The decline in the performance of the die casting machine in 1998 after a long period of producing copper terminals showed dimensional defects and instability in product quality, especially in nozzle clogging, reduced copper flow, crust buildup on the gooseneck, plunger movement obstruction, and hydraulic pressure leaks. The purpose of planning the replacement and repair of die-casting machine components is to obtain replacement and repair costs, replacement and repair schedules for the period 2026, and the ratio of maintenance costs to profits. The replacement and repair planning method includes collecting previous maintenance data, applying the inspection-replace-repair-overhaul (IRRO) method, evaluating component conditions, predicting component service life, predicting labor costs, predicting supporting equipment to be used in maintenance, predicting the time to replace spare parts or reinstall repaired components, estimating replacement and repair costs for the period 2026, and calculating the ratio of replacement and repair costs to profits. The planning results obtained replacement and repair costs for the 2026 period are 75.770.000,- IDR with an estimated die casting machine rental rate of  1,500,000 IDR/hour which has the potential to be rented for 1,200 hours/year, and the ratio of maintenance costs to profits is 10,02 % which implies that the die casting machine with a capacity of 40 units/hour is still suitable for use and has the prospect of generating profits for the next few years.

This study examines Japanese advertising and product-information texts on Shiseido Japan’s official website (www.brand.shiseido.co.jp) that grammatically prevent readers from construing statements as universal claims (“always” or “true for everyone”). It addresses two problems: how universal readings are blocked through grammatical construction in this register, and how the main blocking mechanisms differ in limiting generalisation and managing scope. The data consist of sentence-level usage, precautionary, and quality-related statements that plausibly invite broad general interpretations. Seven analytically representative tokens are used as illustrative evidence, covering wake-negation, baai-based case framing, and event/occasion packaging with V-ru koto ga aru, including rare-event calibration with mare ni and layered conditional framing. The study employs qualitative, theory-driven grammatical analysis focusing on clause structure, embedding, nominalisation, connective relations, and the compositional contribution of key markers. The results identify recurring templates with distinct structural signatures. Wake-negation blocks over-strong uptake by denying a candidate inference (…to iu wake de wa arimasen). Case framing with baai shifts categorical commitments into situation-restricted possibility (…baai ga arimasu), including complex variants that add causal linkage, avoidance marking, and directive closure. Event/occasion packaging with koto plus existential predication (…koto ga arimasu) presents anomalies as contingent occurrences, and it can be triggered by causal conditions (e.g., temperature change) or conditional frames (…to). Rare-event marking with mare ni further calibrates frequency and often co-occurs with contrastive reassurance about quality. Overall, universal-blocking emerges as a set of non-redundant grammatical routes that constrain inference, situational domain, and event profiling in a compact public informational genre.

Advances in accounting technology and economic decision-making have resulted in many important risk assessment tools that support the decision making process. In the past, risk assessment depended on personal opinions and manual analysis, which often resulted in inaccurate estimates and delays in decision-making. However, with these risk assessment tools, we can now identify, analyze, and mitigate various risks that can affect financial and economic outcomes in a more accurate and efficient manner. This study aims to discuss technology in the form of risk assessment tools as an aid in decision-making and identify trending topics related to the use of risk assessment tools from 2020-2025, particularly in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach and collects data from the scopus database of 1.827 articles selected from 2020 to 2025. In understanding research from the scopus database, bibliometric analysis was used in this study and using analysis tools such as R Studio and Vos Viewer. The results of the study show a significant increase in publications related to risk assessment tools with a growing trend toward international collaboration. The dominant themes that emerged include decision making, artificial intelligence, climate change, health risks, and financial markets. In addition, the increasing number of publications with international collaboration trends shows that the use of risk assessment tools has become a global standard that Indonesia needs to adapt. The government can use these findings as a basis for formulating policies that are more adaptive to technological developments.
