A toxic relationship is an unhealthy relationship between a man and a woman, which generally causes psychological and physical discomfort. This study focused on women as victims of toxic relationships, with semi-structured interviews with two female participants who experienced toxic relationships. Aiming to find out the description of the experiences of women victims of toxic relationships, with the uniqueness of each participant, then be analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. The results found five main themes: toxic behavior; motivation to maintain relationships; the impact of a toxic relationship; self- awareness; hope. The unique theme that emerged in the participants was a complex form of violence in the second participant which was influenced by the duration of the relationship including physical, psychological, economic violence and other things. The findings in this study can be a lesson especially for people who are dating to be more aware of the health of the relationship that is being undertaken.

Marriage or Marriage is a very strong contract (misaqon ghalidzan) to justify a sexual relationship between a man and a woman for the sake of realizing a happy family life, which is filled with a sense of peace and affection according to the rules approved by Allah.  In legal research, there are two types of research, namely normative (doctrinal) research and empirical research. The type of research used in preparing this thesis is a combination of normative (doctrinal) research and empirical research. The location for data collection in this research was at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court, Jalan Mahoni No.3 Komp. Deli Serdang Regency Government Offices. The technique of designating a word that is abstract and not manifested in objects, but its use can only be seen through: questionnaires, interviews, observations, exams (tests), documentation, etc. The data analysis technique used in this legal research uses qualitative analysis Based on research results, the factors that cause divorce fall into various categories such as adultery, drunkenness, madness, gambling, leaving one of the parties, prison law, polygamy, domestic violence (KDRT), constant disputes and quarrels, apostasy, and economic problems. In resolving divorce case Number 1255/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Lpk at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court, the Panel of Judges put forward in-depth legal considerations in deciding the divorce case between Kiki Andriani Binti Giarno (Plaintiff) and Juliandi Nasution Bin Sabran Nasution (Defendant) . The following is a comprehensive explanation of the considerations made by the Panel of Judges in the decision-making process: Based on the process of resolving divorce cases, this shows how the legal system functions to handle domestic disputes by considering various legal factors and relevant facts. So it can be concluded that the factors causing divorce at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court. In this research, an analysis of the divorce case decision at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court with Number 1255/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Lpk between Kiki Andriani Binti Giarno as the Plaintiff and Juliandi Nasution Bin Sabran Nasution as Defendant. Based on this decision, there are several main factors that led to the divorce, which reflect the dynamics of the couple's domestic life and are relevant in the general context of divorce at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court. Acts of sexual violence against women and children are a threat that continues to occur anywhere in the world. Boalemo Regency is one of the districts that has experienced a fairly high increase in the number of cases of sexual violence against children. Based on information obtained by the author at the Boalemo Police, the number of cases Sexual violence in the last 3 years has increased by 55 cases. In 2020 there were 15 cases, in 2021 it increased to 18 cases and in 2022 cases of sexual violence increased to 22 cases and cases of sexual crimes against women, in 2019 there were 2 cases, in 2020 only 1 case, and in 2021 only 2 cases. This research aims to determine the factors that cause sexual violence against women and children and to determine the police's efforts to tackle acts of sexual violence against women and children. This research aims to find out what factors cause criminal acts of sexual violence against women and children in Boalemo Regency and what police efforts are in dealing with criminal acts of sexual violence against women and children in Boalemo Regency. The research method used is empirical legal research. The data obtained in this research is analyzed qualitatively, namely by collecting data and drawing conclusions to determine the results. The research results show that there are several factors that cause sexual violence against female children in Boalemo Regency, namely: alcohol, low education, unmet biological needs, the role of the victim, lack of religious education and pornography. And the police's efforts to tackle criminal acts of sexual violence against women and children in Boalemo Regency are: conducting outreach and providing information about sexual violence through social media.

Rape is a sexual act committed against a person without consent or without explicit consent. This is a very serious form of sexual violence and violates human rights. Rape can occur in a variety of contexts, including during an intimate relationship, by someone you know, or even by a stranger. This can cause deep physical and emotional trauma to victims, as well as having far-reaching impacts on society as a whole. It is important to take steps to prevent rape and provide support to victims. Rape carried out on women or men usually causes very severe trauma to them. Usually, the person becomes uncomfortable, insecure, and afraid of meeting people. He will feel alone forever, and think about ending himself, because he thinks that he is no longer pure. Usually, rape is committed by someone or several individuals, known or unknown, who deliberately rape the victim. Rape may occur because the perpetrator likes the victim, or because the perpetrator wants revenge on the victim, or there is something else. Women are creatures of God Almighty who are very perfect, because they give birth and breastfeed. In Indonesia, there are still many cases of rape that occur against women and children. The motive may be because the perpetrator likes the victim, or the perpetrator just wants revenge on the victim, or it was planned long ago by the perpetrator. Rape against women or girls is a form of sexual violence that occurs when someone commits a sexual act against a woman without her consent. This may include vaginal, anal, or oral penetration, as well as other sexual acts carried out with violence, threats, coercion, or the woman's inability to provide valid consent. Rape against women is often a form of expression of systematic gender inequality and domination. It is important to remember that rape does not only happen to women, but can also happen to men or individuals of various other gender identities. Nevertheless, rape of women is often in the spotlight due to its high prevalence and serious impact on the well-being of women and society as a whole. Therefore, it is important to continue fighting sexual violence and fighting for gender equality to create a safe and inclusive society for all individuals.

This study aims to determine the causes of women becoming victims of violence due to alcohol in the family environment. The research method used is an empirical legal research method using a descriptive approach and qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there are two factors that cause women to become victims of violence due to drinking alcohol in Gorontalo City, namely internal factors consisting of the personality of the woman (victim) and the personality of the man (the perpetrator). While the external factors themselves consist of economic factors and infidelity factors. For victims, with the facts that occur in the field where alcohol is a trigger for domestic violence, it is for the victims, in this case the wife, to continue to provide awareness to her husband in order to place limits on the actions taken. And the perpetrators too so as not to exceed the limits of awareness in terms of drinking liquor so that families at home do not become victims of violence for actions due to excessive consumption of liquor.

Violence or sexual harassment is a problem that is quite serious and often occurs socially. In this case, it usually occurs in a problem that is complex. The rise of news on social media related to sexual violence experienced by some people is enough to shock the public. Most cases of sexual violence are experienced by a woman who is the victim. Cases of violence or sexual harassment against women are still an iceberg phenomenon. This is because many women who are victims of sexual harassment are reluctant to report what they have experienced. Violence or sexual harassment that occurs to women is often blamed on the way they dress. In fact, if you look at clothes, it is not one of the main causes of women becoming victims of sexual harassment. Violence or sexual harassment that occurs never looks at any clothes, in fact often the victim of sexual harassment is a woman who wears closed clothes. In addition, violence or sexual harassment can also be caused by a patriarchal culture that dominates and seems to justify the action. Where in patriarchal culture itself men are often considered more dominant and have a higher position than women. Therefore, men feel they have more power over women and can act as they please. Until now, patriarchal culture is still developing in society. Even though this shouldn't have been done. Therefore, there is a need for radical feminism with the aim of making changes in society and obtaining equality between men and women, especially in obtaining equal rights in society from a social and economic point of view.
