Mercury (Hg) is a metal that is commonly found in water and has toxic properties, so it is very dangerous for human health and the environment. Mercury in the environment can come from gold mining activities such as in Pesanggaran Village, Banyuwangi. Based on information from the surrounding community, the waste disposal flowed into the river and it was feared to affect the quality of river water in this area. This study aimed to analyze the mercury level in the river water using the UV-Visible Spectrophotometer method, where river water samples were taken from the upstream, middle, and downstream parts. Determination of mercury levels was carried out at the STIKES Banyuwangi Laboratory. The results showed that the Hg content in the river water around the gold mining area of Pesanggaran Village, Banyuwangi ranged from 0.031 to 0.033 mg/L. The Hg level of river water in this area was above the threshold and it was not recommended to use as drinking, bathing, cooking or washing. However, it is necessary to analyze Hg levels using other methods, such as the AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy) method which is more expensive but more accurate results will be obtained.

Designers are competing to make design collections with sustainable materials, It is the ecoprint fabric motif. Ecoprint means the technique of making motifs on cloth by tracing the leaves and then boiling them. Almost 100% of ecoprint fabrics are made using natural materials that are biodegradable. Creating fabrics with ecoprint motifs requires fabric materials derived from natural fibers, both plant and animal fiber. The dyes used come from nature, including from stems, leaves, flowers, fruit skins which when boiled are able to produce the same colors as chemical substances. The motif from leaves that produce natural colors, arranged in such a way is created kind of motif formation. Experimental methods of various in arranging leaves and flowers will produce unique different styles of motifs. Ecoprint as an alternative to sustainable Indonesian ‘Wastra’ expected will become more popular because of the uniqueness of the motifs, sustainable and the high selling price.

Viral evolution is a subdiscipline of evolutionary biology and virology that focuses on the evolution of viruses. Many viruses, especially RNA viruses, have relatively high mutation rates and short production durations (on the order of one point mutation or more per genome per round of replication). The rapid pace of viral mutation paired with natural selection enables viruses to rapidly adapt to changes in the host environment, despite the fact that the majority of viral mutations offer little benefit and frequently prove to be harmful. Additionally, because viruses often make several copies in an infected host, altered genes can be rapidly transmitted to a large number of offspring. The high mutation rates of RNA viruses, which are the result of an error-prone RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, make them a veritable gold mine for researchers interested in discovering evolutionary novelty and developing new methods to study evolution in action. There are two different forms of genetic changes: antigenic drift and antigenic shift. This article covers briefly the evolution of viruses in terms of genetic variation.

In this study, a ranking of the handling of Covid-19 in Asian countries was carried out using the AHP-COPRAS hybrid method. The ranking process uses the COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) method, while the determination of the weight value uses subjective weighting but the criteria weights through a validation process using pairwise comparison which is part of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The ranking process uses six assessment criteria: test per population, to positive per test, positive per population, healed per positive, died per positive, active per positive. The final result of the ranking shows that countries with high death cases and low cure cases will make the country's ranking fall, because cases of death and healing cases have the highest weight in their role in forming utility values.

MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. In the process of distributing electricity from the generator to the consumer, it goes through many processes and passes through several parts. Starting from the electric power distribution system, one of which is the distribution system. Considering that the scope of this distribution network is directly related and is located in an inhabited area, in addition to meeting technical quality requirements, it must also meet the requirements for being safe for users and familiar with the environment. In this distribution system there is a very important equipment in distributing electric power, namely the distribution substation. Because of the important role of the distribution substation, it must be protected from disturbances that may occur. One of them is the load imbalance between phases. In practice and in reality, in various locations of electric power distribution, a completely balanced load condition is obtained, mainly because of the large number of single-phase load groups that are serviced by a low-voltage three-phase distribution system. This is because the characteristics and types of electrical power user equipment vary with different consumer conditions and activities. To obtain load balance, load balancing is carried out between phases for load distribution so that load adjustments occur at distribution substations.
