, tanah lempung terjadi akibat pelapukan-pelapukan batuan akibat adanya reaksi kimia yang terdiri dari susunan partikel-partikel yang berukuran koloid artinya butiran penyusun tanah lempung ini berukuran <0,002. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik tanah serta mengetahui pengaruh campuran semen dan serbuk batu bata sebagai bahan stabilisasi dengan metode kuat tekan bebas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode uji laboratorium berupa pengujian sifat – sifat fisis dan mekanis tanah. Penujian dilakukan pada tanah asli dan tanah yang distabilisasi dengan semen dan serbuk batu bata. Hasil penelitian uji sifat fisis tanah asli dilaboratorium didapatkan nilai berat isi tanah (γb) 1,669 gr/cm³, (γd) 1,09 gr/cm³, kadar air 52,92% dan berat jenis 2,651. Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan tanah dapat dikategorikan dalam tanah lempung organik. Hasil dari pengujian grain size tanah dapat di kategorikan dalam tanah lanau lempung. Pada uji atterberg limit tanah dapat dikategorikan ke dalam tanah lempung plastisitas tinggi dengan PI 26,54%, pengujian proctor dengan hasil berat isi kering maksimal (γd) 1,302 gr/cm³ dan kadar air optimum (w) 36,2%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kuat tekan bebas (Uncofined Compression Test) dengan bahan stabilisasi serbuk batu bata 5%, 7%, 10%, 12% dan 5% semen untuk masing-masing sampel, dengan nilai kuat tekan bebas (qu) yaitu 0,785 kg/cm², 0,872 kg/cm², 1,008 kg/cm², 1,120 kg/cm², dan nilai kohesi undrained (cu) sebesar 0,205 kg/cm², 0,390 kg/cm²,0,435 kg/cm², 0,505 kg/cm², 0,560 kg/cm². Berdasarkan rekap uji kuat tekan bebas  (qu) dan didapatkan persamaan  y = 0,2127ln(x) + 0,2153 R² = 0,9855.

Sekitar 40 % dari jumlah total penduduk Indonesia yang berusia di atas 40 tahun mempunyai keluhan nyeri sendi dan otot. Peserta lansia di Posyandu Lansia Talang Aur Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Talang Aur Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Palembang adalah Lansia penderita rematik yang mengalami nyeri sendi, dalam mengatasinya masih menggunakan terapi farmakologi. Lansia Belum pernah di ajarkan tindakan kombinasi kompres hangat dan masase. Tujuan dari  pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk menerapkan tindakan kombinasi kompres hangat dan masase dalam menurunkan nyeri sendi pada lansia  yang menderita Rematik. Hasil Kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kepada Masyarakat ini, meningkatnya pengetahuan lansia tentang rematik dan penatalaksanaannya., serta mampu melakukan (mendemonstrasikan) tindakan kombinasi kompres hangat dan masase dalam mengurangi nyeri sendi.   Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Edukasi (Penyuluhan), Demonstrasi pemberian kombinasi kompres hangat dan masase dalam mengurangi nyeri sendi. Pelaksanaan PKM ini melibatkan dosen-dosen yang sesuai dengan keilmuan dalam bidangnya yang berpengalaman dalam Keperawatan Medikal bedah.Serta dibantu oleh mahasiswa Keperawatan.          Kata Kunci: Rematik, Nyeri Sendi, Kompres hangat, Masase

Menstrual pain caused by the release of excess prostaglandin causes the increasing contraction of the uterus, a common gynecology disorder in young women that can interfere with learning and social activity. Based on a preliminary study in the village of the gadung young women take pharmacological medicines and warm compresses to hold or reduce menstrual pain. The study to learn the aromatherapy of cinnamon on primary menstrual pain in young women in the village of gadung tangerang. This method of research USES quantitative with research design quasi nity, one group pre-existing and post-existing. The study conducted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria amounts to 38 respondents and instrument of the observation sheet. That was done with Shapiro wilk and a statistic wilcoxon signed rank. Studies show 7 days of cinnamon aromatherapy intervention, a scale of pain reduced from 1.79 to 1. Wilcoxon signed rank test results of a significant influence between the scale of pain before and after an intervention on cinnamon aroma recipients in the village of gadung sand. Aroma of cinnamon therapy may be an alternative to reduce menstrual pain.

Background: Lower back pain is one of the complaints felt by almost all pregnant women, especially in the third trimester due to stretching, especially in the spine due to the enlargement of the uterus. Efforts to reduce back pain in pregnant women non-pharmacologically include warm compresses. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of warm compresses on the level of lower back pain in third trimester pregnant women. Method: This research uses a pre-experiment method with a research design using one group pre test post test. The sampling technique used total sampling, totaling 40 pregnant women in the Kutamendala Community Health Center Working Area, Brebes Regency. Results: Of the 40 respondents before the warm compress was applied, it was found that 30 respondents (75%) experienced mild levels of lower back pain, while 10 respondents (25%) experienced moderate levels of lower back pain, and after doing this Warm compresses showed that 32 respondents (80%) did not complain of lower back pain, while 8 respondents (20%) experienced low back pain at a mild level. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon test showed p value = 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: There is an influence of warm compresses on the level of lower back pain in third trimester pregnant women
