The pharmaceutical sub-sector company is one of the sectors that have benefited from the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in early 2019 until now. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has an impact on public health. This article aims to provide empirical evidence related to the capital structure with the object of this research being companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2021. The data used are quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange or Indonesia Stock Exchange. The secondary data used for this research is the company's financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A higher DER means that the company's financial performance is not good because the more it uses debt which allows it to go bankrupt if the company is unable to pay its obligations. also increase the existing assets in the company. ROA states that the greater the ROA owned by a company, the bigger the company is.

The purpose of this study was to deterrmine the price of shares in PT Antam Tbk. as a reference to determine the fair price of shares of PT. Antam on the Indonesian share exchange. Fundamental analysis is a method used to determine whether the share price on the Indonesian share exchange is already appropriate to the company's intrinsic value. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, namely analyzing and processing numerical data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian share exchange to determine the level of fairness of the share price of PT Antam Tbk.  Price Earning Ratio in the period 2020-2022 of PT. Antam Tbk. has increased and Price Book Value in the period 2020-2022 of PT Antam Tbk. is at a fair share price value position (undervalued).

Companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are required to submit audited annual financial reports to the public, which information will then be used by interested parties for consideration in making decisions. However, in fact not all issuers are able to publish their annual financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. So that this study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on the delay in the publication of audited financial statements mediated by audit report lag. The object of research is issuers with consumer cyclicals and consumer non-cyclicals sectors and late in publishing their audited financial reports, observation period 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and resulted in 46 samples. The research method used is statistical t test, path analysis and Sobel test using the help of the IBM SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on audit report lag, profitability has no effect on delays in the publication of audited financial statements, audit report lag affects delays publication of audited financial statements, and audit report lag succeeded in mediating profitability against the delay in publication of audited financial statements.

Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline. The development of software today in large and small organizations encourages every organization to develop and control in terms of development. Every organization in software development must grow and be able to improve itself, one of which is by handling advancement, if the company cannot do this. Therefore, the company will never be able to learn to take advantage of previous experience, so it will not be able to improve the quality of the existing process. Computer program Prepare Advancement can be done by referring to the CMMI (Capability Development Demonstrate Integration) made by SEI (Computer Program Designing Founded). SEI is a research center in the field of program designing, especially those related to procurement, engineering item lines, and prepare change. CMMI itself defines several levels of development, in order to go up to a higher level a number of processes must be carried out.

This study aims to prove the effect of firm size, capital structure, and solvency either partially or simultaneously on firm value in the transportation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period used in this study is 6 years, starting from 2015-2020. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative approach. And the sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. So that the sample in this study amounted to 22 companies that are in the Transportation Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2020 period. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, partially capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value, then partially solvency has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The results of the study simultaneously show that firm size, capital structure, and solvency have an effect on firm value
