The objective of this research to observe is there any significant progress of students’ ability in learning speaking by using Hallo App as media on XI IPS Plus Class at SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane in the Academic Years 2021/2022. This research was done on 01th November until 15th December 2021. The population of this research are 338 students from all XI Class. The sample was taken purposive sampling which is only choose one class.The sample are the students of XI IPS Plus Class which consist of 36 students. The research gave two tests, they are pre test and post test. The data was collected by using Rubric of Speaking which focus on Pronunciation, Grammar, Vocabulary, Fluency and Comprehension.  The data was analyzed by using t-test. The minimus completeness criteria in learning English for National Senior High School at SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane is 70. It was found that the pre test average is 45 and the post test average is 76,11. The data had been calculated by using t-test, the researcher found that t observation = 26,253 by seeing the t table with df n-1 of level α = 5%, it was found that t table = 1,680. It means the t observation is bigger than t-table = 26,253 > 1,680. So the rearcher took the conclusion that the hypothesis alternative in this research is received. There is a significant progress of students’ ablitiy in learning speaking by using Hallo App as media on XI IPS Plus Class at SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane in the Academic Years 2021/2022.

This study reviews micro-learning including its use, benefits, and limitation. This study is library research. The analysis shows that microlearning can be delivered through video, application, gamification, infographics, and social media. Numerous studies demonstrate the benefits of microlearning that lessons can be delivered in a short amount of time. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Microlearning is flexible to accommodate different learning styles and can be customized to students’ needs. With short material, students can choose which material is needed, desired, and relevant. Microlearning help increases students’ retention rates and comprehension levels. If the material is broken down into smaller parts, it is easier for students to remember lessons, and easier for teachers to update content and to know learning outcomes. However, the limitations are that microlearning is not suitable for complex and complicated material, and requires detailed explanation. The learning method is dependent on the learning objectives. If the material is in small parts, it can prevent students from understanding the material in-depth. Educators are required to produce their learning content. However, not all educators have the capacity and time to prepare content. Microlearning strategies are related to the individual qualities of learners, the propensity of teachers to utilize digital technology, and external circumstances such as the availability of learning resources.

This study investigated the role of financial literacy and social influence in the actual usage of digital payment as a fintech service systems in an effort to gather information and the degree of risk that users will experience, taking into account the advantages received. This study utilized a descriptive qualitative strategy coupled with a literature review method for data collection, namely the acquisition of data from publications and journals pertaining to the usage of digital payment systems. The data analysis technique employs the approach of deriving conclusions by objectively, systematically, and generally recognizing the many specific qualities of a message. The findings indicated that financial literacy and social influence have a substantial impact on the utilization of digital payment systems. The usage of digital payment services as a type of risky financial behavior raises knowledge and comprehension of financial goods, which will affect judgments on whether or not to utilize these products. This study is limited to a literature review and paves the way for future empirical studies to analyze the elements and dimensions of financial literacy and social influence in the usage of digital payment services in more depth.
