The development of information and communication technology in the current digital era is growing very rapidly and affects many aspects of human life, including aspects of children's education. The influence of these technological developments also brings changes to modern lifestyles that have both positive and negative impacts on all levels of society, including the lives of children. The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020 also affected the life of the education world, namely changing learning methods of the teaching and learning process in schools. The online learning method is starting to be applied for schools that are ready with this online learning system, which requires a lot of media, such as cellphones, laptops, computers and of course the availability of a good internet network. This government policy came into effect in several provinces in Indonesia on Monday, March 16, 2020, which was also followed by other provincial areas. The changing era and the influence of the development of technology and information can affect children's lives. These are a challenge for a teacher because the teacher's role is very important in the child's education process. This role can be interpreted as individual behavior that is important for the social structure of society. While facing all challenges, the teacher has important role to instill the right character values for students to anticipate all negative influences that can be caused and affect their lives, especially for PAK teachers in carrying out their main duties.

This research is to know the Influence of Communication, Motivation, And Work Ability To Performance Of Subdistrict Officer Of Universitas STEKOM Semarang. Research data was obtained through questionnaire. The sample used in this research is 82 respondents. The data obtained were processed by using descriptive  analysis  and  quantitative  statistical  analysis.  Quantitative  analysis using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables to  dependent  variables,  but  before  the  test  is  done  first  test  the  validity and reliability test.The result of regression analysis shows that Communication, Motivation, and Work Ability to Performance.

Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

Background: The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still quite high,based on the results of SUPAS in 2015, the MMR was 305/ 100,000 live births.Efforts to decrease of MMR can be done by ensuring that every mother can access quality health services for pregnant women because every pregnancy has the risk of complications. Integrated antenatal services are carried out including health counseling, antenatal care, case management and follow-up, preparation for delivery and planning for referrals in case of pregnancy. In the initial researchconducted in Hutaginjang Village, Muara, there were still pregnant women who did not have their pregnancy checked according to the minimum pregnancy standards. Purpose: Screening and pregnancy risk factors is indispensable for early pregnancy and the potential for emergency pregnancy. Methods: Activities carried out by integrated and free pregnancy examinations for pregnant women include measuring weight / height and arm  ircumference, vital signs, physical examination, Hb examination, urine protein and glucose, provision of IEC about nutritional fulfillment, overcoming complaints of pregnant women in trimester IIII,preparation for delivery and administration of iron supplements as well as preparation for referrals for mothers who experience complications in their pregnancy. Results: The activity was carried out without any obstacles, with 18 mothers having their pregnancies checked. The results of the examination found several risk factors for pregnancy, namely age under 20 years and above 35 years of parity, history of delivery by sectio, height below 145 cm, anemia,preeclampsia, breech location, hyperemesia gravidarum, gestational diabetes and gemelli pregnancy. Each mother received communication, information and education related to  maintaining and improving health during pregnancy and  giving iron tablets. Conclusion:Screening and control of pregnancy risk factors is needed to detect early whether the pregnancy is at risk and has the potential for emergency pregnancy, so that the mother can pass her pregnancy well and give birth to a healthy baby.   

This community service is in the form of delivering material exposure to the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning to Teachers of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta. Community service by presenting teachers, school principals and in material presentation and interactive question and answer events to the level of mastery of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta teachers regarding the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning for SD Mojosongo III Surakarta Teachers is intended to be able understand the essence of 4C in learning to support the smoothness of the learning process as well as theoretical clarity and a better understanding of learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in elementary schools. The delivery of this material to all teachers at SD Mojosongo III Surakarta, school principals and school supervisors totaling 25 teachers, both classroom and sports teachers, religion teachers and art teachers from parallel classes at the school. With the hope of teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that aspects of teacher knowledge and skills can further improve the abilities and professionalism of primary school teachers. Providing a scientific basis for elementary school teachers in understanding the essence of 4C Implementation in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning which consists of Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity, and provide theoretical clarity and understanding better about learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in Primary Schools. The implementation will be held on Monday, July 15 2020 in the SD Mojosongo III Surakarta classroom with a 6 hour implementation time pattern, starting at 8.00 WIB until 15.00 WIB. Pondok Pesantren is a non-formal institution that is engaged in religious education. Pesantren is one of the places of education and preaching that is required to be able to provide information about Islam to the wider community. Easy access to information and communication, can be used to introduce pesantren to the public. Promotion using video profiles, brochures and banners has not been able to provide as much information as possible to the public, causing the pesantren to be less well known to the public. This research, in general, aims to promote and provide the widest possible information about Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 and its activities to the public through the website. In particular, it makes it easy for the public to access information and communicate intensively with administrators of the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school. The research method in this study is based on the suitability and type of research, using the Research and Development (R&D) method. R&D in education is often called research-based development. As a result of this research, the implementation of the website as a media of promotion and information in the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school, can provide a lot of information to the public, and as a means of communication between the general public and administrators of Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 Semarang.

ABSTRACT Community Service Activities titled "Increasing Political Awareness of Beginner Voters in the Digital Era" aims to promote the importance of political awareness in this political year especially in the digital era, so that novice voters can wisely sort out positive political communication and then be able to exercise their voting rights. appropriately. Community Service should be beneficial to various parties, including contributing to foster more awareness about politics, especially in the city of Surakarta; It is the third Dharma Perguruan Tinggi and the results can be valuable input for the development of the LP2M Unit and as a supporter of other Higher Education Tri Dharma activities, namely Education and Research. Community Service was attended by 50 participants of vocational students in the city of Surakarta. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini hendaknya bermanfaat bagi berbagai pihak, antara lain memberikan kontribusi untuk lebih menumbuhkan kesadaran tentang politik terutama di Kota Surakarta; Merupakan pelaksanaan Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang ke tiga dan  hasilnya dapat sebagai masukan yang berharga bagi perkembangan Unit LP2M dan sebagai pendukung kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang lain yaitu Pendidikan dan Penelitian. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 50 peserta siswa-siswi SMK di Kota Surakarta. And especially in village communities that uphold religious values, as is the case in the community of Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency. Sumberjambe itself is an area in Jember Regency which is close to the forestry area and is located under the slopes of Mount Raung. The review used in this research is the maqashid sharia theory in order to obtain an objective conclusion. The aim of this research is to determine the factors behind the occurrence of early marriage in Sumberjambe District and analyze the views of religious leaders regarding early marriage from a maqashid sharia perspective. The approach used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative approach with the type of field research. And the results of this research are among the first, it was found that several factors were behind the occurrence of early marriage in Sumberjambe District, including economic factors, in this case there were several parents who wanted to immediately let go of their children in the hope of reducing the cost of living in the family. Then there is the promiscuity factor, many people think that communication using social media makes teenagers free from parental supervision, resulting in out-of-wedlock pregnancies and marriage is the solution.

This research uses the field research method, which is research carried out directly into the field to ask and observe the people who are being researched through interactions to learn about them, their life history, their habits, their hopes, fears, and dreams. Researchers meet new people or communities, develop friendships, and discover new social worlds, often considered fun. The results of research on divorce problems caused by factors of sexual need are caused by the lack of good communication between husband and wife in conveying the desire of sexual desire that makes husband and wife no longer able to maintain their domestic relationship. According to Islamic law, sexual relations are one of the obligations of the husband and become the right of isti in his mental sustenance.

The development of smartphones today is very rapid and can not be separated in everyday life in finding information or making information and in all fields of work requires communication tools to access data and information, it is no wonder in terms of smartphone work being an inseparable part separate, this research I use smartphone especially Android which is currently one of the operational systems that are commonly used by the public especially Indonesia so that it can be used to help team performance in the field in this case Merchandiser in conducting Data Processing Asset Material Promotion Using Qr Code to monitor and control the allocation of promotional material assets in the field to facilitate reporting of promotional material assets. QR Code is a two-dimensional matrix code or barcode that comes from the word "Quick Response", where the contents of the code can be deciphered quickly and precisely, Optimizing the use of applications in this case QR code to facilitate monitoring and control of promotional materials in the field which will help merchandiser to help make it easier to do work in the field and directly connected to the admin computer at the head office, so it will be easy, fast, and accurate.

The purpose of training therapy and functional activities in the elderly is to increase understanding of how to do exercise therapy and increase functional activities in the elderly in Raya Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency. The implementation method carried out in this community service activity is by conducting two-way discussions or communication and by conducting demonstrations by strengthening the process of internalizing knowledge because of direct practice carried out to the community, especially the elderly.
