This qualitative research aims to explore the role of Strategic Financial Fluency (SFF) as a catalyst for growth in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study employs a multi-method approach integrating literature review, case studies, and expert interviews to construct a comprehensive understanding of SFF and its impact on MSMEs' growth trajectories. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling of MSMEs representing diverse industries and geographical locations to ensure comprehensive data collection. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, focusing on identifying patterns and themes related to SFF adoption, utilization, and its influence on business growth. The findings reveal that MSMEs equipped with Strategic Financial Fluency demonstrate higher adaptability, resilience, and growth potential. Moreover, SFF facilitates informed decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and strategic planning, thus fostering sustainable growth in MSMEs. This research contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the pivotal role of financial literacy and strategic financial management in enhancing the competitiveness and growth prospects of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk during the period from 2019 to 2022, with a focus on the company's financial statements. The evaluation is conducted by understanding the assets and liabilities of the company, especially current assets, non-current assets, and net exposure. The significant increase in cash and cash equivalents reflects efficient liquidity management, while fluctuations in trade receivables and inventory highlight operational challenges. Sustained investments in fixed assets signify a commitment to long-term growth, although fluctuations in trade payables and short-term liabilities demand caution. The consistently positive net exposure provides insight into potential growth and financial stability. However, the decrease in net exposure in 2021 indicates the impact of changing dynamics in the cigarette industry. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding of financial statements is crucial for identifying opportunities and risks, providing a foundation for informed strategic decision-making. Additionally, this research emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of factors influencing financial performance. Focus on liquidity, fixed asset investment, and net exposure management provides a complete picture of the company's dynamics. In facing the changing dynamics of the cigarette industry, the company needs to maintain a balance between long-term growth and financial risk management. The results of this research can serve as a valuable guide for the company's strategic decision-making in the future.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of applying reading skills at a glance in improving understanding of scientific work. The method used in this study was library study. The data in this study were obtained from reading reference books and journal articles.  The result of this study is that by applying fleeting reading skills in understanding scientific work, we can improve academic literacy, help students and researchers access information quickly, and form critical and effective individuals in managing information. A fleeting reading skill is not just a technical skill, but a learning strategy that supports the achievement of higher education goals. In extensive reading, these skills are key to achieving an overall picture and basic information of scientific texts. In addition, the application of fleeting reading skills in scientific work provides significant benefits, such as time efficiency and the ability to quickly identify key information, although deep reading remains essential for comprehensive understanding.

. In today's rapidly evolving digital era, e-commerce has emerged as a cornerstone of global trade. However, the proliferation of online fraud incidents has given rise to significant ethical concerns. This study delves into the ethical ramifications of online fraud profiles and tactics within the cybercrime domain, particularly their impact on the e-commerce ecosystem. Ethical considerations play a pivotal role in shaping behavior within e-commerce, safeguarding consumers, and guiding the formulation of effective policies by both e-commerce entities and governments. This research scrutinizes the phenomenon of online fraud in e-commerce transactions through a survey involving two respondent groups: Information Systems students at ITS and students from other departments. The survey results reveal that online fraud inflicts substantial emotional distress on victims, including feelings of panic, anger, and sadness. Financial losses and the potential exposure of sensitive data are prevalent repercussions of online fraud, eroding consumer trust and prompting questions about the ethical conduct of fraudsters. To address these issues, recommendations encompass heightened awareness of online fraud risks, increased transparency among e-commerce sellers, streamlining fraud reporting procedures, and a commitment to upholding higher standards of business ethics. The overarching objective is to foster a more ethical, secure, and sustainable e-commerce environment. In summary, this research offers comprehensive insights into how respondents perceive and experience online fraud in Indonesian e-commerce transactions, providing valuable guidance for more effective mitigation.

Monetary policy is a vital instrument in managing a country's economic stability. Global economic transformation and dynamics in financial markets require in-depth evaluation of monetary policy. This research aims to analyze the influencing factors of monetary policy and investigate the impact of its transformation in the current economic context. Through a careful methodological approach, this research uses secondary data analysis from various global and national economic sources. The literature review investigates the current literature on monetary policy and economic transformation. The results of the data analysis provide deep insight into the factors influencing monetary policy and the consequences of its transformation. The main findings show that changes in the global economic order, financial technology and capital market dynamics play a major role in changing the monetary policy paradigm. This transformation can have a significant impact on economic stability and societal welfare. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for developing policies that are responsive and adaptive to economic transformation. The practical implications of this research include the need to update a more dynamic monetary policy strategy to answer new challenges in the era of globalization. It is hoped that further research will deepen specific aspects of monetary policy transformation to provide a more comprehensive view.

This research aims to analyze the influence of GDP per capita, poverty, Gini Index, and Economic Growth Rate on the Human Development Index (HDI) in East Java Province during the 2013-2022 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using secondary data. The results of the analysis show that partially, GDP per capita has a positive and significant effect on HDI, while the Growth Rate and Gini Index have a negative and insignificant effect on HDI in East Java Province. conclusion provides a comprehensive picture of the factors that influence HDI in the region, and the implications can be used to support development policy decision making in East Java Province.

The emergence of online transportation services has changed the way humans access areas of life, increasing accessibility significantly. The integration of digital technology has brought increased speed, efficiency and connectivity to services, especially through applications on smartphones. For example, online motorcycle taxi services in Indonesia have become an important source of income for many individuals. Many people rely on work as online motorcycle taxi drivers to meet their family's economic needs. This research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the role of online motorcycle taxis as a source of income, taking into account the diversity of drivers from various backgrounds, including those with families, those without families, and female drivers. This research uses a qualitative approach, a method suitable for exploring the condition of natural objects. The results of this research are based on interviews with 8 sources from online motorcycle taxi drivers around UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Pondok Labu Campus. Interviewees involved a variety of backgrounds, and the responses received varied, some were satisfied with their work, while others saw it as just a side job. Even though online motorcycle taxis offer accessibility and flexibility in working hours, research findings show that this profession has not become the main job for most drivers. Tight competition in the online motorcycle taxi industry is also a factor that contributes to the economic constraints felt by some drivers, especially those who have family responsibilities.

Fruit is one of the foods that many enjoy adequately because of their good taste and have many health benefits, such as rich in vitamins and other nutrients. The fruit market flourished because so many communities were attracted to the fruit. Fruit sellers competed closely with one another in the market as the fruit trade flourished. Each fruit merchant has a different business plan to boost sales in his or her store in the face of this tough competition. Companies that produce goods or services can gain a competitive advantage that is sustained by applying marketing strategies. One of the pillars underlying a comprehensive business plan is the marketing plan. Because of the mostly fierce competition umkm faces, these businesses need to have a marketing plan to fight the competition. The purpose of this study is to know and evaluate marketing strategies and to improve competitiveness. The research was done on the ayu sulastri and amri's fruit shop. A technique used for data collection with observation, interviews, and documentation. In the sulastri stores each year increases, in the last year up 21%. Whereas at the amri store, income increases by 2023 from 2020 to 2023 begins to increase little by little and by 2023 gets an increase by 11%. This research aims to examine and analyze the legal protection given to investors in buying and selling shares in the capital market from an Islamic perspective. The research methodology used is descriptive analysis, which involves comprehensive data collection regarding the characteristics of a particular situation or symptom that contributes to strengthening the theory of Islamic capital markets. In this case, the author uses a document or literature study as a legal material collection technique, by reviewing the literature related to the research topic. This approach aims to obtain secondary data from sources such as the Quran, hadith, MUI fatwa, and relevant laws and regulations, especially Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Markets. The findings of this study reveal that the legal protection of investors in buying and selling activities in the capital market in an Islamic perspective is based on the principles of transparency and openness, the existence of a Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), sharia audits, dispute resolution mechanisms, and the prohibition of ribawi practices or usury-based transactions.

The aim of this study is to provide a detailed account of the exhaustive methodology employed in the XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Ulakan Tapakis course to enhance the learning experience and cultivate students' enthusiasm for the study of dance culture. This investigation is classified as descriptive qualitative research, and its data collection methods include documentation, interviews, and observation. According to the results, the holistic approach utilized in class XI IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Ulakan Tapakis comprised several interdependent elements, such as learning objectives, method selection, and learning media selection, all of which were in accordance with the content or learning material, teachers, and students. These components are intended to foster increased student participation and creativity in the educational process. By promoting students' ability to identify, understand, value, and implement the information presented by the instructor, this methodology guarantees the successful achievement of the Dance Culture educational goals. Class XI IPS 1 SM A N 1 Ulakan Tapakis demonstrates the implementation of a comprehensive approach to dance culture education by employing learning videos, PowerPoint presentation applications, and jigsaw method-based group discussions. Students are not only emotionally stimulated, but also intellectually, sensually, and physically enriched through the implementation of this methodology.

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of Profit Sharing Funds (DBH), Overtime Calculation Budget (SiLPA), and Population Number (JP) on regional expenditure in the districts/cities of South Sumatra. This study utilizes secondary data as the primary source of information. The data is obtained from a comprehensive sample that encompasses all 13 districts and 4 cities within the South Sumatra province. The data covers a period of 5 years, specifically from 2016 to 2020. The population for this study comprises the budget implementation reports obtained from districts and cities in South Sumatra. This study employed various statistical techniques for data analysis, including descriptive statistical analysis, classical acceptance test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The software utilized for analysis was SPSS for Windows version 26. The research findings presented in this paper are incomplete in nature. The allocation of population and revenue sharing funds exhibits a noteworthy and statistically significant influence on regional expenditure patterns. The calculation of budget surplus (SiLPA) has a minimal and adverse effect on regional expenditure. In the context of regional spending, it is observed that Profit Sharing Funds (DBH), Budget Overtime (SiLPA), and Population Number (JP) exhibit a noteworthy and statistically significant influence.

This research aims to find out a procedure for having multipurpose IB Muamalat financing and to find out the steps taken to minimize the risk of customers defaulting on Muamalat financing. This research aims to describe several things, which include procedures for providing Multipurpose financing, problems in providing Multipurpose financing, and solutions to problems that occur in Multipurpose financing (PMG) at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso Branch Office. This research uses a descriptive method. The data source used is secondary data. The type of data used is qualitative data with the documentation used is a flowchart of procedures for granting Multipurpose Credit, and direct interviews by holding questions and answers to the head of the marketing division at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Katamso Branch Office. Based on the results of the analysis from this research, it can be seen that the procedure for providing Multipurpose Financing to PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso branch office goes through several stages that have been determined by the bank. Competition in the culinary industry presents numerous challenges that influence a competitor's standard. As these factors impact consumer decisions, a comprehensive marketing approach is required to maintain market share and overcome competition. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of 7P marketing strategy variables (product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence) on consumer purchasing decisions at Estusae Cafe. A quantitative methodology was employed in this study utilizing purposive sampling. The target population was comprised of all patrons who have consumed products at Estusae Cafe. Data was obtained via questionnaires distributed to respondents selected via purposive sampling. To assess the correlation between 7P marketing strategy variables and consumer purchasing decisions, quantitative data analysis methods were applied using linear regression techniques. The results obtained (F-value of 24.221) from Table 2.10 confirm acceptance of Ha, indicating that all seven independent variables (7P) jointly or simultaneously influence the dependent variable, Estusae Cafe Trawas Purchasing Decision. Additionally, the correlation coefficient (R Square) is 0.648, suggesting that collectively, the 7P variables influence 65% of Estusae Cafe Trawas' Purchasing Decision. The research has revealed that the 7P marketing strategy holds significant importance in influencing consumer purchasing behavior. Such findings carry broader academic implications.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the pandemic on the stability of the financial industry. After a disaster or disease outbreak in a region, the stabilization and recovery of various financial institutions will have a very important role in the overall economic recovery. Moreover, recently there has been a global disease outbreak (Covid-19) which has impacted the economies of various countries, including various financial institutions. This study uses a panel data approach and two estimation procedures, namely fixed effect and OLS to measure the impact of the pandemic on financial industry stability. Panel data used to measure the impact of natural disasters and disease outbreaks on the financial stability of the financial industry is fairly new to the research field, and provides valuable insights for policymakers and industry professionals. The results showed that natural disasters and outbreaks have a significant impact on the financial stability of the financial industry, and these have varying impacts depending on the type of disaster, country, and institution. From the findings of this study, the authors suggest that policymakers consider implementing new measures to mitigate the impact that will arise by improving risk management practices and increasing capital requirements for the financial industry. Future research is expected to focus on developing more comprehensive datasets to improve analysis and understanding of future impacts.

Women are often identified with a beauty, as is the case in the selection of the language style of the Qur'an. The diction used by the Qur'an in visualizing women, starting from their creation, association with an angel, as well as the description of their physical characteristics show how noble and honorable they are. The glory of the woman is a symbol of liberation from dehumanization and discrimination against women in jahiliyah and a form of human equality in the eyes of Allah Swt. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of text interpretation in comprehensively interpreting women and to know the comparison of the formulation of classical interpretation and modern interpretation of the existence of women in the Qur'an and to know what the formulation of intertextuality of the verses visualizing women. The method in this study uses library research that focuses on library data, which are primary sources to classical commentaries and works of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd as one of the figures of "hermeneutics of liberation" and other secondary sources. The results of this study concluded related agrumen Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd regarding the Qur'an is a cultural product, the author is more inclined to the opinion of Quraish Shihab, that the Qur'an is kalâmullah, not a creature. The concept of interpretation of the text of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd in reading the verses visualizing women in the Qur'an is to do a more in-depth reading by prioritizing objectivity and considering the historical and socio-cultural facts from which the text of the Qur'an was revealed. This study has implications in reconstructing the pattern of inheritance relay understandings of women in the verses visualization of women who tend to the interpretation and understanding of patriarchal bias.

Human resource management (HRM) is an important component in any organization or business. The effectiveness of HR management will have an impact on  the company's performance and output. In an Islamic perspective, effective HR management should be built on ideas that uphold Islamic ideals. Allah Almighty has given responsibility to man to manage human resources as effectively as possible. This is related to the idea of trust, which states that everyone is responsible for the property that Allah Almighty has entrusted to him. Man is assigned to use human resources as efficiently as possible by Allah SWT. This relates to the concept of amanah, which states that each individual is responsible for the material possessions that Allah Almighty has given them. Therefore, it is very important to apply justice and kindness in managing human resources. The list of books and articles in this review does not provide a comprehensive picture. Although these restrictions are sufficiently mitigated by the selection of different authors and publications, the results may be improved by a more thorough study. In many types of conflict, including war, religion has been shown to be a motivating factor in demonstrating human commitment and devotion. Knowing how religion functions in business can help develop the potential of HRM. A brief review of Islam's place in business, particularly in HRM, has the potential to have a significant impact.  

Indonesia as a multicultural and multiethnic country has ploblematics related to moral degradation in addition to Indonesian society has a non-comprehensive understanding of the relationship of religion and culture. The purpose of this study to analyze the paradigm of social education and then evaluate the theories of social education in the perspective of the Qur'an. Describes the process of infiltration of the values of the Qur'an in the model of social education and its relevance to efforts to minimize social conflict. This research is Library research literature research, explorative approach to the natural setting and interpret phenomena related to the meaning of social justice in the perspective of the Qur'an. the results showed that the Qur'an teaches social education. First, the implementation of social justice education through the concept of justice without discrimination. Second, the implementation of social justice education through inclusive education. Third, the implementation of social justice education through Gender equality education. Fourth, the implementation of social justice education through leadership. Fifth, the implementation of social justice education through the economy. The distribution of social justice education is very important. An educator must provide education regardless of the economic status of his students and their parents. Talking about distribution means we are talking about public policy revenues and expenditures.

In economic activities, welfare is the main thing for the community. This welfare can be seen by the ability of the community to fulfill their daily needs. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are productive businesses that are owned and managed by individuals or business entities that have met the criteria as micro-enterprises. With the existence of MSMEs, fulfilling these needs becomes more easily accessible to people throughout Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the economy. MSMEs have an important role in creating economic growth, employment, and reducing social inequality. In this journal, we present a comprehensive literature review on the contribution of MSMEs to the economy and the factors that influence the success of MSMEs. This article analyzes the importance of data collection and measurement of progress in the English education curriculum. Accurate data collection and effective measurement methods play an important role in evaluating the effectiveness of the English education curriculum. Some of the relevant data collection methods include tests and examinations, use of portfolios, and class observations. Meanwhile, progress measurement methods include grades, performance scales, formative tests, project assessments, and self-evaluations. By using these methods, teachers can get comprehensive information about students' progress in English, which can then be used to design appropriate teaching strategies. Accurate data collection and effective measurement of progress will provide significant benefits in improving students' English learning

This research explores the importance of studying English minimal pairs of vowels and their impact on language learners' pronunciation skills. The discussion highlights the significance of differentiating vowel sounds through the analysis of minimal pairs, which consist of words sharing consonant sounds but differing in vowel articulation. By focusing on specific minimal pairs such as [iː] / [ɪ], [æ] / [ʌ], [ɑ:] / [ɔ], [ɛ], and [ɒ], learners can refine their ability to recognize and produce the distinct vowel sounds accurately. Mastering these minimal pairs enhances phonemic awareness, enabling learners to differentiate between similar vowel sounds, thereby improving overall pronunciation accuracy. Furthermore, the study of minimal pairs contributes to word differentiation, listening skills, and spelling and reading proficiency. It empowers learners to grasp the subtle nuances in vowel pronunciation, thereby enhancing their ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English.
