Family support is assistance that can be given to other families in the form of goods, services, information, and advice which makes the recipient of support feel loved and appreciated. In this case, family support will bring a sense of joy, security, satisfaction, and comfort that makes pregnant women feel emotionally supported which will affect their mental well-being. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and anxiety in Primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester in the work area of  the Simeulue Tengah Health Center UPTD, Simeulue Regency. Method: This research method is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach with a sample size of 36 respondents using the total sampling technique. The study began on December 16-20, 2022. Results: Family support is in the sufficient category with 16 respondents (44.4%) and the level of anxiety in Primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester is in the moderate and severe categories, each with 12 respondents (33.3%). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between family support and anxiety levels in Primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester at the UPTD Simeulue Tengah Health Center, Simeulue Regency with a p-value = 0.043. Suggestion: It is hoped that medical personnel at the Health Center can provide counseling to families who have pregnant women.

This study aims to investigate the impact of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Market to Book Value of Assets (MBVA), Market to Book Value of Equity (MBVE), Capital Expenditure to Book Value Asset Ratio (CEP/BVA), and Capital Expenditure to Market Value of Assets Ratio (CEP/MVA) on the financial performance and stock prices of Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The data utilized for this study are annual reports obtained from each company, accessible on the website www.idx.go.id. The research employs the associative method with statistical analysis and panel data testing. The sampling method employed is purposive sampling, encompassing a total sample of 10 Property Companies listed on the IDX, and the data spans from 2016 to 2022. The study's findings reveal that Earnings Per Share (EPS), Market to Book Value of Assets (MBVA), Market to Book Value of Equity (MBVE), Capital Expenditure to Book Value Asset Ratio (CEP/BVA), and Capital Expenditure to Market Value of Assets Ratio (CEP/MVA) exert a positive and significant influence on the financial performance and stock prices of Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the IDX.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and digital literatures and financial management on the performance of UMKM. This research used quantitative research using associative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents of UMKN business actors in Cilacap District. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using Path Coefficients Test, Modes of Goodness Test, and Hypothesis Testing. Path coefficient value of the influence of financial management on the performance of UMKM. The results of the linear test and the output of column coefficients and T-tables are known that financial management has a significant effect on performance as seen from the p value 0.005 <0.05. Good and correct financial management will provide benefits and advantages for  UMKM  actors.  Several  related  institutions  can  provide  financial  and  digital  literatures training assistance. Training not only provides theoretical knowledge but also provides activities such as workshops and mentoring continuously.

Leadership style plays a very important role in determining employee discipline because the leader can be used as an example and determinant for his subordinates. The style of a disciplined leader can affect the discipline of employees / subordinates. Another phenomenon is the provision of proper motivation, where it will be able to generate enthusiasm, passion and sincerity of work. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of women's leadership style on work discipline, 2) the effect of work motivation on work discipline, 3) the influence of women's leadership styles on performance, 4) the effect of work motivation on performance, and 5) the effect of work discipline on performance. This type of research is causal associative quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted on a ship crew where there was a female leader/officer on the deck and the engine department with a total population of 60 people. The results showed 1) leadership style had a significant effect on work discipline, 2) work motivation had a significant effect on work discipline, 3) women's leadership style had a significant effect on performance, 4) work motivation had a significant effect on performance and 5) work discipline had significant effect on performance.

Clothing is a cultural phenomenon that cannot be separated from the meaning of signs. It can be studied using a semiotic approach. A fantasy dress with the source of the Srikandhi puppet idea was associated with a fashion meaning. The purpose of this final project was to know the process of making ready to wear fantasy the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style using a semiotic approach. The method used in this research was qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature, interviews, and documentation. The process of making ready to wear fantasy, the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style includes; determine fashion design, fashion design analysis, preparation of tools and materials, determine sizes, basic pattern making, material cutting, exhibitions, ironing of upholstery materials, process of sewing clothes, and finishing. Making ready to wear fantasy, the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style using a semiotic approach must pay attention to various elements, such as designs, motifs, colors, and accessories so that it can be meaningful. The suggestions of this Final Project were; in making fantasy clothing should not eliminate the characteristics of the source of the idea. So that clothing can be created that matches the source of the idea.

The aim of this study is to describe the development of an innovative art-based analytical method in portrait methodology. This article exemplifies how forms of multimodal analysis can be integrated into portraiture frameworks and provides a fluid qualitative "recipe" for researchers interested in applying the portrait method. The study described in this article examines the teaching of vulnerability and resilience using poetry and the visual arts as integral elements of the portraiture process. Portraiture is a qualitative, feminist, artistic method based on ethnography and phenomenology for depicting, understanding and interpreting complex human experiences. This study leads to the methodological development of the three steps of analysis in the portrait process: Sketch, poetic expression and artistic expression. This phase of data analysis emphasizes the richness of the methodological snapshot and focuses on engaging the researcher in creative, intuitive and associative processes. – The studies presented in this article are examples of qualitative research that pushes methodological boundaries and focuses on the role of intuition, association, and creativity in research

. Child delinquency is an act that violates the norms or rules in society that is committed by children. Child delinquency is a social phenomenon caused by a form of social neglect which ultimately leads to deviant behavior or delinquency. But there are several factors that influence children to do these actions. This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics of children as perpetrators of theft, so they can handle or even prevent other children. This research uses a qualitative method, because this method can be used to explore and understand the meaning of a number of individuals or groups who are considered to have social or humanitarian problems. The results of this study indicate that children commit acts of theft because of a lack of attention from the family or even from their own parents to become a bad figure for their children. Likewise, the influence of peers who are naughty in association can also influence the behavior of children to become naughty. And a bad environment can influence children's behavior to be bad, because children tend to imitate what they see in their environment whether it's good or bad.

This research aims to analyze the meaning of qualisigns in the novel Bumi by Tere Liye and its implications for literature learning in vocational schools (SMK). The research method used is qualitative descriptive with semiotic analysis technique. The data used are quotations from the novel Bumi that contain qualisigns. The results show that qualisigns in the novel Bumi have various meanings, such as attentive, polite, angry, and others. These signs are presented by the author as a representation of the characters or situations presented in the novel. The quotations that become the focus of the study, namely "Dasar guru sok galak. Tidak tahu apa, tambah keriting saja rambutnya setiap kali dia marah-marah" and "Di dalam kardus berwarna pink, beralaskan talam lembut, ditutup kain sutra, hadiah ulang tahunku menunggu," contain qualisigns that have clear meanings. The implications of this research for literature learning in SMK are the importance of understanding literary semiotics as a theoretical foundation for understanding the meaning of signs in literary works. Literature learning in SMK should include an understanding of literary signs, both qualisigns and other signs, so that students can appreciate and understand literary works better

It is very necessary to enlighten all elements of Muhammadiyah's business charity management to make and apply the values ​​of the life guidelines of Muhammadiyah citizens in every policy and activity in the association without exception. The purpose of this study is to interpret the values ​​of Islamic life guidelines for Muhammadiyah residents in the STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo budgeting system. The researcher will use the Islamic life guidelines for Muhammadiyah residents as a researcher's perspective in observing the activities of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo whether the values ​​of these guidelines are used as one of the considerations in the operation of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo in accordance with the expectations of Muhammadiyah's vision. This study found that the budget as a form of welfare is not only valued in nominal terms in the form of rupiah earned, but welfare is when people who work at Muhammadiyah always feel sufficient and grateful for the sustenance that Allah SWT has given. As a Muhammadiyah citizen, working in a Muhammadiyah business charity is a comfort in itself and believes that the sincerity they do will be a welfare for them in the hereafter. With their sincerity in working in the charity business of Muhammadiyah, they get rewards from Allah SWT such as unexpected sustenance and blessings in the income they get. This research was carried out at the Laboratory of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of the 1945 NTT Teachers' Association University from July to September 2022. With the aim of 1) to determine the effect of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) on the death of house flies (Musca domestica). 2) to determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) against the death of house flies (Musca domestica). The design used in this research was an experimental method for each papaya leaf extract concentration of 1%, 2% and 3% carried out 3 times. . The aim of the experiment was to provide accurate data on the death of house flies (Musca domestica) where the death of house flies that occurred in the study was due to the administration of papaya leaf extract. The results of the research showed that papaya leaf extract could kill house flies. This proves that papaya leaf extract is effective against the death of house flies. The appropriate concentration of papaya leaf extract for the death of houseflies from the tests that have been carried out is at a concentration of 1%, the lowest range and the highest range is 3%.

Stunting is defined as the condition of children aged 0 – 59 months, where the height for age is below minus 2 standard deviations (<-2SD) from the WHO median standard. It is further said that stunting will have an impact and is associated with disrupted brain development processes, which in the short term will affect cognitive abilities. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and economic status on the incidence of stunting in the East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used is Cross Sectional Study. The sample in this study was all toddlers who experienced stunting in the East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency, totaling 31 toddlers using the total sampling technique. The results of the research state that there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of stunting (p value = 0.000 < 0.05), there is a relationship between economic status and the incidence of stunting (p value = 0.000 < 0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and economic status and the incidence stunting in East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. It is hoped that nutrition officers and cadres can increase posyandu visits and carry out health promotions about stunting to the community

Low birth weight (LBW) is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a birth weight of less than 2,500 grams. LBW continues to be a significant public health issue globally and is associated with a range of short-term and long-term consequences. Overall, it is estimated that 15% to 20% of all births worldwide are low birth weight, representing more than 20 million births per year (WHO, 2014). The research aims to identify factors influencing the occurrence of LBW. This study adopts a simple observational design with a cross-sectional approach, a method that seeks to find factors related to independent variables (age, education, occupation, parity, pregnancy interval, gestational age) with the dependent variable of Low Birth Weight (LBW). The research findings at RSKD Mother and Child Pertiwi Makassar from 2022, reveal that, through the Chi-Square test, there are five variables that have no relationship with the occurrence of Low Birth Weight (LBW), namely age, education, occupation, parity, and pregnancy interval. There is only one variable, gestational age, that is associated with LBW. The study also highlights the characteristics of mothers delivering LBW babies at RSKD Mother and Child Pertiwi Makassar. Most of them are under the age of 20, accounting for 26 individuals (63.6%). The majority have basic education, with 26 individuals (50.0%), and the most common occupation is unemployed mothers, comprising 46 individuals (48.4%). Multiparous mothers are the highest in number, with 41 individuals (47.7%), and the majority have a pregnancy interval of less than 3 years, amounting to 28 individuals (54.8%). The gestational age is predominantly less than 37 weeks, with 31 individuals (100.0%). The study suggests the importance of recommending regular prenatal check-ups, a minimum of six times during pregnancy, for all normal or at-risk pregnant mothers.

Reading the Al-Qur'an is one of the religious practices which is a good practice with the hope of being able to read the Al-Qur'an accurately, with tartil, and with good pronunciation. To form an Islamic character by being able to create the character of the Qur'an, it is also important to get used to reading the Qur'an. The method in this service is a persuasive method for recitation participants, then the children are given material about planting Islamic characters, so that children can learn to read the Koran. Providing guidance to children in the process of this activity is carried out by providing Islamic character material to children, as well as teaching reading the Qur'an, so that children in Lakambau Village can maximize their academic work activities at the University of Muhammadiyah Buton. The results of the participants' posttest showed that participants reached the high category of 10 people or 66.67%, the medium category was 4 people or 26.66%, while the low category was 1 person or 6.67%. The conclusion in this service is that children are very enthusiastic about participating in the Al-Qur'an learning activity program, so that students can instill Islamic character in children in Lakambau Village, South Buton Regency.

The research analysis of Strawberry Fruit Marketing in the Lake Mas Harun Bastari area, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to find out marketing channels, marketing margins, and to find out how efficient the Strawberry marketing is in the Danau Mas Harun Bastari tourism area. This research was conducted in June 2022 in the area of ​​Danau Mas Harun Bastari, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency with farmers and traders in the Mas Harun Bastari Lake area. The data analysis used in this research is Marketing Channel Analysis, Marketing Margin Analysis, and Marketing Efficiency Analysis. This data analysis was used for Farmers and the 11 Retailers Respondents in the Danau Mas Harun Bastari District, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. Based on this research, it is known that the Strawberry Marketing Channel in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency has one Marketing Channel. Where farmers (producers) sell directly to retailers, then retailers sell to consumers at a price of Rp. 60,000 with a 0.5 kg mica box at a price of Rp. 35,000 and 0.25 kg at a price of Rp. 25,000 where the cost of Rp. 60,000/Kg will get profit of IDR 30,000/kg. This value explains that the retailer receives a higher price than the price received by the consumer, which means that the retailer is not disadvantaged in the marketing channel because the profits obtained by the retailer are greater than the marketing institutions in the marketing channel. The costs incurred by Retailers are in the form of transportation costs, packaging costs, equipment depreciation costs. because the strawberries are well sorted to suit the wishes of consumers. The advantage of marketing institutions is in the form of remuneration received by each marketing agency that participates in marketing strawberries starting from the Farmer level to the Consumer level.  

Electrical energy continues to grow over time, power plants with large capacities are the main sources of electricity in Indonesia, one of which is the Steam Power Plant (PLTU). In the field of power plants that use coal always need air during the electricity production process. This study aims 1) to determine the protection management system on the Forced Draft fan motor using GE Multilin 269 Plus, 2) Setting GE Multilin 269 Plus as protection, 3) The results of the protection in the form of Normal Motor, Alarm, and Trip conditions in the accumulation of imbalance (Unbalance) ). The method used is a quantitative research method based on analysis, taking data and then analyzing the data obtained. The results of this quantitative study regarding the Unbalance value or imbalance of the electric motor analyzed resulted in a value of 5.8% for normal conditions, 10.86% for alarm conditions on multilin and 15.50% in trip conditions or the motor had stopped. These values ​​are obtained from the results of calculations comparing negative sequence currents and positive sequence currents (In/Ip). The conclusion obtained is that the GE Multilin 269 Plus protects the electric motor from system damage by using a current sensor and through a setting point that is adjusted to the provisions of NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) with an unbalance value of more than 15% for trips, more than 10% for alarm conditions and less than 10% under normal conditions

During the current pandemic, effective learning activities that are currently being carried out by all levels of school, whether primary, secondary, or tertiary, are online. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of learning the online system on student activity during the pandemic in grade III students of UPT SDN 1 Watesn, Pringsewu Regency. This study uses a causal associative quantitative method model. The subjects in this study were grade III elementary school students with 24 students. This study found that there was an effect of online learning on student activity well, because learning was going well and also active students in learning got a significant score of 0.000 <0.05 for a significant level of 5%. the value of tcount is 4,364 while ttable is 2,073 (tcount > ttable) which means that HO for this study is rejected and for Ha is accepted. And based on interviews conducted by researchers, the strategy was carried out by teachers, there is a process carried out by classroom teachers to the process of the current pandemic period, effective learning activities carried out at this time by all levels of schools, both elementary schools, middle schools, and universities are carried out by way in the network (online). The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of learning the online system on student activity during the pandemic in grade III students of UPT SDN 1 Watesn, Pringsewu Regency. The purpose of this study is to understand the style of language used in postings on the Instagram account @kumpulan _puisi and its implications for literary connoisseurs on Instagram social media. . The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method. The source of the data that the author obtained is from posts contained in the @kumpulan_puisi account on Instagram social media and the accompanying comments. The data collection technique that the author uses is by reading deep understanding and appreciation and meaning. The data analyzed is the use of the language style used and its implications in the comments column by the readers, where the readers participate in replying to posts with poetry in a language style that is in accordance with contained in the post. Lexically, the poetry language style used in the @kumpulan _puisi real account emphasizes its meaning, and forms a rhetorical statement that involves the reader in understanding the meaning of the poem.

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of Nidji's song; (2) the imagery contained in the lyrics of the song Nidji; and (3) the application of Nidji's song lyrics in learning to identify the elements of poetry in class X SMA. The data collection of this research was carried out using the observation method. The data analysis of this research is content analysis. The results of data analysis are presented with informal techniques. Based on the data and discussion, it is concluded that (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of the Nidji song include (a) hyperbole figure of speech which serves to exaggerate the situation when someone is in love. His heart blossomed and everything became beautiful; (b) association figure of speech serves to describe different vibrations when falling in love with millions of feelings; (2) The types of imagery in Nidji's song lyrics consist of (a) auditory images found in the lyrics "I hear the singing of a thousand gods and goddesses of love" and "Echoing the world", (b) visual images found in the lyrics "I see the sun will come to me” and “I see the moon will come to me”, (c) the motion images found in the lyrics “Come to me, hug me dearly” and “The moon will come to me”. (3) The application of learning using Nidji's song lyrics is in accordance with basic competencies 3.17 Analyzing the elements of poetry building. The method used is Discovery Based Learning with learning steps which include the following: greeting and motivation, apperception, division of study groups, analyzing Nidji's song When I Fall in Love based on figurative and imagery elements, presentations, and concluding learning activities.
