This study examines the education systems of Japan and the United States with the aim of identifying their main characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses in addressing global challenges. The Japanese education system emphasizes discipline, cooperation, and character building as the foundation for academic achievement and moral development. Meanwhile, the American education system prioritizes creativity, freedom of expression, and an individual-centered approach that encourages critical thinking and innovation. The comparison reveals fundamental differences in educational philosophy and classroom practices, particularly in curriculum design, teacher-student interaction, and assessment methods. Despite these differences, both systems share a common vision of preparing competent and adaptable generations capable of contributing to the global society. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for the development of Indonesia’s education system, especially in formulating policies that combine Japan’s strong character-based education and the United States’ innovation-oriented learning. By integrating these strengths, Indonesia can create a more holistic and globally competitive education framework suitable for the 21st century.

Illegal streaming sites are one of the forms of copyright infringement that are rampant in the digital era and have a significant impact on the creative industry, the economy, and law enforcement. This research analyzes the Indonesian legal framework consisting of Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright, Law No. 11 of 2008 jo. Law No. 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions, as well as the technical regulations of the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo) in addressing these violations. The findings indicate that although the legal framework is in place, enforcement still faces technical, legal, social, and complex cross-border challenges. These sites often utilize foreign servers, mirror domains, and anti-blocking technology to evade blocking, thus requiring international cooperation thru mechanisms such as Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA) and coordination with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). An effective counter-strategy must be multidimensional, encompassing regulatory strengthening, the use of detection technologies such as digital watermarking and content ID systems, as well as public education to curb the demand for illegal content. A comparison with the United States, Japan, and South Korea shows that proactive enforcement, a quick notice-and-takedown mechanism, and industry cooperation have proven effective in reducing violations. In conclusion, the eradication of illegal streaming sites in Indonesia requires continuous synergy between the government, industry, and society to protect copyright and the sustainability of the creative industry ecosystem in the digital era.

Education is a place where initially people who don't know anything can find out and education is very important for all human beings, both in Indonesia and other countries. Basic education is an important part of the education system. Through basic education, students are provided with scientific concepts, moral cultivation, character formation and other basic knowledge needed in social life. The aim of writing this article is to examine the comparison of Indonesia's basic education system with that of the United States. The research approach used is a literature study by reviewing several previous research studies and by analyzing learning videos in each country that are viewed on YouTube. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive methods. The results obtained are that there are differences in basic education policies in Indonesia and the United States. These differences can be seen from the curriculum system and structure used. However, both Indonesia and the United States have tried to implement the best basic education system according to the capabilities of their respective countries. This study aims to see and find out how the comparative analysis of the education system in the United States and Indonesia. The focus of this study is to see the match of education in America with Indonesia. The method used in this study is a literature review and the internet. This article aims to analyze the comparison of the education system between the United States and Indonesia. In this study, a study was conducted on various important aspects of the education systems of both countries, including the curriculum, education structure, government policies, and the quality of human resources in the education sector. Using a comparative approach, this article identifies the advantages and disadvantages of each system, as well as their influence on the development of education and the quality of human resources. The results of the analysis show that although the United States has a more flexible education system with higher innovation, Indonesia still faces major challenges in terms of education equity and teaching quality. This article is expected to provide useful insights for education policy makers in both countries to improve the quality and effectiveness of the education system in the future.

This research discusses the education system in the United States and at the end of the discussion a little comparison with the education system in Indonesia. Because of its focus, the discussion of this paper is more directed at the implementation of education systems and policies in the United States including; how the level of education in the United States, management, curriculum, learning evaluation, teacher quality, education funding and education quality assurance practices, which are applied in developing education. The approach used through the method used by the author in conducting this research is through descriptive qualitative methods by searching for various data from documents and literature in the form of; literature, articles, books, other supporting websites including podcasts and video interviews on YouTube that have been directly involved in education in the United States. It is assumed that since the United States declared independence from Great Britain on 4 July 1776, the form of government of the Federal Presidential Constitutional Republic and Liberal Democracy with three branches of government, namely, executive, legislative and judicial, has progressed in various aspects including in the aspect of education. In this context, of course, progress in various fields in Indonesia is far behind compared to the United States, especially in the field of education. From this analysis, it is not wrong if Indonesia continues to improve and take valuable lessons from the United States experience in the education system in this contemporary era.
