This research focuses on the implementation of business practice assignments in entrepreneurship courses in fostering student interest in becoming entrepreneurs, the purpose of this research is to find out whether entrepreneurship courses, especially in business practices, can provide motivation and interest in entrepreneurship in febi uinsu students. This research is a qualitative research descriptive. Source of data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data comes from interviews and observations on students. The results of the study stated that 8 out of 10 students could be motivated and foster student interest in becoming interpreneurs, besides that the faculty's strategy was successful in providing these courses because it was also the hope of graduates from the faculty to become entrepreneurs with an entrepreneurial spirit.

To be successful in the financial world, you must know how the public disclosure of business information affects stock prices. Specifically for Pakistan, this research will help us better understand the relationship between corporate governance, disclosure quality, and equity cost The Sys-GMM model has been employed by 167 non-financial enterprises listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange since 2017. (PSX). Research shows it was in use between 2018 and 2020. The Sys-GMM technique for estimating may be used to account for endogeneity in corporate governance problems. We discovered that GMM projections failed to account for endogeneity, resulting in inaccurate conclusions, using pooled OLS and fixed-effect estimates. According to the research, the cost of equality and financial transparency are mutually incompatible. All of these factors contribute to the PSE's stock price decline, including board size, concentrated ownership, and CEO duality. The research es-tablishes a relationship between independent audit committees and high-quality audits and reduced equity expenses. Independent directors and competent auditors command a premium on the PSX. The duration of the approval process for financial statements has no bearing on the board's independence. Due to the scarcity of information disclosed in annual reports, investors anticipate a higher rate of return. The conclu-sions of the research may be beneficial to Pakistan's corporate govern-ance authorities and investors.

This research aimed to analyze the application of digital transformation on international company Starbucks, which is a popular and huge scale coffee company which have more than 20,000 amount of outlets worldwide, towards its competitiveness advantages. The research method used was qualitative research, by gathering data sample from previous researches, articles, journals, and other similar publications in order to justify and to strengthen researcher’s arguments on this topic, especially in context of digital transformation applied by Starbucks to reach their business success. The development of business circumtances that always changes, leads companies to have competitive advantages in efficiency and effectivity. PT. Djinawi is a self-focused contractor company in optimalizing its human resources assets by adapting the empowerment to be successful in market competition. Such adapting of empowerment is viewed from four psychological empowerment dimensions that had been introduced by Spreitzer. Those foour dimensions are meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. If all of these four dimensions, e.g., meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact is felt by employees, then the empowerment process will go through in good condition. This research used a holistic single case study, by using the technique of data collection by interview, direct-observation, and internal data of company. For the needs of mapping, a pra-case study had been carried out. From this research, it revealed that the adapting of empowerment can go through well, which viewed from the four dimensions, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact that has been felt by employees. In line with it, from the triangulation may be obtained that the respondents also expressed some obstacles in project staff level. It can be concluded that if all of four dimensios, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact could be felt by employees, then empowerment can go through well as well as make a company success in face against a tight of market competition.

Customer satisfaction is very important to a company's services, because satisfied customers will come back, buy more, spread the experience to another friend, and is willing to pay more to do business with a trusted provider. Efforts to maintain customer satisfaction one of which is to monitor what they want from the services that are presented. This study aimed to measure the level of customer satisfaction in the business of outdoor education and training, in which customer satisfaction is measured on the dimensions of perceived service and expected service. The population in this study is service users of the outdoor education and training at the Centre for Education and Training Managerial Behavior University of Wijaya Putra that training in January and June 2014, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique amounts to 143 people. The variables of this study customer loyalty, service quality, perceived quality, perceived value, and customer expectation and customer complaints. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The expected outcome of this research is the acquisition of the factors that affect customer satisfaction on service providers of outdoor education and training, in terms of quality of service indicators (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). The results show that there is good agreement between the performance perceived by the user's expectations of the outdoor education and training services. These conditions can be considered satisfactory by management for the success of providing the best service to users of the service. Cartesian diagram determine the right strategy for the management to improve service quality are a top priority especially.

In order to address a number of issues, this study attempts to determine the most effective marketing techniques for Lazisnu items, particularly when it comes to social media marketing. Field observation techniques and a qualitative approach with a scientific foundation were used in this study to interpret the occurrences that were observed. The study's findings indicate that the internal and external variables of the research object have an impact on marketing strategy efforts. The existence of Lazisnu, the degree of rivalry among rivals, people's enthusiasm in starting their own businesses, and people's limited saving capacity are examples of external variables. Internal issue factors, on the other hand, prevent marketing strategies from being successful. These include subpar human resource quality, less creative promotional efforts, a lack of infrastructure and funding, and a failure to keep up with digitalization trends in the marketing industry.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities carried out by individuals or groups that aim to prosper individuals and groups. One of the problems faced by MSMEs Dapoer Cesky is a lack of knowledge and understanding of the benefits of branding, they do not have a good entrepreneurial spirit and they have not received training or assistance regarding technical branding strategies. Assistance and development through product re-branding is carried out in several steps, namely surveys and designing logos and supergraphics. It is important for MSMEs players to understand that the branding of a product is the single most important factor to ensure its successful use by the general public or other target markets. This is because according to marketing techniques, branding functions as a means to evoke positive consumer perceptions.

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.
