This study aims to determine the extent to which motivation and work discipline affect employee productivity at CV. Langgeng Jaya. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The study population includes all 80 employees of CV. Langgeng Jaya, with a sampling technique using Saturated Sampling. Data analysis was carried out through Multiple Linear Regression Tests and Hypothesis Tests with the help of the SPSS 27 program. The results of the study indicate that motivation has a significant influence on employee productivity partially, while work discipline does not have a significant influence. However, simultaneously, motivation and work discipline have been proven to have a significant influence on employee productivity. Therefore, CV. Langgeng Jaya is expected to prioritize increasing employee motivation through targeted programs and conducting evaluations and coaching on work discipline aspects, so that both factors can support each other in increasing overall productivity. This aims so that both factors can support each other in increasing overall employee productivity, creating a more productive work environment, and improving company performance in the long term.

Physical education in schools is still dominated by the introduction of popular sports, thus limiting students' sports literacy and opportunities for early childhood sports development and development. This condition results in less than optimal development of students' overall potential. This community service activity aims to encourage increased sports literacy, the formation of active lifestyle habits, and the emergence of the embryo of woodball athlete development at the school level. The method used is a library-based community service with data collection techniques through book reviews, scientific journals, research reports, and various relevant literature related to student development, sports development, and the introduction of woodball. The data obtained were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, concepts, and relationships between variables. The results of the community service indicate that the introduction of woodball as an alternative sport has significant potential to increase sports literacy, support character development, develop motor skills, and encourage more inclusive and sustainable sports development in the school environment.

The 2025 Pelita Warna Program is a form of participatory-based community service implemented at the Class II Children's Special Development Institution (LPKA) in Jakarta. This activity aims to design and implement relevant development programs for foster children using a contextual, psychosocial, and vocational skills approach. The main problems behind this activity include minimal access to development that suits the children's needs, limited infrastructure, and psychological challenges faced by foster children. The implementation method begins with observation, needs assessment, coordination with LPKA and partners, program development, and implementation and evaluation. The programs implemented include barbershop training, creative literacy, psychological assistance, and ready-to-work training. Evaluation is carried out formatively and summatively through qualitative and descriptive approaches, using indicators of involvement, attitude change, skill improvement, and foster children's work results. The results of the activity show a significant increase in the foster children's self-confidence, self-awareness, technical skills, and motivation to live independently. This program is considered successful in creating a safe and supportive space that encourages positive transformation among participants. In the future, this model has the potential to be replicated in other institutions as a form of humanistic and sustainable development

The Professional Work Lecture (KKP) at the Makassar Class I Prison aims to support the process of fostering Correctional Assisted Citizens (WBP) through recreational activities based on fun games. This program was implemented in response to the condition of WBPs who often experience boredom, psychological stress, and limitations in positive activities during the coaching period. This study uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observations, and interviews involving 30 WBPs, to identify needs and evaluate the impact of the implementation of activities. Fun games activities are carried out through several stages, namely planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation, by adjusting the conditions and rules that apply in the prison environment. The results of the implementation show that this activity is able to create a more positive atmosphere, increase a sense of togetherness, and help WBP in expressing and managing emotions in a healthier way. The results of the post-activity survey showed that 19 WBPs stated that they were very satisfied and 18 WBPs felt very happy after participating in fun games. Thus, fun games activities have proven to be effective as a coaching strategy that supports the improvement of the psychological welfare of WBP and can be used as an alternative to non-formal coaching programs in correctional institutions.

This study aims to describe the application of StiFIn the results in student management at Nuris Junior High School (SMP) Jember. The StiFIn test is used by the school to identify students’ dominant intelligence as a basis for managerial decision-making. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that StiFIn is utilized in several key aspects, namely recruitment strategies, student placement and grouping, student service development, and achievement evaluations and coaching. The application of StiFIn test results helps the school  understand the character and natural potensial of each student so that educational services can be provided more appropriately and personally. Overall, the us of StiFin has been proven to support the effectiveness of student management and improve the quality of learningand student development at Nuris Juniar High School Jember.

Islamic education has a strategic role in shaping the character, morality, and spirituality of students, but it is faced with complex challenges in the era of social, cultural, and technological transformation. The low pedagogic and professional competence of some teachers, the limitations of digital literacy, the dominance of conventional learning methods, and a less contextual curriculum are significant obstacles. This service program is designed to improve the competence of madrasah teachers through participatory training approaches, intensive mentoring, and strengthening learning communities based on the concepts of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and Professional Learning Community (PLC). Activities include initial assessments, competency workshops, the use of learning technology, weekly mentoring, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed a significant increase in pedagogic competence (28%) and mastery of technology (34%), accompanied by positive changes in motivation, innovative attitudes, and awareness of contextualization of teaching materials. However, time constraints, variations in digital literacy, and institutional support are obstacles that need to be overcome through synergy between stakeholders. These findings underscore the importance of continuous, reflective, and contextual coaching models to strengthen the role of teachers as agents of change in Islamic education.

This research is motivated by the widespread use of non-standard Indonesian on social media, which has resulted in low public awareness of the importance of implementing Indonesian according to the rules.The purpose of this study is to analyze Instagram users’ awareness of using standard Indonesian words and to assess the effectiveness of language coaching through social media. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, where data were collected through polls using the Instagram Story feature, observation of uploaded content, and analysis of audience interactions between account managers and followers. The findings show that most social media users still tend to use nonstandard word forms in daily communication. However, after receiving coaching through educational content, there was a significant improvement in understanding and applying standard word forms. This study concludes that Instagram can serve as an effective and engaging medium for language development, as it can reach diverse audiences and encourage users to be more aware, responsible, and wise in using proper Indonesian according to the norms of the Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) and the Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI).

This community service addresses the critical struggle of students at SMP Taruna Islam Al-Kautsar (SMP TI Al-Kautsar) to understand the major psychological and emotional changes during adolescence. This lack of clarity often led to confusion and challenges in self-adjustment, pointing out a significant gap in the school's existing guidance support. The main goal was to solve this by creating and implementing an Integrative Mentoring Model (IMM). This model directly explained their developmental stages using three key psychological frameworks: Kohnstamm, Oswald Kroh, and Jean Piaget. We followed a hands-on Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, where 50 adolescent students actively joined six specialized, interactive workshops and group coaching sessions over two weeks. The activity showed clear success, as students displayed much stronger self-awareness regarding their cognitive and emotional growth after the program. They reported increased confidence and began using the developmental theories to better understand their peers and manage their own changes. The IMM effectively translated complex academic concepts into practical life knowledge. This success confirms the IMM as a valuable, theory-backed framework for enhancing student well-being and adaptation in other religious educational settings.

Posyandu, as a form of community-based health efforts, plays a crucial role in improving maternal and child health. However, its implementation in the Mutiara Community Health Center (Puskesmas Mutiara) in Asahan Regency still faces various challenges, such as low cadre capacity, suboptimal service quality, and limited community participation. This community service activity aims to strengthen cadre capacity through Posyandu revitalization as an effort to improve the quality of basic health services. A total of 63 Posyandu cadres participated in the activities, which were implemented through counseling, education, and coaching using revised service standard guidelines. This program was implemented through four stages: preparation, implementation, analysis of results, and evaluation. Improvement in cadre knowledge was measured using pretests and posttests. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the level of knowledge of cadres, as seen in the change in assessment categories from the majority being in the "poor" category during the pretest to "sufficient" and "good" in the posttest. This indicates that the education and coaching provided were effective in improving cadres' understanding and skills. Increasing cadre capacity is expected to improve the quality of Posyandu services, increase public trust, and support efforts to reduce morbidity and mortality in the Mutiara Community Health Center's work area. Cross-sector collaboration and ongoing mentoring are needed to maintain the sustainability of Posyandu revitalization.

This community service article focuses on the main issues faced by food processing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Watesprojo Village, Mojokerto, namely stagnant productivity and sales due to the lack of implementation of innovation strategies, which directly hinders the improvement of the welfare of local Human Resources (HR). The main objectives of this activity are to increase MSMEs' understanding of innovation models, increase HR productivity through process innovation, and encourage significant sales increases through the adoption of digital marketing innovations. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) for six weeks, involving hands-on workshops, personalized coaching clinics, simple technology transfers such as semi-automatic vacuum packaging, and intensive mentoring for e-commerce account creation and visual branding. The results of the community service showed a high level of success, evidenced by an average increase in innovation understanding scores of 71% and an increase in production output per working hour of 18%. The most significant impact was seen in the marketing aspect, where MSMEs recorded an average increase in online sales of 35%, expanding market reach beyond Mojokerto. Sociologically, this program successfully triggered proactive behavioral changes and fostered a new social institution in the form of a Local Leader, the "Watesprojo UMKM Digital Ambassador," who ensured the sustainability of self-reliance. In conclusion, the structured innovation intervention proved to be a catalyst for holistic socio-economic transformation, linking business efficiency with improved human resource well-being at the village level.

The current penal system in Indonesia focuses solely on the punitive nature of sentencing, without considering how to effectively reform the child offender for the better. This research employs a normative juridical method. The litigation process or juvenile justice system has been specifically regulated under Law Number 12 of 2011, which prioritizes the diversion system. In the litigation process, children's rights to grow, develop, and receive education must not be diminished. The educational penal system for children as criminal offenders has been regulated in Law Number 3 of 1997, particularly concerning the sanctions imposed on children as stipulated in Article 24 paragraph (1), which include: returning the child to their parents, guardian, or foster parent; handing over the child to the state to undergo education, coaching, and job training; or handing the child over to the Ministry of Social Affairs or social organizations engaged in education, coaching, and job training. The diversion system implemented in Indonesia differs from the diversion systems applied in other countries, where the system often collaborates with the Ministry of Social Affairs. According to Law Number 12 of 2011, diversion must be prioritized for children in order to prevent psychological harm. Obstacles in implementing educational sentencing or diversion systems for children arise when judges in Indonesia impose sentences rigidly based solely on statutory provisions, without considering the background, the best interests of the child, or the psychological impact of the decision, and without prioritizing justice for the child.

The educational transformation driven by Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 requires teachers’ digital pedagogical competence. Preliminary observations at SMP Negeri 2 Galesong Selatan, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, revealed a skills gap: conventional practices dominate while digital platforms remain underutilized. This community engagement program sought to bridge the gap through intensive training on Canva for visual learning media and Quizizz for gamified assessment. Conducted in August 2025 with 10 teachers across subjects, the program employed a participatory, four-stage procedure: preparation; socialization and pretest; training and coaching; and evaluation and posttest. Data were collected via observation, questionnaires, and knowledge tests, and analyzed descriptively and comparatively. Results indicate a marked improvement in teachers’ digital competence: the average score increased from 45 (pretest) to 85 (posttest), an 88.9% gain. By indicator, improvements reached 112.5% for understanding Canva features, 95.5% for digital learning media creation, and 64% for using Quizizz. Qualitatively, teachers produced engaging posters/infographics and slide presentations and designed interactive quizzes with instant feedback, fostering more varied and participatory classroom dynamics. The training effectively enhanced teachers’ digital literacy and confidence and supported a role shift from content deliverers to creative facilitators within student-centered learning. Replication and sustained coaching are recommended to consolidate a school-wide digital learning ecosystem.

Leadership management plays a crucial role in developing nursing career paths in hospitals. An effective career path system not only enhances nurses' competence and professionalism but also contributes to job satisfaction and retention. However, scientific evidence regarding the influence of leadership management on nurses' career paths remains scattered and shows varying findings. This systematic review aims to synthesize scientific evidence related to the influence of leadership management on nursing career path development in hospitals. This study used a systematic review design following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines. A literature search was conducted through PubMed and Google Scholar for articles published between 2015 and 2024. Articles were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 13 articles for analysis. Data synthesis was conducted using a thematic synthesis approach. The review identified five main themes: leadership style, managerial support, organizational systems and policies, the impact of career paths, and barriers to implementation. Transformational and participatory leadership has been reported to have a positive influence on nurses' career development. Managerial support through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training strengthens career readiness, increases job satisfaction, and reduces nurse turnover intentions. Leadership management has a significant influence on nursing career development in hospitals. Integrating effective leadership with a clear and transparent career development system is necessary to enhance professionalism, job satisfaction, and the sustainability of the nursing workforce.

This study discusses the spiritual development of adolescents and Christian youth in facing the challenges of the digital age. The focus of this research is on the role of parents, churches, and Christian educators in shaping the spirituality of Christian youth and youth. The results of the study show that parents, churches, and Christian educators have a very important role in guiding Christian youth and youth in their faith journey. Digital literacy teaching strategies based on Christian values and engaging adolescents and youth directly in the ministry process are some of the ways that can be done to strengthen their faith and character. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of sustainable and contextual spiritual coaching in order to be able to answer spiritual needs in the midst of the rapid flow of information and the influence of modern culture. The Church is also expected to be able to provide a safe space for dialogue for youth and youth to express their struggles of faith. Thus, comprehensive and collaborative coaching can help create a resilient young generation of Christians, rooted in God's word, and able to face the various moral and spiritual challenges of today.

Training programs are very important for futsal coaches to achieve goals and maximize the team's potential. Through training programs, coaches can design effective training sessions to develop individual and team skills and develop appropriate playing strategies. The main problem faced is a lack of understanding of exercise programs and skills in creating effective exercise programs. This training involved 37 participants and used a structured method, including pretest, education, theoretical and practical training, mentoring, posttest and evaluation.  The aim of the activity is to increase participants' knowledge and skills in designing futsal training programs that are effective and suit the needs of athletes.  The training results showed a significant increase based on pretest and posttest data, the percentage of participants who understood the training program increased from 40.5% to 94.6%. Improving the quality of futsal coaching in Jayapura City is expected to improve athlete performance and advance the development of futsal sports in Jayapura City.

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and work discipline on employee performance through work supervision as an intervening variable at Jambi Ekspres Televisi. The population in this study consisted of 30 employees, all of whom were used as samples using the total sampling technique. This research employed a quantitative approach with a questionnaire based on a Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through the SmartPLS software. The results showed that communication and work discipline were categorized as good and played an important role in improving employee performance through work supervision. Communication had a positive and significant effect on work supervision, while work discipline also had a positive and significant effect on work supervision. However, communication had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Conversely, work discipline had a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work supervision had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. The indirect effects of communication and work discipline on performance through work supervision were also negative and insignificant, indicating that work supervision has not yet played an optimal role as an intervening variable. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company enhance internal communication effectiveness, strengthen the consistent implementation of work discipline, and optimize the role of work supervision to function more as a coaching and motivational tool, thereby contributing positively to improving employee performance.

Islamic Financial Institutions play a vital role in strengthening the Islamic economy in Aceh, particularly through financing micro businesses. Article 14 of Qanun Aceh Number 11 of 2018 sets a target of 40% profit-sharing-based financing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by 2024. However, the realization of financing with profit-sharing contracts is still low. This study aims to examine the implementation of Qanun Number 11 of 2018 in facilitating micro business financing in Aceh, identify obstacles in its implementation, and analyze the roles of the government, society, and the private sector in supporting this process. The study uses an empirical juridical method, collecting data through literature studies, interviews, and observations. Data analysis is conducted qualitatively with a prescriptive analytical approach. Challenges to financing distribution include business actors not meeting credit quality assessments and prudential banking standards, causing banks to implement risk management strategies to prevent non-performing loans. Additionally, low financial literacy among business actors remains a significant barrier. The local government supports micro business financing by establishing the Technical Implementation Unit of the Integrated Business Service Office, providing financial assistance, and introducing the draft Qanun of Aceh Sharia Financing Guarantee. Bank Aceh Syariah offers training and coaching for MSMEs, while Bank Syariah Indonesia aids MSMEs through the MSME Center and the Muslim Entrepreneur program. Improving financial literacy is essential for business development. The study recommends that the Aceh Government strengthen the implementation of Qanun Sharia Financial Institutions, increase profit-sharing-based MSME financing, and promote financial literacy.

This study aims to analyze the role of Human Capital Management in enhancing the operational activities of the MSME Wizzmie in Medan, serving as an example of human resource management practices in small-scale enterprises. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis of HR practices within the MSME. The findings indicate that human resource strategies such as selective recruitment, routine training to improve employee competencies, structured task allocation, and performance-based reward systems significantly enhance employee discipline, skills, and service quality. Improvements in these areas contribute positively to smooth daily operations, customer satisfaction, and sales growth. Despite facing challenges, such as occasional lapses in employee discipline, management implements solutions including coaching programs, direct guidance, and a graduated warning system to address these issues. These results underscore that Human Capital Management is not merely an administrative function but plays a strategic role in fostering work efficiency, customer loyalty, and the sustainability of MSMEs. Consequently, effective human resource management emerges as a crucial factor for the success and competitiveness of small enterprises in a highly competitive business environment. The study highlights the importance of aligning HR practices with strategic business objectives to ensure long-term operational effectiveness and growth.

This community service program was implemented to strengthen the capacity of the SIJATI Business Group in managing oyster mushroom cultivation in Sait Buttu Saribu Village, Simalungun Regency. This activity was motivated by the group's great potential in oyster mushroom production, but still faces obstacles in production, marketing, and business management aspects. The method used was a participatory-collaborative approach through stages of socialization, training, mentoring, provision of modern production equipment, strengthening digital marketing, and business management coaching. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the group's capacity. From a production aspect, the use of a stainless steel steamer machine and modern baglog racks increased time efficiency, saved energy, and doubled production capacity. From a marketing aspect, digital marketing training and collaboration with students as resellers expanded market reach, increased consumer interaction, and drove increased turnover. From a management aspect, digital-based financial records and assistance with business legality strengthened institutions and opened opportunities for access to capital. This program also had a social impact by increasing the economic contribution of housewives who were members of the group, thereby contributing to the welfare of the village community. Overall, strengthening the capacity of the SIJATI group aligns with achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in poverty alleviation, gender equality, and inclusive economic growth. Therefore, this activity can serve as a model for empowering competitive and sustainable local commodity-based MSMEs.

This study investigates the implementation strategy of work discipline as a means to improve the productivity of daily contract employees in the Traffic Division of the Semarang City Transportation Agency. Work discipline is a critical component of human resource management that influences performance effectiveness and organizational efficiency. The research applies a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observation, and document analysis to examine discipline practices, attendance data, and managerial supervision. The results show that effective disciplinary implementation—through structured supervision, reward and punishment systems, continuous coaching, and welfare enhancement—significantly improves employee productivity. Leadership quality, motivation, and consistent policy enforcement emerge as primary determinants of disciplined behavior.
